Arjun pulled up in the parking of Mehra Mansion around evening. He watched as Nandini helped Radhika. His eyes went to the baby seat holding Anya, he smiled. The little girl went on making all kinds of sounds, he whispered, ''You are definitely like your mother.''

His thoughts were broken when an excited voice of Rana Kaka and staff as they welcomed Radhika and the kids. He took a deep breath realising now his family was home and didn't had to worry about them.

''What are you smiling at? You are not invited.'' Sam teased Arjun disguised as the driver. He wanted to roll his eyes instead he just lowered them. Sam took Anya from him and whispered loud enough to be heard just by him, ''Teasing daddy was fun. Isn't it Anya.'' Arjun blinked , he watched dumb found as Sam walked off with his daughter. He slapped his head once for not realising it soon.

After a minute Nandini walked out to greet him, ''You should leave.''

''What about Anusha? The more we delay the more complicated it gets.'' He asked worried about her leg

''I will be meeting Rajeev tomorrow. He has given me the appointment.''

''I want to come.'' Arjun insisted.

''Only if radhika stays back. I don't want to mess things up.''

''Nandu, I want to be with my kids. Please!'' He pleaded

Nandini watched her brother, she cupped his cheek, ''Trust me, it will be soon.'' He nodded, got into the vehicle and drove off.

Nandini walked in to find all staff members gushing over the 2 new members. They had been a part of her family for long and Nandini understood they were as excited as hers having Radhika with 2 little bonuses.

''Is the nursery ready.'' She asked Rana who looked ecstatic.

''Yes, it was all done day before yesterday.'' He replied talking to the babies. Nandini just shook her head. She shooed everyone off and pushed Radhika to her room, ''Rest for now. Girls are fed and look super happy, I will watch over them.''

''I will also leave di or my parents will file a missing complaint.'' Sam hugged Radhika once before leaving. She was sure now things would fall into place.

A soft knock woke Radhika up and she realised it was dinner time, ''I slept for so long.'' She whispered to self before her eyes fell on the person at the door. Mala stood at the door, tears streaming down her cheek. Radhika ran into her mother's arms, ''I missed you ma.''

""yet you decided to leave without any message. Do you have an idea what I went through" Mala reprimanded Radhika as her arms lovingly held her daughter.

''I am sorry...but I was so lost.'' Radhika sobbed. Mala wiped her tears and took her to the main hall where Radhika had an emotional union with her grandfather and father.

''Thank you Di.''

''No worries, I decided to have them here so that you don't vanish again. I got selfish about my little angels.'' Rana bought the babies in a pram so they could meet their family, ''They are still awake.'' Radhika exclaimed

''They slept all evening.'' She decided to hide the fact that Arjun had been present all evening to watch over his kids. Nandini smiled recalling how Arjun went completely crazy talking and playing with his kids. 

Radhika watched emotional as her parents went gaga over their grand-daughters. Then came an extra round of dose for Radhika when Mala learned about Anusha's leg, ''This is all your carelessness. Had you bother to inform any one of us, this wouldn't have been the situation. A woman needs extra care during pregnancy. ''

''You are so right Malaji.'' Nandini supported earning a flat stare from Radhika. The Mishra's didn't miss the absence of Arjun. They wanted to ask but didn't wanted to hurt Radhika. Though,  Diplip and dadaji controlled, Mala couldn't. 

''Where is Arjun?'' Mala asked

''He doesn't live here..anymore. Nandini chucked him out.'' Rana informed before Nandini could respond. Mala felt obliged to Nandini at the same time she wanted Arjun to be back with Radhika and his kids. Nandini smiled reading the expression on Mala's face, one reason for having Radhika's family here was to get her and Arjun back together.

Arjun lay on his stomach watching the pictures he clicked over the evening. He couldn't help but smile recalling his little girls. He had compelled Nandini to capture their antics as he wanted to cherish them for life. He grinned wide at one of the pictures which had Anya yawning and it appeared as if she was bored of him talking non stop

The other had him with his forehead against Anusha, who seemed to be memorizing his face. He caressed the pictures one by one again reliving them. For the first time, he had felt so alive. He wanted to do million things. Give his kids the best and shower them with all they desired. He wanted and had pledged to be the best dad. He smiled to himself and then frowned. Sam's teachings to Anya flashed in his head. He got up and shook his head, he would never let them astray. Arjun was determined to keep all bad boys away from his little fairies.

Neil decided to ambush Arjun as he was hell irritated with the way he was losing control on his life. There was no point talking to anyone so he decided to vent his anger out on the source.

Neil stood outside Arjun's apartment and banged the door hard. A young girl peeped out from the neighbouring apartment and gave him a tantalizing smile, ''you can press the door bell, he has a sexy one.'' Neil frowned at the girl but thanked her, before he could hit the door again it flew open as Arjun came face to face with his friend, ''Hi.''

Neil ignored and barged in. Throwing his phone in a corner, he crashed on to the couch leaning back. His eyes closed and covered with his palms, he looked exhausted. ''All good?'' Arjun asked.

Neil wanted to punch him for asking something he wasn't aware about. Glaring at him, he asked ''Why were you not answering? Don't you need by forgiveness any more?''

Arjun understood. He walked to the kitchen and pulled out 2 beer cans. Offering one to Neil he sat opposite to his friend, ''I do need that and will keep trying till I live.''

''Where were you for 2 days? I have been trying to reach you.''

''I had taken a chauffeur job to drive my wife and kids to home.''

Neil spat his drink, ''What? When?''

Arjun smiled at his shocked expression. Moving next to Neil he showed him the pictures, ''They are 2 days old and I am waiting to celebrate their first month birthday. I am going to celebrate each month b'day with a grand party .''

Neil forgot his pain , he smiled, ''Congratulations! They are cute.''

''Yes, yet I can't see them..openly.'' Arjun voice held pain. Neil understood that Radhika banned him from visiting his kids.

''Arjun Mehra, you deserve that. For the pain you made us go though.''

Arjun smiled sadly, ''Yes, I deserve it. May be this is why my daughter is suffering this unbearable pain. Now I know how the pain of loved ones effect not just one but all around them.''  Neil was alert. He sat next to Arjun and the latter briefed him about the fractured leg.

''Then why haven't you seen a doctor.''

''I will, tomorrow if Radhika doesn't accompany Nandu.''

''Arjun, you have rights on your kids. Radhika not forgiving you is a different matter but you not having rights on your kids is wrong. What's their fault.''

''Whose side you are on ?'' Arjun asked Neil gave him a blank stare, ''Kids!.'' They both laughed as Arjun hugged Neil. He took a moment before closing his arms around Arjun, ''I missed you Neil.''

''I know, had we been together you wouldn't have turned into a bad boy.''

''I am sorry. Forgive me.''

''I already have. I know what your parents must have meant to you.'' Neil consoled his friend

''My every thing. I don't know who bought me in this world. I am sure I meant nothing to them, this is why they dropped me off to an orphanage. But my parents gave me the love I thought I would never get. When cops mentioned that it happened due to Sam, I lost my head. I am sorry. I really am.''

Neil smiled, ''Its fine. Can I crash here tonight. I have no energy to deal with Mom, Sam and Soniya.''

''Hmm...S is lucky for you.'' Arjun joked and that earned him a punch. Arjun's cell pinged , he grinned wide . Nandini had send him an adorable picture of his girls all in pink sleeping peacefully in their crib. Neil watched Arjun's excitement with a big smile.

Sam greeted BS staff and asked the office boy to distribute sweets surprising all. ''What's the occasion Sam?'' Teji asked mouthful

''I am an aunt now. Chashni is blessed with 2 beautiful daughters.'' WHat followed next was a pin-drop silence. 

''You know where she is? And how is she?'' Kritika asked

''I have always known her whereabouts. For now, she is back home with Nandini di. I guess you guys should also go and visit her sometime.''  Sam jumped when the other three rejoiced finally having heard about their Chashni. They had missed her childishness and smiles for long.

''Sam, Neil is here.'' Zubin informed, well aware that Sam had no interest in meeting him. Sam nodded requesting Zubin to show him in.

''I am grateful you accepted my request to meet you.'' Neil taunted. Sam shook her head. She wasn't affected by any of it now. Somehow she had been able to divert herself away from all that pained.

''Please be quick as I am running late.'' She replied , her eyes and fingers on laptop. Neil lost his patience, grabbing her by forearms he lifted her off her chair bringing her to his face level, ''Is this all some kind of joke for you. My emotions, my love and my life.''

''I never said that, nor I am responsible for the mess. I never pushed you to get engaged.'' Sam replied in a flat voice

''Really Sam? What about the pain you inflicted on me for years not realising , showing any kind of respect or recognition for my feelings.'' He pushed her to the wall, locking her body by his.

''If I had been so painful to you, then why are you here Neil? You should be happy that you finally got rid of me and are engaged to a wonderful girl.''

Neil watched her for a moment, ''Don't you have little emotion left for me Sam. It was you who had been neglecting my love all these years and yet I am the one begging her.''

Sam had enough, she pushed him with force, ''Did I aske you to beg? Or did I forced you to fall in love with me or I forced you to crub your feelings for so many years allowing me to torture you? What of all this I did Neil? Just answer that.'' He was quiet, she answered, ''Nothing! How would I know you loved until you decide to express and that to when you felt you will lose me to Arjun. Was is my fault that you kept waiting for years always behaving like buddies around me. Answer this Neil, did you ever express to dropped signs that I was more than friends for you. DID you? No, then why blame me.''

''I want you back.''

''I don't! I am happy where I am.'' She replied , her face emotionless.

Zubin and Teji couldn't stand more. They had been hell worried about Sam since the day Prerna announced Neil's wedding. Now, Neil throwing all blame on Sam irked them. The BS staff had their eyes glued to Sam's cabin and ears to the sound coming out of it. They knew it would be embarrassing for Sam . On the day of Neil's birthday they had seen how broken Sam had been with his marriage announcement and wanted to confront Neil but stopped when they witnessed Prerna's harsh words. They thought it was better but now Neil's continuous acquisition were making them worried about Sam.

''I guess it would be better if you leave Neil.'' Zubin warned barging in

''I don't have to ask you. I am not done yet.'' Neil answered, his words again directed to Sam

''Then go and finish this with your mother. ''

''Zubin No!'' Sam pleaded

''No Sam, he should know that it was his mother who asked you to stay off his limits. If he needs answers, he will have to look for it at the right place.'' Neil stared at Sam who turned her face away. He felt betrayed, his mother had known his love for Sam all along. She knew he was going to call off the engagement , yet she decided to bind an innocent life to him. Without a word he walked out. There was no way he was going to let anyone decide for him here on.
