First thing Sam did after entering her apartment was hugging the girls tight. The way their tiny hands fought for her made her go all emotional, she had watched them grow up into beautiful dolls. Had been a part of their life as their mother's friend, but never expected so much love in return. The girls wiped her Cheek, ''Don't worry Sammy, next time I will break the head of that bad boy.'' Anya sounded menacing. Sam laughed pecking the little girl, Radhika urged the girls to explore the house to have a conversation with Sam alone . ''Are you fine?''

''Oh I am, I just wanted to roll with laughter when girls punched Neil, not to forget Anya's last kick.'' The friends laughed at Neil's continuous jumping in order to save himself.

''Talk to him Sam, he has loved you all his life.'' Radhika tried to reason

''That's what, he loved me all his life and it took him just a minute to point the finger at me. It's easy to fall in love but difficult to stay Chashni.''

Radhika couldn't deny that. They changed the topic as girls had started claiming their rights on Sam's belongings in the house.

''What are you going to do now?'' Neil asked. Since the little episode, Arjun looked lost. Radhika's daughters came as a shock to Neil too.

''I am a dad. Those little dolls belong to me.'' Arjun spoke like lost guy.

''Yeah they do, but sorry to say they are quite fierce. My leg is paining at multiple places.'' Arjun chuckled, he felt so proud of the two he hadn't even met. ''Don't laugh, the one who kicked me at the end looks just like Chashni and one with cast.....wait she had a cast in her leg. She is hurt, you should go and check.''

Arjun sat up, ''Radhika won't let me see them.''

Neil held Arjun by shoulders and shook him vigorously, ''Wake up tiger. You are the Arjun Mehra, you shook the world for your revenge then why can't you fight for those tiny cute fighters. I am so jealous, Sam got to be the part of their lives and they labelled me as a bad boy.'' Arjun hugged his friend, he was happy , very happy. Neil felt wetness on his shoulder, ''Why are you crying big boy?''

''I don't know, I have never been like this. These tears seem to have their own will.'' Neil rubbed his back, ''Go and talk to Nandini di, knocking Chashni's door can be dangerous with those to tiny soldiers as guard.''

Arjun laughed, he had decided to see Nandini the early morning next day. She owed him answers, after knowing about the kids he was little furious with her for stealing those years from him. He knew, it was going to be a sleepless night as his heart craved to hold Radhika and his angels.

''I have daughters.'' Nandini froze. It wasn't a question but a statement. She smiled, it meant he had seen them . She ignored his question going about her job, Arjun tailed her around as Nandini gave instructions to the staff, ''DO I mean anything to you?'' He whined like a baby.

She turned, ''There is a lot more than you have seen Mr. Mehra. I suggest , you stay in some room where no one can see you. I am expecting important guests , why don't we discuss after that.''

Arjun stomped and walked off, Nandini shared a laugh with Rana, ''Let me see how long he stays holed up after hearing the jingles of my guests.'' After about half an hour the house echoed with beautiful voices as kids barged in without any hesitation, they knew it was their Badi Ma's house as radhika had already told them a night back. ''This is mine.'' Anya got herself sprawled on the lavish red couch that nandini right now had occupied. ''I am yours too.'' She said to the little girl

''Yes Badi ma, but this is mine.'' Nandini laughed, she lifted Anusha is her lap, ''What is yours here?''

Anusha thought looking around, ''everything''

"how are you di?''

''Now, amazing. My house looks like home.'' Nandini replied placing a peck on Anusha's head. The girls took the permission as Rana bribed them to show the house and garden.

''You should have told me about your health?'' Radhika complained

''Its fine, I am getting old.'' Nandini closed the discussion there and then

''I will be shifting back to Mumba in 6 months.'' Radhika's revelation made Nandini blink, as the words sinked in she smiled and then grinned wide, ''Aren't you worried about Arjun knowing about them?''

''I will let him see Anya but not Anusha. Anya has all the rights on her father and same goes with him, but Anusha is just mine.''

''And what explanation are you planning to give to Anusha?''

''Don't know, but I will figure out.'' Nandini just huffed, she knew nothing or no one can convince angry Radhika. Moreover, it was Arjun's job to win over the girls.

''He is here, if you want you can let Anya meet her father now.'' Radhika blinked, she was planning to see him but not this soon. Her daughters have already started asking innocent questions and she had no intention to keep Anya away from Arjun.

Rana helped Anusha up the stairs and showed them different rooms. He then led them to a big room decorated beautiful with pink decor, ''I want this room.'' Anya jumped

Rana caressed her head, ''This is yours and Anusha's room, your badi ma got it done.'' The girls squealed in delight exploring the room happily.

Arjun heard kids voices from library and his heart started thudding, he followed the voices and stood next to Rana watching the two girls playing the room. ''Your daughters.'' Rana whispered. Arjun was blind and deaf to the world around him, everything ceased to exist the day he got to know of them.

Anya frowned at the unknown face, ''Is he a bad boy?'' She asked Rana, her hands on her hip. Arjun smiled and mini version of Radhika, brown eyes dark hair and face like a doll. Arjun squatted to come to her face level, ''What's your name?''

''I don't talk to boys.'' That came with lot of attitude. Arjun was happy to hear the hatred for boys thinking of the future,his mind chided him for being over possessive about the 4 year old.

''Anya look....'' The distraction came from Anusha who managed to climbed the bed and now was sitting on the window facing the garden with her legs on either side. Arjun's heart stopped, a little slip would mean her falling straight on the hard earth. He took slow steps to the girl enjoying the window and pulled her to his chest from behind, ''That's dangerous baby''

''I am not a baby, I am 4 yrs old and big girl.'' His black eyes met  hers mid night ones. He smiled leaning his forehead against hers. He was about to disclose his relation, when Anusha was being snatched of his arms, ''I told you not to climb the windows''

''Sorry Mommy!''

''Mommy one more bad boy.'' Anya pointed towards Arjun seeking the permission to beat him. Radhika wanted to laugh at the way her innocent daughter had deciphered her father. She turned to Rana and handed Anusha to him, ''Please take her to Nandini di.'' Rana frowned but obliged

''Anya you wanted to meet your Daddy'' Anya nodded, Radhika took a deep breath, '' he is your Daddy.'' Anya looked from Radhika to Arjun and then squealed, ''I will tell Anusha we found daddy.'' Radhika stopped Anya, ''First you talk to him.'' 

Radhika locked her eyes with Arjun once before walking out next minute. ''Sit there.'' Arjun blinked at the order, but complied. He watched as she climbed the bed and plonked herself in his lap. He smiled, ''Why didn't you come to meet us? All my friends have daddy staying with them, they come to meet them at school. Why didn't you come to meet me and Anusha Daddy.''

Arjun let out a breath hearing the word Daddy, he lifted her to the face level and place numerous kisses on her face, ''I am sorry baby, I was busy. But now I will never leave you guys alone.''

"Pinki promise?'' Arjun locked his small finger with hers, gently placing his forehead against hers he cuddled her lovingly to her chest. ''Do you like boys''

''I am a boy''

''No, you are daddy.'' Arjun pressed his lips he decided to accept whatever his Princess had to say. With a smile he picked her up, ready to meet the other one. Once in the hall, he placed Anya on the floor, ''Anusha, he is not a bad boy . He is our Daddy.'' Arjun squatted down , extended his arms waiting for his daughter to hug him, Radhika held Anusha tightly in her embrace ''You are not Anusha's father. She is just mine.'' 

Radhika's voice felt like molten lava to Arjun's ears. He frowned , his angry eyes focused on his wife. ''Radhika don't do this'' Nandini pleaded watching Anusha's eyes turning glassy. The little girl stared at her mother with her lips drooped. Her eyes went to Arjun and then she hid her face in Radhika's embrace. She too wanted a father like all her friends, her little heart couldn't understand why Anya's dad wasn't hers. 

''Di, I am leaving Anya for sometime, you can send her to Sam's place. I am staying there.'' Radhika left the place without giving any explanations, leaving Arjun shocked and Nandini in a gloomy state. ''Why did she say that?''  Nandini looked at Arjun once, she shook her head in disappointment. All she cared was the little hearts involved in cross firing of Arjun Radhika.

''Her credentials says , she is Anusha Arjun Mehra. Then how come she is not mine and why there is a cast on her leg?'' Arjun was impatient now. He wanted answers and questions didn't seem to end. When he received no answer he sat in Nandini's feet, ''You will have to answer, if not for me for Anusha.''

''How do you know of her credentials?''

''I got a file in your study, you transferred some assets to both the girls. Now tell me all.'' Nandini huffed , she turned and found Anya busy playing Rana. She slowly narrated how Radhika adopted the daughter of her deceased friend and with little bribe they could manage to put Radhika's name in records, since Anya had his name the staff took both to be twins and added Arjun's name. 

Arjun assessed then re assessed the information just parted to him. Anusha wasn't his daughter, he mind and heart collectively discarded it. He had taken her to be his the moment he had seen her. All he could remember were sad eyes that stared at him with some hope. ''Why can't she be mine if she can be hers?'' he asked with a heavy voice. He just couldn't forget the glassy eyes that looked at him with expectation. 

''Because Radhika fears you will break Anusha's heart the way you broke hers. Arjun, Radhika is too protective about the kids and her word is the universal truth for the girls. 

''Does she thinks so low of me?'' Arjun felt disgusted.

''Doesn't matter what she feels, you have a tough job of winning the heart of mother and daughter.'' 

"I can get the custody easily, for both the girls.'' He sounded serious

''Do it and I will testify against you. I am still powerful don't forget that.'' 

''I thought you are my sister.'' He whined

''I am, but now I am badi Ma of theses 2. I care about them the most.'' 

Arjun threw his hands in air, ''I want to meet Anusha, minus my wife. What happened to her leg?''  Nandini couldn't help but smile, he passed her test. Amid all reasoning and truth all he was worried about was Anusha's leg. She threw a final one, ''Why are you worried? As I said she isn't yours,''

''Anusha Arjun Mehra, that's the truth I know. Now what happened to her leg.'' Nandini narrated the about the recent surgery and the reason for it. ''She needs a good physio, I will talk to Radhika. She can hate me all her life but no compromises when it comes to my girls. '' 

Nandini smiled, she requested Rana to get something from the study. Rana walked in after few minutes carrying a box, ''This is the memories you missed.'' Nandini handed the box to Arjun who held it with shaking hands and flowing eyes, ''Thank you!'' She patted his cheek lovingly

''Daddy up!'' Anya barged in and stood opposite to Arjun with her hands raise up. He kept the box aside and lifted her up, ''Would you like to stay here?'' he asked

''Yes, but with mommy and Anusha and Daddy and badi ma and Sammy.'' She counted all she loved on her fingers. Arjun realized Sam had been an important part of his daughter's life and was someone he had to seek help from. 

''Rana will drop her home, and I will find a way for you to see Anusha.'' Arjun nodded, pecking his daughter once he left with the box of memories he had lost.
