The waves crashed against the rocks breaking into smaller forms , but that didn't deter their determination  to reach the one they love. The full moon shined brightly over the clean sky letting its reflection sparkle over the torrid waves, urging its lover to meet him at horizon.  The silver rays turned the waves desperate as they kept on coming back with stronger determination. This could be inspirational for any, like the two friends who sat under light of moon watching the waves trying to touch their lover in the sky. ''I never thought I would see you again.'' Neil said watching the waves

''Me too, I would think of you but then revenge consumed me so bad that I pushed all behind my head.'' He paused and then looked at his childhood friend, ''I am sorry.'' It was an heart felt apology. Neil smiled, ''I already have forgiven you, I am just too happy to have you back. Let's celebrate.'' With that he handed Arjun a can of beer, the friends cheered bringing the drink to their lips

Neil took a sip, ''Look at the irony, we got separated, married the best friends and now when we met we are separated from our partners.''

''I want her to come back. But she never tried reaching out to me.'' Arjun added lost in Radhika

''And mine refuses to talk. I have to go through her lawyer even for a simple message.'' Neil said taking another sip

''Where is Sam these days?''

''Singapore, she has a good client base. She travels every 3 months.''

''And since when she has been doing this?''

''Past 4 years, I know what are you thinking. I thought the same, but I really don't want it to be true.'' Neil seemed making a prayer

''What is it that you don't want to be true?'' Arjun asked confused

''About Sam having an affair...'' Before he could add more Arjun laughed making Neil frown, ''Boss my wife as kicked my butt and you are laughing.''

Arjun controlled his laughter and explained, ''Your wife is indeed having an affair, but with my runaway wife.''

Neil spat his beer, ''Chashni is in Singapore!'' Arjun nodded. ''Are you sure?'' Arjun pulled out a picture and gave it to Neil. "your sister too is aware.'' Arjun nodded, ''So she also travels every 3 months.'' That was a statement rather than a question

''Yes, and sometime she stays back for months. And now she acquired this strange habit of arguing over small things, like kids. Must say Radhika affect ''

Neil held his head in his palms, ''We are screwed. Sam wouldn't let you know of Chashni's whereabouts and even if we know of it, CHashni will throttle me for hurting Sam.'' They both picked another can gulping in one go.

''What do we do?'' Neil asked

''For now, lets just forget all or my brain will burst.'' The two got completely drunk laughing and getting emotional about silly things. A patrolling constable gave the duo a disgusting look , as they hugged each other. He took them to be a couple and ran off fearing his safety.

Radhika woke up to a house full of commotion, she checked the time and jumped of the bed realising it was half past 8. Quickly freshening up she made her way out to the room to be greeted by an adorable sight.

''Mamu you want a hug.'' Anya stood opposite to Ankush with her arms opened wide. Ankush smiled pulling the little one to his chest. Radhika smiled, whenever her kids would be sad or gloomy she would offer them a hug and now they had picked it up.

He eyes searched for Anusha and next moment popped out. Dilip had her seated on his lap feeding her the breakfast listening to all kind of blabber. Radhika slumped next to her brother, ''Dad never fed any of us''

''Yeah! We were never this cute.'' He replied cuddling his niece.

''Mom you didn't even ask me for tea.'' Radhika complained to which Mala rolled her eyes, ''Get it yourself, I have to cook dessert for girls.'' Radhika opened and closed her mouth like a fish. She watched as her little ones went from one to the other member of the family bringing immense joy to them.

''You shouldn't have devoid them of our love Choti.'' Ankush said

''I know, but was too scared and hurt. I am sorry.'' She knew she was wrong in keeping the girls away from family. Ankush wrapped an arm around his younger sister, ''You are an amazing mom, but they need a family and none of us want you or them far from us. We lost 4 years, no more. We all want them to grow before us.''

Radhika opened her mouth to protest but Ankush silenced her, ''No if or but, you took flight from our lives without letting us know. We forgave you for that but now if you take them away, it would not be good.''

''I have a job there and a good one.''

''get one anywhere in India and why not back to BS.'' Sam cleared her throat giving Radhika a tantalizing smile, wining a glare back from her. Shaking her head, Radhika turned her eyes back to the girls. She could make out how the little ones enjoyed the undivided attention of everyone. They looked overjoyed; she huffed only if she could give them a complete family.

''Nanu I want a pizza.'' Anusha requested making her best innocent face. Dilip cuddled her lovingly turning his eyes to his chef son. Ankush nodded with a smile, turning his eyes to Radhika he silently conveyed the stern message.

Sam stepped out of the house to have a walk, her plan worked. She knew, once with her family, it would be difficult for Radhika to go back. Mishras won't allow that at any cost, ''Sam wait''

Manya ran to catch up with her lost sister, ''I have been calling you out for so long.''

''Sorry, I zoned out. Going somewhere''

Manya looped her arm around Sam's , ''yes, planning to make a dress each for girls. So need to shop for few things.''

''You are happy'' Sam said reading the contentment on Manya's face

''I am, I finally feel home. What about you? Has your absence knocked some sense into Neil.''

Sam shook her head, ''I am done. I have decided to be happy, with or without him. I can't stand that disgruntled look in his eyes every time he sees me. I have tried my best, now I want to be happy. I can't let anyone insult me more.'' Manya nodded, agreeing to her elder sibling but she silently prayed for the reconciliation of Neil and Sam. ''Are you planning to visit Mom and dad''

''Not with that Shruti at home'' Manya's voice turned bitter

''Manu, had she not left Ankush you would have never got him.'' Sam explained

''I still hate her'' Sam laughed as her younger sibling suddenly turned into a kid. The sisters made their way to the market as Sam briefed Manya about girls liking of colours and dresses.

Sam packed her stuff ready to leave for Mumbai. It had been 3 days, and now it was time for her to leave. She had first hearing of her divorce and wanted to complete that asap.

Radhika watched Sam from the door, taking a step she hugged her best friend from behind, ''If you think you can hide your pain, you are wrong''

''I am not in pain, I am finally getting free of it.'' Sam broke the hug, gently pushing Radhika to the bed she sat next to her, '' I have spoken to a good orthopaedic in Mumbai, Anusha's doctor in Singapore too referred him. Come to Mumbai and get her cast removed and get the details of exercises. You can visit Nandini didi too, she had not been keeping well for some time.'' Radhika got worried about Nandini hearing her ill health. She would have denied coming to Mumbai, but hearing about nandini, she decided to visit and soon. Moreover, she felt there was no reason for her to hide. Why should she pay for Arjun's deeds. Her daughters deserved the love of the family and she would give them that. Walking out she made a declaration, ''Ma, Papa...I will come back once these two complete the current calendar year in school.'' Her family rejoiced her decision, Turning to Sam she smiled, ''Can I have a job in BS?'' Sam smiled and hugged Radhika. She was happy the angels will finally have their dad.

Arjun couldn't understand the sudden reason of his hiccups, he had to cancel 2 meetings because of that. Neil watched his friend, ''Someone is cursing you bad.'' Neil had shifted in with Arjun as he couldn't go back to his place. Without Sam it felt empty and haunted

''I...feel...the same'' he replied between the numerous hiccups. He sipped water , rubbed his chest and turned to Neil, ''Could you speak to Sam?''

''She has blocked me and her lawyer says that all discussion can now happen only in court. '' Arjun watched the slumped shoulders of his friend. Somewhere he too was responsible for it. He walked to his friend and sat opposite to him, ''My lawyer will handle hers, by the time find out where is Sam right now. Don't worry about the legal process, just get her alone and talk to her.''

''You will send me to jail, she has barred me from seeing her.'' Neil reasoned

''She can do all but hurt you. Do you know where she is?'' When Neil shook his head, Arjun decided to use his contacts to find Sam's whereabouts, oblivious that this little meeting will lead him to a shock and surprise of his life.

It had been 3 weeks since Radhika landed in India. Her decision to relocate had left her family excited. She had one week of her vacation left and had decided to spend that in Mumbai with Nandini and Sam. The Mishra house looked gloomy about girls leaving. To their surprise, the little girls consoled them like pro promising to visit soon.

''Choti, call me if you need something.'' Ankush said hugging Radhika bye at the airport. ''Mamu me too'' the girls jumped raising their arms for their hugs. Ankush squatted down and hugged his nieces, ''will you call me.'' The kids nodded vigorously awarding him pecks on both cheeks. Ankush emotionally hugged his sister again before she walked into the departure gate.

Sam was busy instructing Zubin about a project when a thunder storm entered BS, uprooting Teji who fell flat on his back and some others who escape the fall the last minute, ''Sammmmyyyyyy!''

Sam grinned, squatted and collected the little Anya in her arms. Anya pecked Sam, ''I came because you were sad without me.'' Sam chuckled. He eyes went to her friend, who stood holding the other one in her arms, ''Me too Sammy. '' Sam moved and took Anusha from Radhika, ''How are you?'' Anusha curled her lip pointing towards her cast, ''It's okay, just few days.''

''Chashni , is that you?'' Teji exclaimed all surprised. Radhika smiled at her old friends as they hugged her one by one. Radhika introduced them to her daughters who looked shocked about their mother having so many friends.

''Mommy why are you friends with boys? They are not good.'' Anya questioned with her tiny arms on her hips. Zubin and teji looked at Radhika , ''She is defiantly you and this one....''

Sam cut them off, ''I am leaving guys, handle rest see you tomorrow.'' Sam wasn't aware about another surprise waiting at her door step. She had shifted to a rented place to have her own privacy. She didn't wanted to see pity in eyes of her family, nor she wanted to be an emotional burden on them.

Neil kept pacing outside the building waiting for Sam to arrive. The security had refused to let him in the premises without the permission of Sam. ''Will you relax?''

''Will she kill me?'' Neil asked chewing his nails

''yes, but I won't let you die....now'' The silence fell as Sam drove in the premises. Neil grabbed her arm as soon as she got down, he failed to notice Radhika, ''Sam, I have been looking for you. How can you think of getting divorce without discussing with me ?''

Sam was taken aback, she tried freeing herself as seeing Neil again after days had broken her self-reliance. Before Neil good understand, he jumped, ''Ouch!''

Two pairs of tiny hands were punching his legs non-stop, ''Stay away from our Sammy you bad boy.''

Radhika pulled Sam behind her, ''Anusha, Anya come back that's enough. Anusha walked back limping at once but Anya kicked Neil's shin once before walking back to her mother, ''Chashni!''

''Radhika....just Radhika for you. You disappointed me Neil.''

''Mommy he is a bad boy, he made Sammy cry.'' Anusha urged Radhika to hit him.'' Neil now forgot all, he gave a side glance to the car in the shadows. His eyes turning to girls and then Radhika, his head was now spinning.

Arjun forgot to breathe when Radhika stepped out of Sam's car, she was still the same, bright as a star. But his breath hitched when two little girls addressed her as mom. He touched his cheek, they was wet. He smiled, he was a father now, father to two beautiful girls. He felt his heart would burst with happiness. He was all the way more determined to have them back. He wasn't aware of the challenge in form of his wife which would make things rather tough for him
