Radhika walked away from the partying crowd. He songs affected people, yet she never expected to be affected like this. She walked till she was near the hotel beach. The cool breeze touched her giving her slight goose bumps. She rubbed her arms to calm the nervous self, Arjun's voice still resonated her ear drums. She shut her eras with her palms to kill it, it came back again. She felt disturbed

She stood there , covering her face with her palms blocking all thoughts to calm her inner self. After a minute, all she could hear was roaring waves. She took a deep breath, relaxed about getting the control back. Just then a pair of arms went around her waist , making her stiffen. She felt fingers moving her to a side and then lips on the bare shoulder. She wanted to break off but couldn't, he seemed to have cast a spell on her. The arms moved to her shoulder turning her around, she just couldn't lift her eyes to meet his. He cupped her face, lifting them up. She blinked, the eyes which always stood cold now had a strange warmth and softness in them . He leaned closer and her heart started drumming. Scared, she shut her eyes tightly and felt a soft touch on the corner of her mouth...

''Had it been so easy to cut it off, I would have thrown Sam out of my thoughts by visiting all beaches across Mumbai.'' Radhika jumped hearing Neil's voice, she looked around. There was no  proof of Arjun being present there. Was she dreaming? She closed her eyes once and swallowed the dryness. Before opening then , turning to Neil, ''What are you doing here?''

He sat on the sand and patted, she sat next to him, ''A friend of mine looked lost, I had to be with her.''

''You should be with Sam.'' She insisted

He chuckled, ''Radhika, I cannot force her to be with me and how can I be with her when she want to be with him. She is going all gaga over him after the song dedication.'' He became silent , she heard the pain in his voice.

''That wasn't dedicated to her.'' Radhika mumbled softly

''I know, and you took a flight all scared. I have been noticing his interest for quite sometime. How can he just woo two girls at the same time.''

''He thinks , he can woo me easily'' She scrunched her nose

''Hasn't he? I saw the effect on you.'' Neil replied with a teasing smirk.

She gave him a mock glare, ''I am not easy Neil, and I won't ditch Saral. He has loved me unconditionally for years. I would always chose Saral over him.''

''Even when you have feelings for him?'' He asked

''I don't" She retorted angrily. ''It was just a moment Neil, I use my head more than heart.'' She pulled her cheeks, ''Fine, calm down. Let's go back.''

''No, I want to be here, alone.'' She replied watching the waves shining in moon light.

''May be you are right, no one is waiting there for us.'' She frowned, ''Just say once and I will bring her on her knees infornt of you.''

He laughed and patted her cheek, ''If she can enjoy with someone, I too can with my mad Chashni.'' She nodded. They bonded over music, lyrics and food. There trans was broken when a drunk Kritika landed on Radhika's lap. She wrapped her arms around Radhika's neck and pecked her cheek, ''Chashni, you are so sweet to taste.''

Radhika made a face as Neil laughed, his laughter died as two other drunken figures went about challenging the imaginary pirate ships in the sea. ''Now, we have to baby sit them.'' Neil shook his head.

''Or let's just get drunk and join them.'' Radhika suggested. Neil blinked, she just knew how to make things simpler. ''What if we lose control and drown with them.''

She pointed towards the security seated on high tower, ''He had been keeping an eye on us since we arrived, and his friend joined him after these drunkards fell on us. So, in short we are not going to die and who is asking you get drunk, have some and pretend.'' He liked the idea, he took the bear bottles from Teji and handed one to her, they clicked gulping it down. Next moment Radhika lunged at Zubin and Teji claiming to be black beard from Pirates of Caribbean. The two of them fell back all scared as she danced maniacally around them. For a moment Neil felt she was completely out, he then picked her bottle and realised she was just acting. Radhika winked at him and shooed her three friends back to hotel with her drunken antics. Later, she and Neil laughed at the whole drama sitting near the waves under moonlight.

Sam danced mesmerized,  lost in Arjun. She had her head rested on his shoulders and eyes closed, unaware the man with her had his eyes fixed on to the exit where Radhika vanished few minutes back . He had noticed the change in her eyes, the way her throat moved nervously, the way her lips parted in surprise , he had noticed all. He was happy that he affected her. It was a good sign and he felt crossing the threshold with her. He wanted to follow her but Sam blocked his way, she looked so smitten with the little stunt he played. In a way he was glad, the song was for Radhika but it helped him melt Sam's anger, he smirked.

''I am sorry Sam, for everything. But I really care for you.'' Somehow he couldn't bring himself up to say the three magical words.''

''I am sorry too, I should have checked with you before blaming you for Bonnie.''

''Sam I want to marry you, can we now discuss that with our families.''

Sam's eyes lit up, he wanted to marry her. That statement was enough for her to trust him blindly, and why not, he was the guy who offered to marry her just in few weeks of courtship. Which was rare in today's world, her analytical brain refused to analyse as to why he was in a hurry. She just wanted to be lost in his arms forever. She wasn't aware what he was aiming at, she believed he would fill her life with love. She had no clue that his intention was to turn her life into living hell. He wanted to drive Sam to the verge of craziness and then crush her heart beyond repair. He wasn't looking for death in exchange of death, he was looking for a punishable life in exchange of his parents death.

He was planning to make her beg for his love, his attention and then her death. He had his plan ready to take over and break BS into pieces, crush Khannas to dust. His parents were the only people who loved him unconditionally, they gave him all he asked for. He felt so lost without them, his heart bled every time he recalled their lifeless mauled forms. His anger rose and his grip on Sam's waist turned hard. She flinched as he pulled her hard against his chest, ''You don't know how crazy I can get, so better don't test my patience.'' He whispered dangerously leaning more over her. She blinked once all surprised and then smiled, ''I really like your possessive side Mr. Mehra. ''

''So when are you going to speak to your parents about our postponed engagement.'' He asked , drawing patterns on her back. 

''As soon as I can, bhai too is better than before. I don't think mom and dad will have any objection about it.'' She replied all enchanted by his charm 

Arjun's lips twitched on a side, he never had issues making the opposite sex fall for him. Girls  readily threw themselves at him, except one Radhika! He smiled she saw through his facade, he had fallen for her voice but her bravery turned him possessive about her. ''What are you thinking?'' He looked down into her eyes, they were innocent, hopeful and trusting. He suddenly felt a pang of guilt grip his heart. His mind questioned, if he was doing right ? Wasn't he just crossing all limits in his anger. His alter ego supported his motives and his arrogant side came back. 

''Shall we have dinner, its already late.'' He asked her

Sam nodded and then softly asked, ''Can I request a small thing.'' He nodded and she continued, ''I know you are possessive and introvert kinds. But I want you to be friendly with ones I care for, Arjun they have been a part of my life till date and when you clash with them it leave me in a difficult situation.''

''Sam I don't like sharing, you know that.It makes me jealous when you spend time with someone else.'' Sam blushed and he smirked , it was working. ''And the ones you are talking about should know the limit of their friendship. With time relationship changes.'' He moved his arms around her waist making Sam shiver. She suddenly felt little uncomfortable, ''where are the others and where is Chashni, I haven't seen her for long.''

''Must be enjoying at the beach with Neil, after all he is substituting you with her.'' Sam just rolled her eyes. Moving out of his arms she moved towards the beach area and Arjun followed .When they reached there, Radhika Neil were busy in a sword fight, their sword were small wooden sticks. She challenged Neil calming to be pirate Queen and he accepted being the kind of rival pirate ship

''Are they drunk?'' Arjun asked.

''Seems to be.'' As they approached, Radhika winked at Neil and they began their drunk drama again calling Sam and Arjun by some random Pirate name. Sam didn't knew whom to handle first Radhika or Neil. ''Okay I will handle Neil, can you manage Chashni for a moment.'' Sam said noticing the annoyance on Arjun face looking a Neil. He nodded, she smiled and walked to Neil and looped his arm around her neck ,''Who are woman?'' Neil asked

''I am your petty servant my lord, I have come to escort you to your chambers.'' Sam replied with a roll of her eyes. Neil nodded like a king, ''you will be rewarded for good service.''

Radhika now felt trapped, her drama was now costing her all the way more, She decided to carry on to avoid any kind of uncomfortable situation around him. ''Stop there, you have no right to step into my territory.'' She pointed her small sword towards him

He smiled and stepped closer, removing the sword, ''Your highness, you summoned me few minutes back to help you escort back to your room.'' He said with a smile, happy to be all alone with her

''But you are not the servant I called for, that one is more handsome. Get out, I don't like your face.'' Radhika danced inwardly staring at Arjun shocked look. She was enjoying it.

''I am sorry your highness, your handsome guard has eloped with another maid of your and now you are stuck with me.'' In a flash of second he scooped her up, she squealed calling for help leaving Arjun shocked, the guards ran towards him and she pleaded the guards to save her from the evil ogre. Arjun just told the guards that she was drunk, He smiled as she tried all her ways to get free, once in lobby he stopped, ''I know you aren't drunk, I saw the hesitation on your face when Sam decided to be with Neil. She blinked, with a jerk he pulled her torso up towards her face and her hands landed on his chest to maintain the distance. She lowered her eyes being caught, ''You are beautiful Radhika, and I can't stop myself from loving you.'' She stayed quite. He knew he wasn't getting any response from her, he carried her towards her room and kept her down once they reached the door, ''Tomorrow, you will spend the day with me.''

''You wish'' She rolled her eyes

''You will, just wait and watch.''
