The small celebration ended as Neil picked his bag to leave; ''where are you going'' Zubin asked . "not me all of us, we have office. Get your bums moving. Radhika take an off and catch some sleep.''

''Guys we can work  from home, already the half day is over.'' Sam spoke glaring at Neil. Neil threw his bag over his shoulder; ''Bye Radhika''

''I would prefer Chashni'' She spoke sweetly like a child halting Neil's steps. He turned and smiled wide watching her grinning wide. ''Stay Neil, I never got a chance to have a big friends get together like this. ''

''Never???'' Teji asked astonished. Radhika nodded. ''Like never'' Kritika asked Radhika , watching her as if she was from mental asylum.

Radhika sat on the floor with a thud; ''Back home all I heard were opinions, that girl is too fast. She will spoil you. Don't call that girl home , there are rumours about her. Come home on time. Why aren't you friends with Rinku , she knows all house hold chores '' Radhika looked at the listeners; ''I wanted to make friends of my own choice, when I met Sam and Neil. I knew what I exactly wanted. To be a little more fierce like Sam, funny like Neil. This is why I wanted this one year so bad''

Sam hugged Radhika from back sitting on her knees; ''Don't worry I will make you a tigress by end of the year'' Radhika looked at Neil, he rolled his eyes; ''I will help you complete all your songs'' Radhika frowned, Neil looked away then gave up with a huff; ''Fine , Kritika Zubin go and get the important files and laptops from office and  Teji get the permission from Piyali ma'am as you look the sweetest'' He turned to Radhika; ''Happy drama queen'' Radhika nodded vigorously  and jumped up; ''I will cook foreveryone''

''You know how to??'' Teji asked little scared. ''I am good'' Radhika lifted her chin walking to the kitchen; But,,''

''But we don't have utensils and grocery'' Sam completed for her , turning to Teji she kind of ordered; ''Teji you get some stuff in this list, Kritika will get the permission as she is going over with Zubin. I will get grocery and Teji you meet me at the store , we will come back together'' Radhika looked at Teji, Zubin and Kritika. She understood the friction between Neil and Sam . Like all , she too hated it, calling Teji in a corner Radhika whispered her plan. Teji made an excuse and ran away so did Zubin Kiritika. Radhika bundled Neil and Sam together. Patting her back she picked the broom ans started cleaning the house.

Sam Neil kept throwing daggers through eyes and fruits in troley with equal intensity. ''I don''t want apple'' Sam said curt. ''Who said its for you, its for my Chashni''

''She loves chocolates not fruits, she is like me'' Sam replied smirking . ''Time she improves'' Neil replied trying to be casual. Irritated Sam threw an apple on him which landed on a man's head standing behind Neil , as Neil ducked. The Man abruptly turned to check on the culprit but found none as Sam had already ran to the other corner and neil was smelling and tasting spinach like a goat. Once the man walked out that area Sam broke into fits odd laughter. ''That was fun''

''You will get me killed some day Samrunder singh'' Sam smiled hearing the the nick name  ; ''Why do fight me Neil''

''Because you make stupid choices'' Neil replied slapping her head. Sam rubbed the spot; ''what bad choices'' Neil picked up few fruits; ''Arjun, he isn't good for you''

''I don't feel that, we blend  perfectly '' Neil shook hi head; ''You feel that , but Sam certain things and people might feel safe but actually are poisonous  for us'' 

''What do you mean'' Neil picked up a pineapple and an apple. ''He is a Pineapple with thorns you are an orange looks hard but soft from inside. He is harmful for you and he can break us'' Sam looked at Neil's hands holding fruits; ''And who is this apple''

''That's me, soft from everywhere . Just perfect for you'' Sam hugged Neil ; ''Idiot Apple orange jodi is perfect and nothing can break us'' Neil smiled ruffling her hair; ''Do you think Chashni can actually cook''

Sam shrugged her shoulders ; ''Don't know, I just hope her food is too like her voice. Sweet'' Neil smiled . Sam stopped; ''rather than Chashni call her granny, she and her big fat words'' Both laughed and pushed the trolley to the payment counter.

Radhika gave a glance to the house which was clean and ready. ''Now I will light the Diya'' Radhika checked outside, it was very cloudy and because of it had turned really dark inside the house . Radhika switched on the lights and started arranging the pooja plate 

Arjun burned a set of pictures of Sam and her family ; ''Sam has shifted right?'' Arjun asked Rana.

''Yes, but think again Arjun. Nandini wouldn't be happy with what you are doing'' Rand tried reasoning but Arjun shut him up with his raised hand ; ''I don't want to talk about her righ now, today is beginning of Sam's end. It will start from the same house where Khanna's ended my happiness '' Rana just prayed that Nandini returned soon

Moving to Sam's house Arjun pulled out the fuse turning the house dark. He smiled evenly at the lightning sky ; ''Today someone is surely going to get hit by a stroke of badluck'' He scoffed at the bouquet of roses and champagne  

Radhika turned tensed as the house turned dark. She tired moving around using walls to get to the nearest drawer. Shuffling the drawer she finally got the match stick. ''Now where is the candle'' Radhika lit the match stick and in its flicker  saw candle on the same table. The stick went off and Radhika  dashed with the table losing the match stick again.  Moving to the table she tried getting hold of candle when someone opened the door. Radhika was already tensed of darkness but now  someone's presence turned her nervous and cold. Radhika tried getting hold of something , in process of that her palms got coated with red powder in the poojs plate. Radhika was about to turn when someone gripped her from behind; ''After today you will never be able to leave me''

Radhika tried screaming but  Arjun gagged her; ''Hush, its just me. Why so scared. Radhika was terrified to no limit. She was so tensed that she couldn't even think that she knew the voice. Radhika was still thinking of escaping when she was abruptly turned around and her body was lifted off the floor. The champagne bottle crashed on the floor and flowers went into the air to come down on Arjun Radhika. Just then a stoke of lightning lighted the whole room for few seconds. Arjun froze so did Radhika. 

All thoughts plans revenge flew out of his head as his eyes landed on the object of his interest. As Arjun brought her body down. Radhika's coloured hands painted his white shirt from his shoulder to his  his chest. Arjun was lost, in her brown eyes  her angelic face , her dark hairs. His fingers which held her waist tight now wanted to touch more. Much more. ''Sir'' A small whisper from her lips bought Arjun back to reality.

He blinked and then gulped, but didn't let his grip go on her waist. Tightening it more he pulled her close roughly; ''what are you doing here'' Radhika didn't know what to say. This man was a riddle for her. Some days he pleaded her to be his friend and then next he becomes a mad rude manner less brute. Arjun pulled her closer ; ''I asked you something, answer it dammit''

Radhika shivered at his voice, squirming she freed herself; ''I live here, why are you here'' Arjun seemed to hate the distance she created. Taking a step closer he gripped her arm hard; ''This is Sam's house''

Radhika tried removing his hand; ''She invited me to stay with her , I am her flat mate . Plus you could answer without touching me too.'' Arjun smirked he thought; 'All I want is to touch you thoroughly  and claim you completely '  Radhika felt  a dangerous glint in his eyes, she stepped back and slipped on the champagne on the floor. Arjun gripped her waist pulling her small petite body closer again . She appeared so delicate that Arjun feared hurting her.  Radhika was now scared to be alone with him. On the other hand Arjun wanted the moment to freeze. Radhika took a step back as Arjun took one forward. 

Neil Sam returned and found everything in dark; ''What just happened here '' Neil moved towards the main switch ; ''Let me check. Sam someone switched off the main switch. Poor chashni'' 

Radhika was scared , Arjun looked like a wolf ready to pounce on her. Just then the house was filled with lights and Sam Neil made an entry. Radhika curled her lip like a child left alone by her parents; ''Sam you know...'' Just then she slipped hitting the Pooja plate on the edge of the table hard. The plate went of the table throwing the red powder all over Arjun. Neil pressed his lips looking at horrified Radhika; ''So Arjun are you playing holi with Chashni'' Radhika slipped again but Neil caught her. ''Chashni Arjun just stay away or one more accident might happen'' Neil pacified a whining Radhika taking her to the kitchen . Arjun fingers curled as he watched Neil's arm around Radhika's shoulder as he walked her to the kitchen . Then Neil cupping her cheeks as Radhika narrated  her ordeal. Arjun closed his eyes ones; ''Show me your room Sam'' Sam hooked her arm around Arjun's walking him to the bedroom.

Teji Kritika and Zubin made a cheerful entry. They gave Radhika all the stuff and helped her unpacking it. ''Zubin Teji and Kritika begin with presentation '' 

''Bitter gourd , manner less,  heartless jerk. I hope he gets lose motions '' Neil laughed; ''who are you cursing Chashni''

''That stupid arrogant jerk, who should rot in hell . But to our bad luck he is our boss and Sam likes him. '' Radhika replied with her nostrils flared. Neil licked his finger tasting the juice he just made . He smiled; ''now tell me how did you end up playing Holi with a villian instead of hero''

''He entered my house , without my permission then he gagged me and said some stupid stuff . Above that he questions me about my presence in my own place.'' Shaking her head angrily she went back dicing potatoes. Neil helped himself  up on the granite slab; ''what did you do''

''What will I do I started stammering like an idiot, not to forget all scared. I hate him'' Radhika replied putting the knife through the heart of potato . Neil handed her the glass glass of juice , go and give it to Sam. Radhika refused to go infront of Arjun again, but Neil pushed her. Reluctantly Radhika walked to the door . She was about to knock, but the words she heard made her decide against it.

''what is Radhika doing here'' Arjun asked wiping the red powder off his neck. Sam kept brushing the powder off Arjun shirt. ''Her aunt threw her out in the middle of the night, plus I felt responsible ''

''How can you trust someone you just met '' Arjun questioned annoyed. Sam smiled; ''Same goes with you. Anyways she is a simple & nice girl''

Arjun scoffed; ''these simple looking people rob people of their peace , all this simplicity is just a mask to win the trust'' Sam frowned; ''what wrong had that girl done to you ??? Arjun trust me Radhika is so simple that it takes time for people to believe in her simplicity. '' Radhika felt proud of Sam and that the same time her disgust for Arjun increased . That very moment she walked off. ''Chashni you came back without giving Sam the juice'' Neil asked

''I don't think I am welcome there'' Neil picked up another glass of Pineapple Juice. ''Have a sip'' Radhika made a face after taking a sip ; ''perfect Now Arjun will have this'' Neil said after taking a sip himself. ''But we just tasted it, its not right giving someone a used one''

''he deserves it'' Neil winked. ''Neil don't go in there, please'' Neil smiled; ''I will ,,just watch''

Sam walked to Arjun with his now somewhat clean shirt ; ''Ok leave that why are you here. Flowers champagne , did we plan a date''

''Why do you think I am here? With flowers and champagne. Leave it ,your roommate spoiled the fun.'' Arjun took the shirt and turned to the mirror; ''I feel you were scared of living in my house alone or I should say you didn't trust me''

Sam moved close opening the top buttons of her shirt; ''I am not scared Mr. Mehra, you just chose the wrong time'' Just when the heat was soaring up between these two . Neil barged in; ''here fresh juice people'' He gave them a dimpled smile . Sam quickly turned away to close her buttons and Arjun kind of scowled at him; ''Sam teach your friends to knock''

Neil banged the glass on the table; ''then first learn to press the door bell rather than scaring an alone girl.'' Neil walked out, his eyes did not miss the brief moment of intimacy that Sam Arjun shared. Taking a moment Neil took a deep breath , stretching his lips into a smile he again walked back to Radhika. Who was busy frying puri; ''I think you are right, that bitter gourd should get lose motions. May be he lose some heat of head with that'' Radhika Neil looked at each other before bursting into a laughter. ''Ok taste this and tell me how is it'' Radhika blew over the hot curry in the spoon and lifted towards Neil.

When Arjun walked out of the room with Sam, his anger shot up to a new level. Radhika was feeding Neil with her hands. They were enjoying and laughing together forgetting everyone around.

''I haveheard of love triangle , here it looks a square to me'' Kritika commented noticing all the four . ''you mean'' Asked Teji

''Neil loves Sam but finds a comfort with Radhika, Sam is attracted to Arjun but can't do without Neil. Radhika is unavailable but some how she seems to be a focal point of all the three lives'' Kritika concluded

''You are mad, Radhika has just stepped into our lives'' Zubin brushed Kritika off. ''you are right, but in few days she won the support and friendship of Neil who is difficult to fool. She is something special'' Kritika pointed over the kitchen where Radhika Neil giggled like kids. Then her finger moved to Arjun-Sam who did talk but with their eyes on Neil-Radhika.
