For those of you who do not know what Discord is, it's an easy to use, easy to sign up app/website used for chatting with others. It was originally designed for gamers, but has expanded to where many communities use it.

Dreamland uses it as a space for all Wattpaders -- not just the Dreamers of our community -- to use. If you do not want to join a book club but want to be in a place with other writers -- or even if you do join our clubs -- then we strongly suggest joining this.

Most people who join find a very friendly, open place where they feel comfortable. We have spots for writing help, a place where people write together for a select amount of time which has led to a lot of productivity for our members, places to set up read exchanges, as well as non-writing related areas like random chatter, a spot for music, a center for fandoms, whatever.

The discord is meant to help facilitate community and friendship among its members.

If it seems like a place you would like to join, feel free to shoot us a DM. Most of the clubs also ask if you want to join the discord when you are signing up.

Below is a list of all our categories and channels, as well as their descriptions, as of October 16th, 2020. We are excluding the areas that are simply to assist with getting to know and move around the discord, but please know that those are there!  We just want to give people intrigued by the discord an idea of the fun things there.  Yes, we have a lot of channels, but know you can mute them or make it so you cannot even see them if you so wish.
