Raid Changes

Hey, everyone!  Raid is going to wait a day to update because I need to do a quick poll!  If you're in Dreamland Raid or interested in it, please reply inline below!  Only do this if you're in Raid or very interested in joining Raid.

First off, I would like to make it official that Raid will now be updating every other week rather than every week.  And with that in mind, I think the below option good, but I'll let others give their feedback before it's fully implemented.  

A Book of the Week (BotW) system!

BotW would require you to read one chapter and comment on it from said BotW. Each person could only get this once per 3 months/6 updates.  Now, there are a couple methods I have in mind for how to choose BotW.  Vote inline next to the method, or also, just say no xD

-----Yes to BotW, selected from whoever reads the most from the New and Undiscovered Book

-----Yes to BotW, selected from amongst the ones who read more than one chapter of the New and Undiscovered Books, each extra chapter being one extra entry

-----Other (explain inline)

-----No to BotW
