You, with the help of the managers, coaches, and some volleyball members, successfully prepared the barbecue. Some managers also brought in some watermelon.

You decide to eat some watermelon first, since you love the juiciness and sweetness of the fruit, and it also helps cool you down from the hot, blazing sun. Sugawara sits down next to you, also eating a watermelon. Looks like he wanted something to cool him down too.

Meanwhile, Kageyama is going around stuffing his face with a lot of meat. He then starts to choke on some meat, as he pounds his fists lightly on his chest.

"This kid really does need some help," Akaashi sighs to himself as ,hands Kageyama some water. He gulps down the water quickly and sighs in relief.

You laugh a little and you hear a sigh next to you.

"It's really hot outside today," Sugawara speaks up as he continues to eat his watermelon while looking up at the bright, blinding blue sky.

"Yeah," you respond, smiling as you look at him.

He tears his gaze from the sky to you and you notice that he caught you staring.

You immediately look away,"S-sorry.."

His mouth tugs upwards, into a grin holding back his small laugh. "It's fine."

You let out a sigh of relief and look at the other boys getting more barbecue, only to spot Kageyama choking again.

"Geez...that kid..." you face palm and quickly get a cup of water and run up to him.

You hand him the cup of water and he gulps it down, pounding his chest lightly with his fist. He gives you a thankful look and you smile at his idiocy.

"Take it slow next time," you tell him.

"Y-yes!" he stiffens and moves his eyes towards the meat again. Before you knew it, he is back to eating furiously.

"Tobio!" you scold as your eyes twitches. He flinches and stops to chew on his food. "Good boy..."

His face turns red as he swallows the food. He puts some meat on his plate and hands it to you.

"F-for saving me twice..." you slowly take the plate and grin at his embarrassed face that's looking away from you.

"I'm amazing, aren't I?" you say confidently.

"Y-yes! (f/n), you're amazing!" he says with a glint in his eyes and a blush on his face.

Your face flushes too, because you weren't expecting that answer. "Th-thanks, I guess." You scratch the back of your neck bashfully.

He smiles a genuine smile and you blush, since it wasn't often he gave off that smile. "Your real smile is adorable, y'know? You should do it more often." You smile, yourself.

"Wh-wha-th-think-thank you!" his face bursts red as he struggles with his words.

You laugh at his struggle and you reach down on the plate he gave you, grabbing a piece of meat. As you eat it, you realize how good it is, and you wondered why you hadn't gotten it earlier. You eat more of it, thankful that Kageyama offered you it. You smile happily as you eat the pieces of meat.

"Your smile is adorable too, (f/n)," Kageyama whispers to himself as he stares at you eating.

You're about to go back to Sugawara but you see Daichi chatting happily with him so you don't want to interrupt. You smile and grab more meat.

"Hey (f/n)-chan, this meat is really good, don't you think?" Hinata says next to you, starting you since you didn't realize he was there.

"Yeah! I just realized that now! Man...there's not much left! I regret not getting some earlier..." you sigh.

"It's ok! You can have some of mine!" he grins widely as he hands you his plate full of meat.

"Shoyo...are you sure..?" you stare at him with a bewildered expression.

"Of course! I've already eaten a lot!" he giggles as he pats his stomach. You take the plate of food from him and thank him joyfully.

Kageyama watches the two of you, emitting a dark aura around him as he mumbles to himself repeatedly, "I gave it to her first...I gave it to her first...I gave it to her first..."

Hinata notices Kageyama's mumbling, especially since the dark aura is creeping him out, along with his creepy glare he's giving the small boy. "Um...I think Kageyama is chanting something... Ahhh! I don't wanna be cursed! Kageyama, please stop chanting your creepy black magic at me!" Hinata runs to Kageyama and jumps in front of him, waving his hands around frantically in Kageyama's face so he could stop chanting.

You laugh at their actions. "I wonder what Kageyama is really saying..."

"(f/n)...If something happens to me.. please tell my mom and my sister that I love..." Hinata clutches his stomach, his face looking uneasy. "Tell them...I love...I love.....volleyball... - I mean them! Tell them that I love them!" He runs off to the restroom with a quick bye.

You snicker at his odd actions. Maybe Kageyama really did curse him? You shake your head, doubting the option. He's probably thinking that he did get cursed, even though he didn't. Silly boy.

You're currently waiting for the buses to arrive, since the barbecue was over now.

"He-hello.." Kageyama approaches you.

"Hey Tobio!" you wave happily at him. "What brings you here? Are you trying to apologize to the poor little ball of sunshine for cursing him?"

"What ball..of...sunshine..?" Kageyama tilts his head with a confused look. "oH my GOd is the sun walking around with a volleyball?! He better not burn the volleyballs...!" He grits his teeth in anger.

You face palm, "Tobio...I think you also cursed yourself and not only Shoyo..."

"Cursed?! Is that sun a wizard?!" he panics as he paces back and forth.

You double face palm, if that's even possible. "Tobio you idiot. I just referred to Shoyo as 'ball of sunshine' because he's so cute and lively."

He calms down immediately and his face turns beer red, "Oh."

You laugh at his idiocy, although it's cute and entertaining.

"Is-am-uh..." Kageyama's face stays red as he looks at you intensely, stumbling on his words.

"'Is-am-uh" what?" you snicker as you return his gaze.

"N-nothing!" he looks away.

"Hello, (f/n)-chan!~" Oikawa walks over to you with a big, sugary smile on his face.

"Hi Tooru!" you grin as he comes over. "What brings you here?"

"I just wanted to steal you away for a bit so you can stay away from...this thing..." he turns his head and glares at Kageyama.

Kageyama looks back at Oikawa, but with a confused expression and speaks up, "C-can you teach me how to perfect my serve?"

"Oh my lord how many times do I have to tell you, I will never, ever teach you anything! Idiot! Blehh!" Oikawa sticks his tongue out and mocks him.

While he's distracted, Kageyama grabs your hand and runs.

"Ahhh! Tobio-chan, get back you you nasty little thieve! Don't steal my (f/n)-chan! Grrr!" Oikawa stops his running fit and tries to run after the two of you, but something - or someone - stops him.

"Trashykawa stop being rude to your kouhai," Iwaizumi holds his idiotic friend back.

"Noooo! My (f/n)-chan! Why do you have to do this to me, Iwa-chan!" Oikawa whines and sulks. "Now I don't even see them anymore! Thanks a lot, Iwa-chan!"

"Oh boy, I'm in for a a treat," Iwaizumi rolls his eyes and cringes at the thought of dealing with his best friend.

Elsewhere, Kageyama takes you outside. You and him stop, catching your breaths.

"What...was that...for?" You say in between huffs.

"I-I don't know...it was just- my legs, they moved on their own..." Kageyama says uncertainly.

Now that you two are alone, you decide to ask something that you're still curious about, "Tobio, what did you mean when you said 'is-am-uh'?"

"Y-you still remember that?!" he looks at you in shock as his face explodes red.

"Well, yeah...I'm still curious."

"I-I was going to ask...um...am I c-cute too? Since you said Hinata-boke was..." he looks away with a face with a million shades of red and pink.

"Wh-what? Of course you are!" you're taken aback from this question. That was what he wanted to ask? For some reason, you were expecting something more...

His face lights up with happiness, but it quickly drops afterwards, "Um..uh, so..." he says nervously as he fidgets with the hem of his jet black Karasuno Volleyball Club jacket.

You look at him with question marks around you, "Wh-what?" Your face has a faint blush on it, because of how cute Kageyama looks right now with his beer red face.

"W-will you be my g-girlfriend!?" he shouts as he violently bows deeply to you, with his head almost touching the ground and his bag flinging in the air when he did so.

You stare at him for a while before processing what he said. "Wh-what?!" Your face explodes deep red, just like his face.

"I-I, y-you don't have to accept, I-I think I'm being a little selfish," he stands up properly, with his head still low as he tries to run because of how embarrassed he is. You stop him, head hanging low too.

"W-wait! Tobio, I-I..." your grip on his arms loosen, "I accept!" You lift your head up as you smile with a big blush on your face.

"R-really?!" he lifts his head up too, and he makes eye contact with you. His face is equally as red as yours.

You both look away, and he slowly goes closer to you, before embracing you in a hug.

You melt into his arms, as you smile with glee. "I love you Tobio..."

"I-I lu-lub-love you too..." he stutters, and you laugh.

"Oh yeah, wait here, I need to ask Tetsurou something," you break the hug and run off.

"D-don't ask him out!" he shouts after you as his face drops.

"I won't!" you shout back, and his face lightens up again.

You ask Kuroo to move into Kageyama's, your new boyfriend, house and also switch to Karasuno's manager since you wanted to be with him. Kuroo smiles sadly at you and agrees.

The Nekoma and Karasuno buses arrive, and Kuroo goes over to Kageyama.

"Your one lucky man, huh?" Kuroo slaps Kageyama on the back playfully as he gives a small smile. "You better treat her well!" He goes to his bus before Kageyama could answer.

"Um, ok..." Kageyama replies, though Kuroo obviously doesn't hear.

The Karasuno bus loads, and word got out that you and Kageyama are dating.

"WHHAAAATTT?!! My kouhai got a girlfriend before me?! Not to mention his new girlfriend is (f/n)-chan! That's so not fair!" Nishinoya and Tanaka whines in their seat, crying in the process.

Tsukishima growls as Yamaguchi asks about his well being.

"Tch," is all the megane responds to his freckled friend.

"Wh-what happened when I was gone! Did you curse (f/n)-chan too? D-did you make her fall in love with you?" Hinata shouts.

"N-no, of course not, Hinata-boke! I can't even curse people!" Kageyama shouts angrily but with confusion as well.

"Oh," is all Hinata says. "But you better treat (f/n)-chan well!"

"Don't worry, of course I will," Kageyama smiles and the Karasuno members freak out.

"He's smiling! And it's not creepy! Finally!" Sugawara says in awe. The other members nod.

You smile to yourself as you watch the commotion. This is going to be a fun bus ride.
