"Excuse me, do you know where the bandages are?" Ushijima asks you, holding one hand with his other.

"Hm? Oh yea, hold on," you take off the bed sheets and get out of your hospital bed.

"You don't have to get up to show me, I just needed you to tell me. You're sick," he says, awkwardly motioning you to get back on the bed.

"No, it's ok. I'm feeling better now," you assure. You walk over to a cabinet and open it, taking out some bandages. "Here, I'll treat your would for you." You motion him to sit on the chair in front of you.

He comes over and sits down, "I can do it myself."

"Nope, I will. I want to help the injured. Now, where are you hurt?" you ask. He holds out his left hand and points at his index finger with his right hand.

You gently wrap the bandage around his finger.

"There, all done!" you finish wrapping the bandage, smiling at him.

"Thanks," he says, bowing his head a little. "I'm Ushijima Wakatoshi," he says, holding his hand out to you as he stands up.

You grab his hand and stand up from your chair, too. "(l/n) (f/n). Just (f/n) is fine."

He let go of your hand and bows a little, "If you'll excuse me." He walks towards the exit, thanking you again for your help.

"It's my pleasure, Wakatoshi," you say cheerfully. When he leaves, you remembered something.

"Oh yea! I need to get back to my team, since I'm all better now!" you say to yourself, quickly walking towards the exit.

When you got out of the nurse, you see Ushijima not too far away.

"Hey! Wakatoshi! I'll walk with you," you call to him.

He just nods his head slightly in approval.

You run towards him, catching up.

The two of you walked side by side, not saying a word, until you spoke up.

"So...how did you injure your finger?" you ask.

"I hit a spike too hard."

"Ouch."

"It didn't hurt too much."

"Ahh." And there was silence once again.

You hum happily to break the awkward silence. You stop humming and the silence becomes a peaceful one.

"WA-kA-TO-sHi!" is the first thing you hear when Ushijima arrives at his destination.

"Hello, Tendou."

"Hmmm? Who's that little miss next to you?" the red head asks, tilting his head to the side.

"Ah, hello. I'm (l/n) (f/n), just (f/n) is fine. I'm the manager of Nekoma. Nice to meet you," you say.

"How's your finger doing?" Semi asks.

"It's fine, thanks to (f/n)," Ushijima replies.

You wave with a smile.

"Thank you for helping out teammate out," Semi bowed. "I'm Eita Semi"

"And I'm Satori Tendou!" Tendou pops up in front of Semi.

"Hey! Tendou, that's rude," Semi gently pushes Tendou out of his way.

You sweat drop. 

After that, everyone else introduces themselves to you and thanks you.

"I think I should get back to my team now, sorry," you bow politely, waving to everyone as you walk away. "Bye!"

"Bye, (f/n)," they say.

"(f/n)-chan! You're not sick anymore! Thank goodness! I was worried about you!" you see Oikawa run up to you to embrace you. You stand there and smile as he embraces you.

"Tooru, don't hud me too long or your trashiness will rub off on me," you joke.

"So mean!" Oikawa whines.

You laugh, "I'm kidding, but you should let go now, really. I need to get back to my team."

He lets go of you. "Next time we go against Nekoma, we'll win. And when we win, I'll get to hug you as long as I want," he states. "I'll be going back to my teammates, (f/n)-chan! Bye!" he winks at you as he goes back to his team.

"Hey! I didn't agree to that!" you shout to him, but he pretends to not hear. You sigh, "I guess it's ok..." you say to yourself.

You walk over to your team, hoping they didn't see you earlier so you can surprise them. "Hello guys, guess who's back!"

They all stop practicing and run over to you, squishing you with a hug.

They welcome you back, and you thank them, laughing with joy.

"I missed you guys."
