SYNOPSIS: "Are you the eye, the one who's in the center of this storm?" Within the dark city of Seoul, not a single sound is heard. While some people are asleep, two groups of people are awake. 

Crimes are committed with no one knowing. Kim Namjoon, the leader of a mafia, is one out of the many who haven't been caught for his illegal acts. His impressive skills have taken him further into the world of crimes.

One fateful night, while on a mission, Namjoon ran into Jung Hoseok, the leader of a different mafia. Their eyes met as thunder began to rumble and lighting began to strike. Just when it couldn't get any worse, it was only the beginning of a long raging storm to success. "You think you're better than me? Well, think again."
