Insecurities, fear, anxiety everything was burning in the heat of the moment they just shared and are still sharing. They parted to look at each other with utmost fervour. The kiss being the most beautiful moment of their life, that signified Their deep love.  Their eyes not leaving each others but the horn of some vehicle brought them out of trance

Their brief emotions sprinkled down in form of tears running down their cheeks with no spoken word between them.
For Shivangi , It was everything she could ever ask for and for him it was everything he tried hiding from her.
In the intensity of moment both decided to confess that one thing they wanted to

"I love you, Mohsin"  she professed

"I have hole in my heart" he averred

The world stopped for both of them , Shivangi's face became plain and his face became stern.
"What did you just say, say again?" She implored and his graze shifted to ground not able to look at her
"I have hole in my heart" he mumbled
"You are joking right?" She trembled and cupped his face and made him look into her eyes
He slightly nodded his head in a no with brimming tears in eyes falling on his cheeks . The hands Cupping his cheeks loosened and fell in air with a jerk and tears stopped falling from her eyes and she turned around hiding her face in her palms trying to stop herself from breaking down.He looked at her and realized she confessed that she loved him on any another day it would have been happiest day of his life but today
the storm had hit them but something made him confessed too , without thinking he engulfed her in his arms from behind wrapping them firmly around her neck
"I love you too , Shivangi" he admitted
and she let out a loud sob , the happiest day of her life , yet she felt miserable
"When did you get to know this" she asked
"Yesterday" he revealed tightening his grip around her when she tried turning around to face him
"How bad is it?" her eyes met his again
"Well without surgery, 2 years on medication , with surgery either dying at that very moment or living forever, atleast until I can " he said trying to look everywhere but her right now.
Flashes of that nightmare came rushing back in her mind - it wasn't just a nightmare, it wasn't !!!!! She held her head trying to register what was happening and mohsin just hugged her tight rubbing her back trying to calm her down.
"shivi!!!, Don't ! Please! You are my strength!! " He kissed her hair gently
and her sobs reduced.
"And I love you too, more than you can  ever imagine, you are everything I have and I am living for."he confessed, words she was dying to hear from so many months and she just hugged him more tightly burying herself in his arms wetting his shirt with unstoppable falling tears.
"We will make it out of this nightmare shivi . We will lead a happy life ahead. Just you and me. I am not promising but I will try my best , and I hope you will too." His voice had unbreakable faith.
" Sufferings will end and with us being together forever." He continued while she calmed hearing his hopeful words.
"I hope we will get through it." She mumbled into his chest.
" If we give it our best, we will." He assured.
"You aren't going anywhere right?" She questioned him
"As long as you are by my side ,I am not." He slightly smiled
" I really love you mohsin"she said again with glittering eyes.
" I love you too shivi." He replied back
And joined their lips again.
" We will be free from this nightmare." They said together breaking apart
" Atleast better"

1 week passed. Shivangi had her tests and there was no sign of cancer in the tumor. The date was set for operation.
Mohsin's condition wasn't improving yet it was stable. He was yet to make the decision but before making the decision he had to consult his parents as well even if he knows they don't care.

"4 lakhs?, From where I will arrange 4 lakhs !" Shouted Shivangi's father on phone which was heard by mohsin. He went upto him and sat beside him as her father kept phone aside in disappointment.

"Uncle, I can help you. I have Savings which can be used for her treatments. She means everything to me after aayush. I can't loose her. Please take the money from me if you have ever considered me as your son. " He pleaded to him

" Son! How can I take money from you!" Shivi's father hesitated " You yourself have to pay for your treatment".

"Uncle when aayush left us , he took a promise from me and I am not breaking that promise. Till my last breath. I promised him to never let you feel his absence. If he would have been here the things would have been different. So let me make that difference. Or it it that you still don't consider me anything?" Mohsin   sighed with tears in his eyes.

"Mohsin! You are my son. My Daughter loves you.Aayush loved you. But you have already done enough for us mohsin. " He shook his head

"Let me save the girl I love. Please!" He begged and Shivi's Father looked at him helplessly

Shivangi's father hesitated a little but then gave in to his continuous pleadings with a heavy heart and took him into a tight hug.

" Call me dad from today. " He whispered." But just so you know, you guys aren't getting married anytime soon. Ok? " he chuckled between tears and Mohsin just smiled

Yes ! They revealed about their feelings to their parents and now they were officially Girlfriend boyfriend and the family has accepted it with open arms.

" I knew you guys weren't just best friends. How dumb you two were all this time." Said yashoda Aunty smiling and hugging them while uncle just smiled at them saying 'stay blessed'.

Shivi laughed remembering those happy memories they made in short span of a week." If only things were different, if things were better and they weren't fighting to survive. How lovely it would have been!", She thought to herself as she heard Mohsin's and her father's convo. But at the same time she was happy  for she believed that whatever Destiny has planned for them, the universe will lead them to it. She walked away from there to her room without making any noise.

Somethings were leaving her nervous beyond measure. For instance how everything was being welcomed into her life so easily.
Maybe she was scared that everything would change, as has always been the case when happiness came knocking at her door.

"Life is all about changes , happy or sad it depends on us and the way we accept them." He whispered huskily in her ears and kissed the top of her head and she smiled

She pulled him with her onto the bed carefully ,hugging him and cuddling into him, all the while wondering how he always knew what was going on inside her head.

"I hope we can leave our nightmares behind"He thought.

" We will steer our way out of them, I know this. But until then let's dream about us." She pecked his lips, taking them temporarily away from all the worries that plagued them both.

As their wishes joined forces, it was as if a spell was cast without either of them uttering a single word.
And as the wishes became spells, so too did they find the answers to questions they didn't dare ask.

One could say that the spells had left them almost entirely spell-bound.
