9 Hours till Blood Moon

As Night and Zarya approached the land the moon started to peak over the horizon. "Night! We are heading into Lossluory! Our magic is going to be cut off-!" Right on time Night and Zarya plummeted through the air, in less then a minute Night and Zarya landed in a shore like area. "What is Lossluory known for again?" Night asked as he stared into the foggy abyss in front of them. "Land of the loss.." Zarya said as she walked forward with her swords out ready to attack. Night followed with his axe in hand, looking back at the foggy sea before heading into the fog. 

"The moon shouldn't be able to reach us under all this smoke." Zarya said after entering the the foggy forest, Night made a grunt so she knows he heard what she said. There was a slight breeze that rustled the trees, the branches creaked and clattered against the wind. Night and Zarya were walking in silence for 20 minutes before they heard a twig snap behind them. Night and Zarya got into defensive positions then turning towards the sound.

Silence consumed the area

Slowly Night and Zarya walked backwards 10 feet, an arrow was shot between their heads grazing Night's cheek. "Run!" Night whispered yelled at Zarya grabbing her forearm as he took off running. Behind them 4 figures came out of hiding and split into pairs of 2 following behind the 2 criminals, slowly hunting them down like humans do to animals. 

Night and Zarya ran as fast as their legs could take them. Slowing down to catch their breath "Do you think it was them?" Zarya was bent over trying to find her breath, "Most likely. I think they are hunting us so we should split up and meet on the other side that way we can keep them busy and it will be more fair." Night said with heavy breaths, Zarya gave Night a small punch to the shoulder "If you die I am bringing you back to kick your ass." Zarya ran off in one direction leaving Night by himself giving a small chuckle at Zarya's quip. Night walked the opposite direction of Zarya. 

8 Hours till Blood Moon

Night's POV

I was walking off trying to avoid the low branches of the dead trees and trying not to trip over rocks and roots. It has been about 10 minutes since I split up with Zarya. I hear something from behind me...Footsteps, 2 people, average...Flame and Goggles followed me. I started to smirk, if they think they can sneak up on me like cowards they got another thing coming. Let's get back to basics.

I sneaked off the main path I was on and chopped down some weak vines that were hanging off a rock wall, I grabbed a few rocks; easy to carry but heavy enough to do damage. I grabbed a few sticks that were dry and stubby. I could hear their footsteps more clearly now they were about 20-25 feet away from me, I have no more time I have to do it now. I climbed up a tree as quietly as I could trying to not disturb the branches so they won't give away my spot. I could hear them whispering, I crouched down on my branch to try and hear better. 

"Where did he go?" "I don't know, keep your eyes open he might be near us" I had dropped a pebble from my branch making a quiet thud. "He wouldn't give up his position like that, it's a trap." Flames whispered yelled "He's that way!!" Goggles responded as he started to walk in the opposite direction of my tree. Now it's time to follow them until they hit the dead end up ahead where I found my supplies. The only reason I know where all of these places are is because I have been here before, it was when I was travelling with Zarya one of our first missions after prison. Tough times walking through here without a guide or map.

I carefully followed the two, I came up behind Goggles with the vines. I wrapped them around his neck silencing any noise he made to try and warn Flame, I felt him struggle for a few seconds before he stopped moving. I placed him down on the ground and felt his pulse, low but still there. He was only unconscious, I just need to slow them down not kill 'em. I tied his hands and covered his mouth with the vines. Flames was calling for Goggles. "Goggles! Goggles?" He was coming in my direction, I used the fog to hide myself once again. I crouched down and moved around him while staying low, I stepped on a twig making it snap.

I froze, Flame spun around and pointed the bow right at me "Night~ Where are you~" His voice turned sadistic and sounded insane. I grabbed on of the sticks I had and threw it at his arm, I heard a pain grunt and ran straight at him. I tackled him to the ground and punched him in the face, he threw me off of him and grabbed an arrow trying to stab me. I rolled out of the way and used my stick from earlier to jump him and swung the stick to knock him out. I hit him square in the jaw effectively knocking him out. "And...He hits a home run!" I said holding the position acting like I hit a homerun. I crouched down and held his face in my hand "Damn...You got ugly." I dropped his head and tied up his feet and hands.

6 Hours till Blood Moon

I dragged them towards a cliff, it wasn't a terrible drop...just 40 feet with a tiny shallow pond bellow but they don't need to know that. I stuck two stubby sticks into the ground and attached a stronger vine to the base of it and the other end to their feet binds and I pushed them off the edge and waited for them to wake up. I sat down at the edge and dangled my feet off the cliff side, staring into the foggy abyss. 5 minutes I saw the vines wiggling "I wouldn't do that if I were you. You might just loosen your binds and fall to your death." They stopped wiggling "Great. Now all you need to do is listen, I am not going to kill you I just need to slow you down. I suspect you will be able to get out of these binds in about an hour..at most hour and a half. Have fun~"

 I waved to them over the side before I cut the vines slightly to make them more fragile. The more they wiggle the quicker the vines will break. If they snap they fall into the pond giving them another set back. I walked back tot he main trail and started to the end of the forest. The closer I got the clearer the woods became. At the end of the woods I saw a figure sitting on a rock "I thought I would get out before you!" Zarya turned around and walked towards me "You wish." We continued out walk on the trading trails, soon we will hit a village and can get some supplies from there.

5 hours till Blood Moon

Zarya and I arrived at the village in no time, we found the bakery where we grabbed some food, a blacksmith where I bought some small knives, finally we stopped at a butcher to grab some meat to cook quickly. Zarya and I were about to leave the village but were stopped by the sounds of hundreds of synchronized footsteps and some trumpets and drums. We hid in an ally nearby and stayed out of site listening to the announcement. "WE ARE LOOKING FOR THESE CRIMINLS, THEY ARE BEING CHARGED WITH CONSPIRSY AGAINST THE KINGDOM!!" I ran out of the ally, Zarya was not far behind we found a back road that led out of the village.

3 hours till Blood Moon

Zarya and I stopped after a while, our hands were turning black again "We got to stay out of site of the guards and the moon." I said dragging Zarya into the shadows of the trees. We slowly made our way through the forest at a slow pace trying our best to stay out of the moons light and keep to the main road without being spotted. "Night we have a problem..." Zarya said pointing ahead. The trees were gone, we had to cross a meadow then we would be back at our village. The meadow was almost 40 miles long, if we went around it we would waste precious time. "Do you think we could cross in time?" My question came out more desperate then I wanted. "Nope." I let out a groan and walked forward "No other option then...Let's try no to kill anything" 10 feet into the meadow out coms were starting to work, "hello? can you hear me?" I could hear some words through the static "-ight....we-.....hear-....little-....hurry...." It was too staticky to hear complete sentences. "Meet us at the meadow, we can preform the spell here." 

There was no reply, I hope they got the message. I noticed my arm was slowly being consumed by the black. "We have to hurry-" "THERE!! I FOUND THEM" I whipped my head around to see the army right behind us, Jack, Kyle, Flames and Goggles were standing in front of the army with their weapons at the ready. "Get Them!!!" Jack yelled sending the guards running towards the 2 criminals. Night and Zarya didn't waste a second before running away, knowing it was futile and they would have to fight.

2 hours till Blood Moon

3rd Person's POV

The SMP members watch Night and Zarya run away from the army, Night's vision started to turn red and Zarya's black. 'What's going on with their vision?" Wilbur asked from his seat. "Nightmare is taking control." Magician replied watching the screen like a hawk. The SMP members looked at each other confused "I thought Dream was already Nightmare?" Wilbur said, King turned towards the SMP members "No, Dream was in control of Nightmares body. Nightmare is a completely different person and he will not hesitate to kill." Tubbo spoke up for everyone "I still don't get it." 

"Your Dream, the man that is Nightmares opposite was in control of Night's body, meaning he was 'Nightmare' but not the actually 'Nightmare'. Dream was using Night's powers. Same thing with Raven/Zarya." King said trying to explain the best he could. "Here he comes!" Magician yelled turning everyone's attention towards he screen. The SMP members watched in horror as the true Dreamons came out to play. Night's eyes glowed and enchanting red, black veins plagued his neck. Zarya's eyes were pitch black there her hair was turning to pitch black like the void. both of their auras changed, it felt like they were edging on the army taunting them.

The army caught up to the 2 criminals, seeing the same eyes that haunted them for years, keeping them in fear and wondering if they would see the light of day again. "My my Zarya it seems we are being hunted!" Nightmare held a wicked grin, Zarya chuckled darkly and stared into the crowd of guards "What should we do about that~I think we should give them what they want! don't you agree?~" Zarya held a tone of tease while talking, summoning their weapons. 

Nightmare and Zarya attacked the guards, knocking them back. They kept attack the guards, some barely had time to block others almost were hit on impact. Very few got a chance to hit back. In a matter of minutes blood was staining their clothes and the air was ripe. 1/3 of the army laid dead in the meadow, 1/3 was standing holding their defense and the last 1/3 retreated back into the woods. "Cowards." Zarya gritted "You head back and ready the spell to get us the hell out of here." Night whispered to Zarya, she looked at him with he black eyes "What are you going to do?" Night smirked and swung his axe through the air shedding some of the blood off his blade. "Keeping them off your trail."

1 hour till Blood Moon

Zarya arrived back at the village, Baker, Redstone and King brought Zarya the supplies, letting her move to a ritual spot near the edge of a cliff. She made the circle with all the symbol's, the ingredients were put in a small pot that she brought along. 

Life, Death, Sun, Moon
Forces of Earth come to me
Use your power and vanish the Dark
Take the evil and bring them to Light
Under the Moons guide send us home
Use the Sun to find us protection

"This will last us until Midnight" Zarya said in the coms, "Finish packing and bring everything you need, once you pass you can't return." Zarya looked down at the portal waiting for everyone to show up. The SMP members arrived first, all except Tommy, Techno and Phil. Zarya didn't question it "Jump into the portal and you should be home." Zarya watched with her voided eyes as each member walked towards the edge and saw the portal, taking a small glance towards one another they jumped off the cliff and into the portal one by one. The opposites showed up with boxes and bags "Ready to say goodbye to this hell?" Happy chuckles were heard as they entered the portal, moving faster then the SMP members did.

Techno, Tommy and Phil arrived, if you looked behind Techno you could see some tufts of blonde hair. "What happened to him?" Zarya asked pointing behind Techno "He became a little exhausted after using so much power...Nightmare turned back into Dream after his high" Techno said, 'Night' dropped down from Techno's back stretching "Zarya you go through first. Tommy, Phil, Techno you follow and I will go last." Zarya returned to normal and walked through the portal after grabbing her bag, Phil and Tommy followed and Techno was pulled back for a second by Night.

Night's POV

I tossed Techno my mask before he entered the portal "So you know I will come back." I gave him a cheeky smile "Promise?" He asked "Promise." I responded sending him a small kiss before he walked through the portal. I turned around to grab my axe and put it in my inventory, I turned around and looked at the portal for a second before taking a last glance at my surroundings. I felt a sudden pain in my leg looking down I see an arrow sticking out making me bleed and fall to my knees. Someone appeared in front of me. "I always win." I felt my eyes expand as the moment of pure pain flowed through my body, I gave out a strangled breath trying to breath. Everything was turning black...I couldn't feel anything...I felt stuck.

3rd Person's POV

The man kicked Night through the portal with a sadistic grin on his face, he watched the portal close and the magic fade. "Long live Nightmare" He walked away from the ritual spot.
