Do not ever underestimate the power of tears.

Tears don't always mean your sad, sometimes their your only way to vent. It's when you cry that you feel brave.

Sometimes we address our deepest fears in tears; hoping they will wash them away. If you think about it, scientifically, tears wash away impurities and dust from your eyes, so your safe. They also do that to emotions, they calm them down to a safe state.

Crying helps, it's a fact.

To be brave, one has to be bruised.
To care, one has to cry.
To be fare, one has to fight.
To be sad, one has to suffice.

There's more I can add to that list, but the most important thing you should get, is that there's nothing wrong with crying, it truly helps. And the biggest misconception: crying does NOT make you a coward.

So why is this lesson so important?
Because if you can't cry, you won't know how to make your characters cry (lol that's a joke XD)
The reason this is so important is that YOU deserve to be happy. YOU deserve to smile. YOU deserve the world and more. And if crying is your way of washing away unnecessary weight that weakens your heart, cry it all out.

There was a point in my life, between the age of eleven to twelve, I had one of the hardest times of my life. Me being only eleven, I saw it as the worst thing that could happen but now that I look back, I realise I was indeed very stupid but what helped me get through that time, was my tears. I'm not ashamed of my tears and neither should you be.

My tears made me stronger, smarter, happier.

Find yourself a fluffy pillow and cry it all out, it helps.
