Lesson five: cookies

A cookie is treatment for the broken soul ♥️

Nope, no exaggeration here, have a cookie whenever you feel bad and you'll see you feel way better!

It's been so long I've updated but tonight felt good; felt like a cookie night.

Since I've recently fallen into the rabbit hole of BTS, cookies only remind me of Jungkook so I'll try my best to get back to why I initially wrote this.

When you munch on a cookie, remember, without you even giving it a thought, your teeth are biting down on it and your saliva is breaking it all down so that you can swallow and be energised. That sugar you consume, flows in your blood and replenishes all your hard work.

If your not a foodie, which I won't lie, I definitely am, still have a cookie. The heavenly taste of the right cookie on your tongue is bliss. I've tried thousands of cookies; from expensive ones to made-by-kids ones but at the end of the day, there's only one type of cookie that makes me truly happy. The ones I find at the back of the cupboard that my dad buys every week to reinforce the food stock.

There's no sentimental reasons to it XD it's just because it tastes good, it's not too sweet and the dark chocolate chips add the perfect texture and taste.

When I place that cookie in my mouth, everything seems to get crunched up with it, everything is swallowed and for the time being, my greatest worry is running out of cookies.

If you don't like cookies (if you actually don't let me know because I don't know any non-cookie lovers) I won't force you but still have one.

Chocolate is an alternative but ultimately, the satisfying crunch or that gooey soft inside can be enough to comfort you.

I'll keep this chapter short.

I was searching for comfort and remembered I was about to write this chapter three months ago but never finished it. I thought I needed it and so might you.

I'll update soon because I miss being here ♥️
