I started shaking and I really couldn't hold it all in. Tears started to form in my eyes as I struggled. I couldn't hold it anymore and started laughing.  "Really you used the iconic lines villains use when they are waiting for someone. That is sooo cliché!"I said jokingly. "Man, I have been waiting forever to use that line!"said the mysterious man. "Well hello Zach Night and welcome to the Dream Catcher corporation! My name is David, but every one calls me boss. You passed the test and you are very valuable to us because of that. We need you to join our forces against the nightmares and become an agent,"Boss explained. "Who are nightmares? Why me?"I questioned. "Let Nessa answer all your questions and Nessa will also give you training,"he ordered.  "Follow me to the training room,"Nessa said as she beckoned me out the door. "Hey Nessa why do you call Boss, Jefe?"I asked. She shrugged and said,"It means boss in Spanish and it sounds cooler." I nodded as I followed behind her. My heart was beating fast and I didn't know why. It is especially strong when I talk to her, am I falling in love? Naaahh.  Who would like a guy like me? "Snap! Hey  are you awake in there?" Said Nessa waking me up from my trance. I haven't even noticed that we had stopped in front of a room labeled training. "Uhh, yeah,"I muttered. We entered the room and Nessa told me to sit on one of the benches. She grabbed one of my hands and gasped."Zach, what happened?"She snapped.  I blushed,"uh I cut myself when I escaped the glass tank, heh." Wait why did I blush? Pain shot through my hand as her touch grazed my knuckles and I winced.   "Stay here, I  am going to get  medical supplies," she said as she walked out the door. "Ugh! You are a stupid weakling Zach! Wake up! This is not real! I can even protect myself from a bully what makes this agency think that I can even get strong?"I said to myself as I paced around the room. I wasn't looking  where I was pacing and got smacked by a boxing bag which made me fall flat on the floor. "Oww,"I groaned. "You okay there?"Said Nessa who came silently in the room with the medical kit. Heat rose up to my face as I quickly stood up to face her. "Guess so. Please sit,"Ordered Nessa. I quickly sat down while Nessa sat next to me.  "Here put this in your mouth, it might burn a little,"she said while putting a cloth between my teeth. A little was an understatement and I also learned alcohol is my worst enemy.  She dabbed a cotton ball in alcohol and placed it on my bloody knuckles and caused searing pain. I bit down hard on the cloth to keep from screaming like a little kid. A few minutes passed from the torture and Nessa was busy wrapping my knuckles in a bandage while humming.  Her delicate touch made my cheeks to light on fire. What the heck is going on with me? "All done! Let's start training. First let's see how strong you can kick!"Nessa announced. We faced each other and Nessa grabbed a hand pad and told me to kick it. I kicked it with all my strength, but Nessa didn't even move an inch. "Keep kicking and practicing!"Ordered Nessa. I kept going and eventually made Nessa topple over. She showed me a thumbs up and went on to the next training; punching and I eventually succeeded.  We kept on training for the rest of the day and it made my muscles ache from all the practice. "Hey let's get dinner before you sleep,"suggested Nessa. I nodded and followed her out towards the huge dining hall. None of the other agents where there eating, it was only Boss sitting at the end of the table. "Welcome Zach, grab your food and sit next to me, I have things to tell you,"said Boss as he patted the seat next to him. I grabbed my food and sat down. "Zach there is something I didn't tell you when you got here, for instance that your father was part of our group of elite agents and that when you grew up he wanted you to join us. Sadly he isn't here with us, but I know you will do great! Anyway I want to tell you what we do; the Dream Catcher Corporation fights nightmares that get too out of control and start infecting the mind of the people in the other world which makes them start doing bad things like killing sprees. The murders have been getting worse due to the nightmares being out of control with orders from the dark king.  We need you to help us to control the nightmares because I think you have potential,"Boss's said as I stared at him in shock. "M..m....my dad worked here, was it a nightmare war where he died in? What happened?"I said in dibelief. "Oh your father, well yes he died in the war. The nightmare war was a disastrous time for the corporation, for more than five thousand agents died and very few survived. We defeated the nightmares, but with a great cost of honorable lives. Zach are you up to becoming a official agent?" Explained Boss. With great determination filling me for the first time in in a while I nodded. "Okay then it's time to go to bed,"he said. Nessa then walked me to the dormitories; the whole walk was spent completely silent. I of course interrupted the silence by saying, "Nessa how do we sleep?" She burst out laughing.  Wiping tears off her eyes she explained, "I forgot to tell you we don't sleep, we just go back to the normal world and you will wake up fresh like you been asleep for eight hours." "Oh,"I muttered. "Don't worry you will come right back when you sleep again,"Nessa said with a smirk. Heat formed on my cheeks,"he, he right!"I said. "We are here! Choose a bed wisely, for it is going to be your bed forever."she joked. I looked around and saw that the room only had just two beds, on side of  the room was a replica of my room and the other side looked like a girls room with a bunch of purple. "Uh the red room?"I said. "Good because I was was not going to give up my bed,"Nessa remarked. "Wait! You are my roommate?"I said shocked.  "Yup, just don't look at me when I change,"she warned. I nodded and got in bed. "Good night Nessa!"I shouted.  Soft snores answered my call, I smiled and drifted off to "sleep".
