Glaceon Russia!!! It's so beautiful!!! Well the idea not exactly the art. Funny thing is Russia ties for first favorite character and I have always felt that Glaceon was beautiful so I felt awkward once I realized that....I was basically calling him beautiful. I was very embarrassed in my own head. I just thought this worked really well for him!! Also no he does not have three tails! The left is his scarf and the right is the tail. His weapon is a scythe!! The blade is made out of ice he froze really hard!
