Okay so this has a backstory because usually if a I draw something it has to do with a story I want to do. This just happens to be no exception to that. Unluckily for you! England was trying to show the rest of the Allies that magic was real with a simple trick. He cast the wrong spell. Two of the strongest Allies got changed back into kids and don't remember being a country or anything. As a result a bunch of fluffiness happens! Also yes this does happen during WWII so I might threw in a curve ball later in just for a climax.

I wanted to draw those two when they just got changed because their clothes would be way to big and it would be adorable on their teary scared faces!!! So it's kinda like Allies X chibi! Russia X chibi! America! Total fluff!!!! Probably....
