Zoey W. Jones is her name. She's very dependent on her big brother Al(2p! America). She has been bullied and abused. Zoey is shy,soft spoken, and scared easily. From many tough experiences she doesn't trust people easily. Once she is your friend she is your friend for life. Loud noises, weapons, new people, and even people just touching her shoulders scares her. She has many scares. Mostly from Oliver and the other 'Al' on accident. By other Al she means during the Civil war when things were very different. She lives to fallow and help Al. She finds him as a person who will always help and except her. She doesn't tris Oliver anymore. She has befriended Gillen, Lutz, and Xiao or the 2p! form of Prussia, Germany, and China. Xiao gets her out and doing fun stuff.
