This is mostly some Voltron experiments with copic markers. I'm still experimenting with different media. Graphite is personally my favorite by now but I'm still exploring.

It's like they say: "An artist is never satisfied with their work." One thing I struggle with is to know when I picture is good enough. Tweak it or work on it too much and it ruins what you were originally working for.

Then I experimented with copic markers, an alcohol based marker that can blend. What better what to experiment with the colors than with the Voltron crew? (That's why Keith is as dark as Lance in this, btw and Lance should be darker).

This last one is colored pencil and I didn't use reference pictures with this one (which is why it looks kinda crappy). Oh well, now I can show you what happens when you don't use reference images, which are totally okay to use!!!
