Jessie Cleaves namely called [Ms. Venus] a stand user who is a support character who owned the stand [Boogie Wonderland] who was stabbed by the arrow which manifested her desire to be a DJ own her own nightclub of the 70s which unfortunately the age of disco ended in 78. She want to keep the party going and so created her stand.

Appearance
Jessie is a very beautiful pale-skinned woman with black that is styled in a iconic giant afro and underneath is a golden disco ball as it shines around her head. Light blue eyes, a mole , red lips.

She wears extravagant style clothing with her most notable a dark purple and gold suit that split open to reveal her ample cleave and in-between is a necklace of a disco ball and a small golden neck jewels , short moderate size skirt, purple tights and long heels.

Her second notable outfit in her hostess attire is a glittering purple blazer wit matching shorts and boots, containing gold accents. In addition, she has large black puffs or a double afro, rather than just one.

She is a quarter black and a quarter white (unidentifiable European Hertiage] making her an albino.

Jessie is a seductive woman that speaks in a Jive Accent that seduces people of going to her 'Nightclub' she's not hostile and welcome all who enter her 'Nightclub' and give people second chance in life and make them happy in her nightclub who she gives joy and comfort to guest make them live forever in her watch and care a paradise that never ends. She has some regrets due to her having limited amount of time in the outside world which resume her age to an old woman which she is afraid of.

She can be angered if she is mentions of her age or mock her of old related jokes due to the fact that she's a older woman.

She has high spirit and very welcoming liking joy and pleasure with no emotions ruining the moment in her 'Nightclub'.

There's no set appearance to the stand with Jessie as it starts out of empty/abandoned buildings as the door/entrances will give a purple aura around the door.

The dimension will take the appearance of a 70s nightclub with her purple theme sprawled around as her workers where dark purple suits some modified it for their liking.

[Boogie Wonderland] is a Stand that travels around the world, inhabiting empty buildings at random leaving a purple glow. When someone (the target) enters the Stand, they are transported to a pocket dimension taking the form of a nightclub called the [ Midnight Gloria ] .

This club is a fully functional nightclub, complete with dance floor, DJ, and on-duty staff members. Whenever damage will automatically repaired overtime however the damage will be received to Cleaves.

While in the Stand, the target will be placed in a dreamlike state where they can party for as long as they desire, indefinitely if they so choose. Those inside the Stand don't experience the passage of time and do not age, but time does pass as normal on the outside. However, there is a catch to this ability.

If a target becomes sad, angry, or otherwise negatively emotional, the staff present in the Stand will find said target and offer them a drink. The drink is a powerful drug, and will forcibly suppress whatever thought or memory is the cause of the emotion. Leaving the pocket dimension by exiting the club will restore any memories suppressed by this effect.

Despite the fact that [ Boogie Wonderland ]
does not actively prevent people from leaving it, it has managed to trap a considerable amount of people inside of it. Some individuals have been inside the Stand's dimension for months, years, and even centuries. Upon leaving, a target will have their memories restored, but they will be dropped in the current time period and their set age will take place (For example a person who looks 20 and been in the pocket dimension for 20 years and when he leaves he will accelerate to the age of 40). As a result, many who have spent long stretches of time in the Stand choose to remain there permanently.

Jesse has a small duration of the outside world for an hour before her age reverts to her current one as she was return back to her young age.

Each member under Jessie has a story as to how and why they decided to stay, but most of them tend to feel that they have no longer have a place in the outside world. The few that do wish to return tend to not attempt it, as their own time periods have long since passed. The staff is generally welcoming towards those that enter the Stand, and they tend to genuinely believe that a life inside the Stand holds value for those who have been given a badluck in life.
