Betty is rather slim and somewhat lanky with slight feminine proportions to her looks as she seem to look like her mother in many aspects . She has short black hair which often have a huge curl and slight ones at the end, as she has common pie-eyes which was inherited by her mother.

Her common clothes is a small hat, black long shirt, very long skirt that reach her feet, wears white socks and black shoes.

Norman Sullivan was a cartoonist in the normal world was soon thrusted to the world known only as Canvas as he had nothing but the clothes on his back and his pen that granted him total creation of what he desires and want.

Appearance
Norman is a tall man with a rather built posture and features a bit. He is adored with fuzzy black hair and simple black eyes his features. He wears light red shirt, black suspenders and black slacks followed by simple black shoes. He often sports bandages around his arms as a result of overusing his hands as a result of constantly drawing from time to time as he has small ink smudges as a result of getting ink all over his body at times.

Personality
Norman was a shy, meekish, and good-hearted person who is usually unlucky and mistreated by people around him. He is the workhorse and victim of other people's selfish demands and harshness from his boss, co-workers, neighbors and so-called friends.

Norman begin to stand up to himself more and more and learn what it takes to be a man as he become serious, brave and held true belief of justice during his time in canvas with people who cared about him and it manifested within him.

Norman hopes of one day finding the perfect girlfriend which unlikely came true with Betty during their first encounter which fate manifested them to fall in love after getting to know the other person along with saving her from the blotlings remnants that was rampant in the world.

Backstory
Norman Sullivan was a cartoonist during the Great Recession as he worked at a studio that is crumbling form the recession as Norman often be the person to contribute however he don't receive credit or praise for his work often leave him with little paychecks and often take his time making the cartoons that most coworkers piled on more and more work on him which took a huge toll in his body and his self-esteem and often be blamed whenever the cartoons are pass the deadline and often lead to his boss cutting half of his paycheck.

Norman discovered a strange book on creation of cartoon and read the strange book of it and saw strange words as he repeated the words in the book as he drew for his deadline as he wrote strange runes on the paper which somehow warped him to another place where toons are prominent and the world is new and strange only known as Canvas. He was mostly lost and confused before than he attacked by wolves and large bear willing to eat him only to be saved by a very tough girl named Betty who took them down with just a few hits. Their they both met two contrasted personality with Betty called him weirdo of his claims of being from another world a rather outrageous claim for a stranger despite him looking rather strange in her view.

With kindness of a stranger of no place to go she allowed him to stay at her place where it was small yet very large for its small size in a town who most of its folk objects for head and so on praised and respect her for her affiliation with her father named Pappy a tough sailor and for her heroic deeds. He find to meet her very tall young brother Samuel who seem to be rather protective of her and don't trust him one bit.

During his stay he made friends with the town folk who they treat him with kindness and compassion as he get to learn more of Betty of her life and deep down felt she being still in the shadow of her father wanting people to know her for being a person. He opened up to her telling her how life kicked him down and everyone treat him like mere-trash or be taking advantage of.

He begin to stand up for himself more and more as his Will was strong as his bravery was shown when he saved Betty from strange inklings known only as blotlings with his brush he brought with him during his strandings and discovered he can create, dissolve and pain over the ink world. Where he was respected by Samuel for him saving her as the town opened up to him as a hero and manifestation of love for Betty not knowing that she had a crush on Norman since than.

Soon sometime they fell in love with each other and married with dreams to be together and have children with most would doubt that'll ever happened in the long run. Which surpingly she able to have a child a son.

Abilities
Norman despite being a normal human he can hold his own pretty well despite being in a world where laws of physics don't applied to anywhere whatsoever.

Nigh-Speed/Reaction
Norman seem to have moderate speed and high reaction time when he dodged a large homing bullet in times, dodged an incoming anvil known to likely kill a normal person when drawn. Norman seem manifest the qualities during his stay due to be on the look out for any slapstick's that will likely kill him in the long run.

Pain Tolerance
Norman despite not being a toon has a high tolerance for pain. This is seen when he was hit by a toon taxi and kept on running. He even quickly recovered from a 10ft long cliff with moderate injury . This indicates that Norman being in the toon world give him minor attributes during his time in the world.

High draftsman-ship
Norman has exceptionally talented draftsman, capable if he chooses of finishing projects of quality at seemingly superhuman speed. He can draw competently without construction lines and shade precisely simply by throwing ink drops with his pen. Such is his speed that he is able to do 20 pages in 10 days. However it cost him very strainful arms and hands as a result of overpowering himself and lose of quality and concentration.

He used his draftman-ship in combat where he can draw a stick of dynamite in 10 seconds, create a vehicle in 5 seconds and even designed a huge cannon for his efforts that took him 10 second and their he was respected by the people for his efforts.

Weapon
The Brush
A brush he brought with him during his departure of the new world where the brush despite being mundane in the real world in the toon world it's a lethal and very powerful weapon that can absorb and dissolve creations around and can even designed his own items to help him in the toon world.

It's his main weapon as time progress it is quite larger than him a bit due to some modifications for better range and creation.
