Max and Ruby: Glass slippers Origins
You guys know the Episode Ruby's Real Cinderella? When Grandma suggested Max try on the slipper and it fit.
Well I had an explanation for that, But I'm Gonna let Grandma explain, Enjoy:
It was quiet evening at Grandma's, Max was a sleep while Ruby was helping Grandma make cookies. Once they were in the oven Ruby went into the living room to clean off the table, there She noticed a golden photograph of a younger looking Grandma wearing a grey wolf hoodie that was hiding the long poofy white dress She also had on along with a pair of brown boots.
Standing next to her was another Rabbit that Ruby couldn't recognize, the rabbit was wearing a beautiful teal dress that seemed to shimmer in different blues. Along with a pearl necklace and a plain blue mask, the only thing that Ruby could recognize was the slippers they wore: A pair of glass slippers.
"Grandma?" Ruby asked as her Grandmother walked into the leaving room, "Who's this and why does she have your shoes?"
Grandma cleared her glasses and took a closer look at the photo, A bright smile spread across their face. "Oh! I haven't thought about this in years!" Grandma answered, Ruby's face showed confusion.
Ruby: What do you mean Grandma?
Grandma: Why don't you wake up Max, while I grab some hot chocolate? It's a long story
A couple minutes later Max and Ruby were sitting on the couch waiting for their Grandma,as they sipped hot chocolate both siblings watched their Grandma look for a book on the book shelf.
"Ah, here it is!" Grandma stated, both Max and Ruby looked curiously at the book. Their Grandma then sat between them and started flipping through the book, revealing that it was a scrapbook.
Max and Ruby looked in awe at each photo they passed, Each place in the scrapbook looked different and yet Ruby and Max could recognize a few places. Grandma stopped on a page holding a single envelope.
The front of the envelope was cream colored with words written in golden cursive stating:
You're Invited
"Ooh! What's this about Grandma?" Ruby asked, Grandma smiled. "This is the origin of were I got my glass slippers.....

This happened a long time ago....
Back when I was a young rabbit, I had just started working as a secretary for our town's mayor. Everyone was feeling down due to no other town wanted to trade their resources with us, So the mayor suggested we break the ice by holding a ball. Naturally everyone was invited, theme was masquerade. Everyone had to wear a mask.
However I was so busy getting ready I had forgotten the most important thing.
What was that Grandma?
I had forgotten to get a mask, I was so embarrassed that I spent have of the Night standing by the punch bowel.
Then what happened Grandma?
I felt a presence walked up to me.
The young version of Grandma looked up to
see a pair of shiny turquoise eyes meeting her brown ones, the beautiful stranger had grabbed the attention of everyone in the room but had decided to ask Grandma to dance
Grandma shyly took the stranger's hand. As they dance, the stranger glided them across the dancefloor. A look of love was constantly on their partners face
Once the dance ended I went to get my dance partner a drink, However they were gone when I came back! I spent the whole night searching for them, only to find one of their shoes.
"Cinderella!"
Yes, Max they were like Cinderella. Except I knew one other thing about them
What was that Grandma?
They faintly smelled like Cookies fresh out of the oven. Luckily there's only one bakery in town that was selling cookies the day before.
So the next day I went to that bakery to find answers.
There were only a few workers at Bakery, So I had them lined up and present their feet to me.
But to my surprise none of them fit, I was just about to leave when I heard a loud crash coming from the kitchen.
Walking into the kitchen I was surprised to see a male bunny covered in sugary powered
With the bag of sugar on their head. Both feet were sticking out.
Getting an idea I placed the slipper on one of the rabbit's feet. It fit
Grandma smiled, lifted up the bag for her Brown eyes to meet a pair of turquoise eyes.
Hey there, Cinderella!

Grandma turned the page to reveal herself wearing a wedding dress standing next to her groom who was wearing a pair of glass slippers
Grandma: Years later we got married
Ruby: That story was beautiful Grandma.
Max Nodded, "Even then, I've kept the shoes ever since." Grandma stated, all three heard a ding coming from the kitchen.
Grandma: Cookies are done. Who wants some?
Max rushed into the kitchen, Ruby followed.
Grandma smiled and placed the scrapbook next to pair of slippers that shined brightly next to the fire.
That's my theory and I hope you enjoyed it. I'll see you next time
