Wormy, a snake like pokemon, it can be very friendly and social and will sometimes come out and hang with trainers. If it feels threatened it will release and acid like poison from it's mouth and make it's get away. It has been said to go to trainers who have calm and nice demeanor. It can evolve earlier if friendship is high enough.

Vipes, despite it's pre-evolved form being nice, Vipes may attack if you encounter one in the wild, it is said the poison from a Vipes can be enough to knock out five Tauros. Though it can be rather violent, there have been some recorded cases of it going up to trainers, it is believed these trainers met it when it was a Wormy. Males Vipes, despite looking more dangerous can be calmer than it's female counter part, though this could be due to it's spikes being laced with poison.
