When Panda woke up that morning she found Merrils side of the bed empty. In her girlfriends place was a note.

Gone to draw a playground for the children, don't miss me too much and clean up the house you lazy butt ;) -Merril

Panda was shocked. Not because Merril had left without saying anything, or even because Merril called her lazy but because there were no kisses at the end of the note. Usually Merril left kisses. I mean, what kind of a girlfriend would she be if she left without giving Panda some kisses.

"Hmmph" Panda crossed her arms.

And Merril had the nerve to call her lazy! Panda would have left kisses. At least three of them but nope, Merril didn't leave a single one.

Panda considered drawing herself a phone to call Merril. She then realised that Merril would need a phone too.

She also realised that last time there wasn't any kisses at the end of a note Merril had been furious with her. Had she done something recently to make Merril upset? Merril had been annoyed that she'd spent the whole day playing with Banana. And then she'd messed up Merril new top... And before that she'd annoyed her during the movie. Then she gave Miya a reason to leave when Merril had been trying to convince her to stay.

damn, there were so many reason that Merril could be mad just because of last night. Panda knew that she could be annoying... Had she annoyed Merril too much? Would Merril leave her?

"No, that's silly" Panda shook her head and shoved Banana off her lap (she has no clue how or when he got there but hey he got there..)

So instead of pondering if Merril was angry at her or not she just stood to get dressed and start on the housework.

Merril chuckled to herself and one of the children looked at her oddly before smiling and laughing as if she knew what Merril was laughing about.

That made Merril laugh more and she scooped up the little girl, whose name was Lani. She placed Lani was the newly draw roundabout and pushed her around a few times.

Lani threw her arms up and giggled loudly, gaining the attention of a few other kids who proceeded to run over and join her on the round about.

"That good, huh?"

The children just laughed and nodded to the point Merril worried they might snap their necks. Once she pushed the roundabout a few more times she left them to it before moving on to drawing a see-saw.

Merril smiled to herself again as she thought about the note. She'd purposely not left kisses. Panda was always really cuddly when she got worried that Merril was mad or upset.

Last time Merril didn't leave kisses Panda had cooked Merril's favourite food, rented her favourite film and covered them with her favourite blanket. Panda had cuddled Merril all through the movie and all night, peppering her with kisses and saying she was sorry for making Merril mad. To be fair, that time Merril had been angry but this time she just wants Panda to act all coupley with her again.

Panda worked hard to clean for the rest of the day, rubbing out all the dirt and redrawing anything that couldn't be cleaned.

She arranged all the CDs, DVDs and books in alphabetical order according to the author /artist /main actor.

She'd put Merril favourite DVD on, Iron Man 3. There was a big fluffy blanket over the back of the sofa so they could cuddle up and watch Robert Downey Jr. have a breakdown.

A coconut scented stick thingy was in the living room, making the house smell all pretty.

Panda had gone out and got 12 roses from Fiona the flower lady, Merril would see from the logo that Panda had gone out to get them instead of just drawing them herself.

She'd put a nice romantic but upbeat song on in the background. Chocolates were on the coffee table and a bottle of lemonade was beside them.

Panda hoped it was enough.

When Merril got home she was hit with the smell of coconuts and the view of Panda asleep on the sofa.

Merril looked around, movie, music, lemonade, chocolates, roses and fluffy blanket. Wow. Panda really wanted to make Merril feel special. Merril smiled before leaning down and kisses Panda's nose. Panda shuffled, blinking a few times and smiled.

"Hey, babe"

"You're breath smells" Merril chuckled

Panda chuckled, pulling Merril down and kissing her on the lips.

"Better?"

"Better"

Once Panda had woken up she rushed around to make sure everything was still perfect. After she had checked and double checked she curled up beside Merril and become a kola. Merril was the tree.

They watched the movie, ate, drank, danced to music and played with their pets to the point Merril started feeling really bad for what she did.

Merril looked down, avoiding eye contact and began talking really fast.

"I purposely left no kisses. It's just that you get really cuddly and cute when you're worried I'm mad at you. Also yesterday I was really hyper and we didn't get to spend time together properly so I just wanted it to be perfect and I knew if I left no kisses that you would make it all perfect because..." Merril looked up "You're perfect"

Panda was bright red.

Merril smiled, pulling her girlfriend into a hug.

"I'm sorry"

"It's okay, I thought you were mad... And I'd always make our date nights special.." Panda hugged back, kissing Merril on the cheek.

Panda's phone went off then. Yeah, she drew one. But.. No one had her number.

"Huh..."

Panda picked up the phone.
