Man, I don't know. The only thing I planned was the first thing, but I wanted to do more so these two were born. XD Eh, I can't think of anything that killed Soul (I don't want to ruin the first pic by drawing blood or a wound---I  S I M P L Y  D O N ' T  K N O W  H O W ) so it's up to you to decide.

But I think the best explanation for this would be an alternate ending when Soul take that Vajra shot--from Asura--for Maka in episode 51.. I guess. Well, I just killed Soul, maybe I should go hide now...
