Organization:

Each chapter will contain a list of Drarry fics that I loved reading. I'll try to include at least three per list, but there's no way I could possibly rec ALL the fics I've loved. Look below for the word Layout where I will explain how I format my recs.

Each chapter of this collection will be be titled according to the common feature the fics in that list have. For example: Angst, Humor, Auror Partners, Werewolves, Great Side Characters, PWP, Holidays.... etc. There will only be one common feature intended to tie all the fics together and that will be the title of the chapter. This was the best way I could figure out to organize things with all of the constraints of Wattpad's design.

Layout:
The fic recs will look something like the following.

𐂂 Title: [insert title here] *
By: [Author Name and @ link to author profile if they're on Wattpad. This will be the easiest way for you to find a fic if it's on Wattpad].
Link: this link will probably not work in the traditional manner. If you want to use it, you will either have to copy and paste it into your search bar or type each individual letter into the search bar. Wattpad doesn't like hyperlinks. I'm only including them because I know people will ask. You'll have a much easier time finding the fic by searching something like "[Title Author Name AO3/FFN/livejournal]."
Rating: this is where I tell you if the fic is Clean, Teens and Up, Mature, Explicit, or a PWP. Usually, I defer to however the author has tagged it themselves.
Author Summary: the original summary provided by the author

Tag List: this will only contain the most relevant tags, 5-10 of them at most. This is where you can comment any additional tags you think apply, and also where I'll tell you the relative word count (if I can find it). If I remember who bottoms/tops, or the original author tagged it, I'll tag that too, but I don't pay enough attention to that sort of thing to truly sort every fic.

Commentary: me gushing about the fic, (provided I remember anything), a summary if I think the author didn't do it justice, and perhaps a quote or two that I really loved.
Warnings: anything in the fic's content that I believe deserves a warning before you dive in and is not already mentioned by the author. For example: addiction, abuse, major character death, etc.

Discussion Zone: beside this, you can comment to your heart's content about the fic and make friends with other readers who also loved it. You can scream at each other about certain lines or sob with each other about endings. Or you can ignore it completely.

* The 𐂂 symbol beside a title represents a fic that I particularly loved. I call these fics snitches because on a scale of 0-100 they get at least 150. I could not find a snitch symbol that would work, and I do not love any of the golden emojis, so this is what I settled on. His name is Cornelius (after Yukon Cornelius) and I love him. No insults please, his feelings are delicate.

I will also put a 🥇 beside my favorite fic on each list, the one I recommend most highly for anyone wanting to read that specific trope (or other category).

At the end of each chapter, there will be two additional section headings.

Other Recommendations: comment beside this heading any fics you loved that also fit in the category, self-promo allowed.

Requests: ask me for a curated list of recs based on any category you please (may or may not be fulfilled, I'll do my best) or ask me to feature some Drarry fanart of yours in an upcoming chapter (cannot be Explicit).

Glossary of Common Terms:

AU: Alternate Universe. Either events didn't happen the way they did in canon (for example: Snape is alive, Ron is dead, Harry was sorted Ravenclaw), or the characters are in a totally different environment (for example: 1960's America, the Muggle world, the Fae realm).
Bottom Draco/Bottom Harry: When the fic features penetrative sex, the named character is exclusively being penetrated.
Canon: everything that took place in the original book and movie series is considered canon, that means that it's "true"
Character bashing: the fic in question hates on a certain character, either by specifically writing them to do bad things or by insulting the way they behaved in canon
Curtain Fic: a fic that focuses a lot of its plot on sweet domestic moments (like shopping for curtains)
Dub-con: dubiously-consensual sexual activity occurs within the fic, either in mention (for example: talking about past relationships) or on screen (we read about it happening directly). I will always, always warn about this and tell you explicitly whether or not it occurs between Harry and Draco or involves other characters. This tag means that while the character was consenting to the sexual activity itself, they might not have been able to provide enthusiastic informed consent or might have otherwise been in the wrong frame of mind. Examples for reasons why include: being drunk, being under the influence of a potion/spell, being unaware of who they were sleeping with because of polyjuice or memory loss, and many other potential qualifiers.
EWE: Epilogue What Epilogue. This refers to the Epilogue in the original Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows book, 19 Years Later. If a book is tagged as EWE, that means it is consistent with canon until the end of the seventh book, but does not align with the information in the epilogue. Usually this means that the kids (James, Albus, Lily, Scorpius, etc) or marriages (Harry/Ginny, Ron/Hermione) are non-existent or otherwise altered.
Epilogue Compliant: everything that happened in the epilogue happened in the universe of the fic as well
k: used as a suffix after a number to represent thousand, always referring to word count. For example: if a fic is tagged as 20k, that means it is about 20,000 words long. Wattpad estimates that it will take you 1 hour 42 minutes to read a 20k word fic, on average.
OMC: Original Main Character
PWP: this stands for Plot What Plot or Porn Without Plot. It means a fic that is almost entirely focused on sex and is rarely used as a descriptor for fics longer than 10k words.
Smut: refers to sexual content, primarily of the explicit variety, not just implied
Snitch: my own personal term for a fic that I just absolutely loved, represented by the symbol 𐂂
Tag: tags give you information about a fic to help you get interested or know which ones to avoid. This can include things like tropes, rare characters, side relationships, careers, and more.
Top Draco/Top Harry: When the fic features penetrative sex, the named character is exclusively the one penetrating.
Tropes: common plot elements. For example: enemies to lovers, there was only one bed, friends set the main characters up, Harry raising Teddy, etc
UST: Unresolved sexual tension. Despite what it implies, this tag is usually on fics where the tension is eventually resolved.
Win/Win: this ridiculous plan helps both of us

Expect this list to be updated as I add more recs.
