Piercings and Tattoos
Harry scrubbed his eyes tiredly and slumped down in his chair as Hermione chatted to Ron about eighth year at Hogwarts. There had been at least 10 people who had come into their compartment, asking for Harry's autograph. Eventually, Hermione noticed that his patience was waning so she locked the door and pulled the curtains shut. He managed mumble his thanks before his eyes started drooping and his head knocked against the window as he fell asleep.
A few hours later, Hermione woke Harry up with a soft smile. Harry glanced over to Ron who was standing at the door. He smiled at Harry and clapped his back as he began to talk about their classes. It seemed that Hermione had rubbed off on Ron in the few months they had been dating. Harry nodded as Ron rattled on, but his attention was focused a flash of blue hair he saw out of the corner of his eye. The only person he knew that had blue hair was Teddy and that was definitely not him. Besides, Teddy had been going for blond hair lately.
They joined the rest of the students and waited to get into a carriage. Many of the students were chattering excitedly to one another but there was one student that stood out as he waited by himself. Harry stared as his mouth went dry. Ron noticed him staring and smirked.
"What, Harry? Some girl got your eye? Or maybe a guy?" Ron teased. Harry had come out as bisexual to everyone he knew over the holidays and Ron and George took every chance they had to tease him. He hadn't gotten back with Ginny but she was fine with that. Harry heard that she was with some Ravenclaw guy now.
"What?" Harry said, managing to tear his eyes away from the person.
"Oh, who is it?" Hermione squealed as she pushed on Ron's shoulders to try see. "Wait a second, it that-?"
"Who?" Ron asked. He looked over the crowd of students and gasped. "Is that Malfoy?"
"Ron, it's Draco now," Hermione huffed. Draco had gone around apologising to everyone for his actions. Many people forgave him but Harry had heard of some people that had screamed at him and thrown jinxes at him.
"Harry, were you looking at Draco?" Ron teased.
"N-no," Harry stuttered as a flush crawled up his neck. Ron and Hermione didn't reply as they were pushing their way through the crowd to get into a carriage.
"You totally were," Ron smirked as they clambered into a carriage. Unfortunately for Harry, there was already someone sitting in the carriage and that someone happened to be Draco.
"Hi," Draco said. Hermione waved at him and Ron nodded his greeting. Harry mumbled out an awkward 'hi' with a flush on his face. Ron smirked smugly at him. Harry slapped the back of his head. Draco snorted.

After the most awkward carriage ride ever, which Ron smirking at Harry and Hermione glaring at Ron, they all got off and quickly ran into the castle in a failed attempt to avoid getting wet in the rain.
After casting a drying spell on himself, he looked around for Draco. He didn't even realising he was frowning until Ron pointed it out with a laugh. Harry pushed him and walked ahead to the Great Hall. Ron and Hermione ran to catch up.
"Sorry, mate, but you act like a little puppy when Malfoy goes out your sight," Ron laughed.
"Sod off," Harry grumbled as he plopped down on the bench. Ron and Hermione quickly sat down next to him before the seats were taken by people who wanted to see Harry. A few groans were heard as all the seats near Harry were taken.
"Don't know why everyone wants to see Harry," Dean said to a first year, "He's a bit of a wanker really." Ron roared with laughter as Harry playfully pushed Dean into Seamus, who caught him and kissed his cheek.
The rest of dinner passed in a blur for Harry. All he could remember was being directed to the Eighth Year common room and passing out in his bed.
When he woke up in the morning, he took his time to look at the room. It was fairly large and had the same format as the Gryffindor dormitories. The only difference was that there were two beds instead of one. Harry sat up fully and looked over to the other bed to see who he would share a room with for this year. He mentally groaned as he saw blue hair peeking out of the sheets. He wasn't going to last the year.

And he was right. For a few weeks, Draco was a bit confused about why Harry got so flustered when he looked at him. Harry swore that he purposely got changed in front of him. Though Harry wasn't complaining, he got a good look at the tattoo of flowers running up his arm and across his back.
It was a problem, the way Draco was always on Harry's mind. It terrified him, but Ron always seemed to get a huge kick out of seeing Harry blush whenever Draco looked at him.
It was a Friday afternoon and Harry was walking to his last class of the day, Potions. He rubbed his eyes tiredly and yawned. The week had passed too slowly for him. After everything that had happened in his previous years, he always felt like he should be figuring out who was trying to kill him. Harry sighed and wondered if he should just ditch Potions. Slughorn liked him too much to give him a detention anyway.
Just as he was about to walk back to the common room, long fingers jabbed at his sides. Harry shrieked a very manly shriek and whacked the person with his bag. He heard loud, clear laughter that he knew too well.
"What?" Harry stared at Draco with a straight face, although the corner of his lips were twitching at Draco's infectious laughter.
"Nothing, you just looked so down," Draco replied. "I didn't think you would react like that. You screeched like a banshee!"
Harry felt his face grow warm. "I did not!"
"Yeah you did," Draco said, throwing an arm over Harry's shoulder. He steered them away from the direction of the Potions class.
"You're not going to Potions?" Harry asked.
"I was going to, but since I noticed that you weren't, I thought I'd spend time with my favourite Gryffindor," Draco replied with an easy smirk.
Harry hoped Draco didn't noticed his blush.
"So, where are we going?" Draco asked.
"I thought you were taking us somewhere," Harry said, confused.
"I was just walking. Besides, how was I supposed to know where you wanted to go?" Draco smiled down at him.
Harry cleared his throat and looked away, unable to look at the beautiful smile for long. "We could go down to the lake?"
Draco agreed and with his arm still around Harry's shoulders, they made their way to the lake. It was a beautiful day, the sun was shining, but not so much that it made your eyes squint and there was a cool breeze. Harry steered Draco to a place he knew they wouldn't be able to be seen from the castle.
They both sat down and for a moment, there was an awkward silence. It was broken by Draco's shouts when a tentacle rose out of the lake and went back in, splashing them both with water.
"Ugh," Draco groaned. Harry took one look at him and started laughing. Since Draco was sitting closer to the lake and was partially covering Harry, he got the most of the water splashed on him.
"What are you laughing at?" Draco narrowed his eyes.
"You-you look like a drowned peacock!" Harry laughed.
"Hey!" Draco lunged at Harry, knocking him to the floor and shaking his wet hair all over Harry.
"Stop!" Harry laughed.
"Stop laughing and I'll stop," Draco challenged, sitting back up. His hair flopped wetly onto his forehead, which made Harry laugh even harder.
"I can't stop laughing!" Harry wheezed out, making Draco laugh.
Suddenly, a larger wave of water produced by one of the Giant Squid's tentacles knocked Draco down onto Harry. Harry coughed up water while Draco spluttered out apologies as he tried to get off Harry.
"It's fine, here let me just- mmph!" Draco's arms knocked into Harry's. He fell on top of him again, only this time, their faces were perfectly alined, and so were their mouths.
Draco tore away from Harry and stared at him for a bit. Harry felt a bit self conscious as steel grey eyes examined his face. Apparently, Draco found what he was looking for before lowering himself down again.
"Please tell me I'm not reading this wrong," he muttered before gently placing his lips against Harry's.
Harry was still for one second before he immediately started kissing Draco back. He wasn't really sure what he was thinking, his brain had turned to mush because of Draco's lips.
All too soon, Draco pulled away and smiled at Harry. "So what now?" He asked.
Harry stared at him. All he could say was, "Ngh."
Draco threw back his head and laughed. "I'm guessing that means you liked it?"
Harry nodded his head and Draco leaned down to kiss him again. They were both so engrossed in the kiss that they didn't hear two certain Gryffindors walk up to where they were.
"Hah! You owe me a galleon Hermione!" Ron exclaimed.
Harry and Draco broke apart, blushing furiously as Hermione groaned and handed over a galleon to a smug Ron.
