Harry Potter And My Readers Are Threatening Me If I Kill Pansy (see ya in court)

The original title was Harry Potter And My Readers Are Threatening Murder If I Kill Pansy (see you in court), but that was more than 80 characters and wattpad wouldn't let me

anyways, final part to HPATYHDGAF(TUEB)

QOTD: Does it ever irritate you guys that I write so much angst? I wouldn't want to make my readers angry.

Increasingly hilarious threats I've gotten from this mini series alone:

"If pansy dies I'm suing extra hard now that I know it's likely she'll die"

"Oh my god if Pansy dies istg I'm gonna kill someone"

"Okay *slams hand on table with money in hand* how about you tell me what happens next"

"This is good and all but I WILL THROW YOU INTO THE FUCKING SUN IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO PANSY. And that's the tea"

"You see I saw this coming I swEAR GEORGIA MIDDLENAME LASTNAME I WILL SMITE YOU DONT YOU DARE KILL PANSY AND PANSMIONE BETTER HAPPEN AHH"

"I swear to the gods, if she dies I WILL ENSURE THAT THANOS SNAPPED TWICE TO ERASE YOUR EXISTENCE" (this one is my personal favorite)

"Try me bitch"

"No I'm suing you again" (btw ItsxAsh see you in court sweetie ;))

Anyways, onto the final part :))))))))))

*******************************************

Harry was pacing back and forth in front of the fireplace in the Gryffindor Common Room when it happened.

When the door burst open, he had expected Hermione, maybe Draco. Not Blaise, with a panicked, horrified look on his face.

He didn't have to say anything. Harry was already out the door, running as fast as his legs could carry him.

He barely even registered that his magic was getting out of control; a few vases smashed, his feet were barely touching the ground anymore, and he was in front of the Hospital Wing doors within seconds.

Blaise caught up to him two seconds later, breathing hard but following him to Pansy's bedside.

She was bent over her bed, vomiting. She was shaking and pale, and Draco was perched on the edge of her bed, holding her hair gently. Hermione murmured comforting words.

It took Harry another moment to realize Hermione wasn't comforting Pansy, rather murmuring soft spells that Harry didn't recognize. Her eyes were fixed on Pansy, gaze slightly panicked.

Pansy finally inhaled a deep, shaky breath. Hermione continued muttering her spell softly.

Harry raised his wand, casting a spell on Pansy to clean her mouth. She gave him a grateful look.

Hermione stopped muttering. "Pansy, can I kiss you?" she blurted out.

Pansy's eyes widened in shock, but she gave Hermione a weak smile. "That's all I ever wanted, Granger."

Hermione smiled, leaning in and giving Pansy a sweet, soft kiss that had Harry looking away, feeling as though he was intruding on a private moment.

His eyes caught Draco's, and the blonde slid off the edge of the bed, moving toward Harry and holding his hand tightly.

Hermione pulled away, smiling tightly at Pansy.

"You should rest," she murmured. Pansy nodded, lowering her head back on the pillow and promptly falling asleep.

And Hermione immediately dashed over to the trash can and threw up.

"Hermione!" Harry shouted in surprise. He let go of Draco's hand. The girl took a shuddering breath, and stood. Her face was much paler than it had been seconds earlier. She looked as though she would fall over at any second.

"Ego tua tolle dolorem," she murmured. "A spell to take the pain, injury, and illness that ails a person, and inflict it upon yourself. The spell is sealed by a consensual kiss between both partners."

"Hermione," Harry whispered, unable to comprehend what was happening.

"She wasn't going to make it," Hermione murmured. "It's spread too far. "

"Hermione," Harry whispered again.

"When I'm gone, I want you to Obliviate her. I never existed. You will never speak of me to her. You and Ron saved the Wizarding World. Pansy never had a hematoma, no one ever had to sacrifice themselves for her, she will never remember me."

"You're the reason she knew she was into girls," Blaise said quietly. "Without you, she's not herself."

"You're far too important to this world to die," Draco whispered desperately.

"Hermione," Harry said, his voice too broken to say anything else.

"Harry, she literally had an hour, tops, to live. This was the fastest solution I could come up with."

"You need to sit down," Draco said quietly, moving Hermione to a bed.

She gave him a grateful smile. "Take care of Harry."

"Of course, Hermione. This was incredibly kind of you, but don't think for a single day in my life, I will forgive you for it. You mean too much to this world, Hermione, and you shouldn't have to be taken out of it so soon."

"Pansy used to talk of marrying you one day," Blaise laughed bitterly. "She used to write 'Pansy Granger' in her notebook in pretty cursive, and every day she contemplated sending it to you, before she thought the better of it and Incendioed it."

Tears slipped down Hermione's cheeks. "I would have liked that. I used to pick petals off of flowers and whisper 'she loves me', 'she loves me not'. I never got the answer I wanted, so I stopped doing it."

Harry couldn't move. Shock had overtaken his body. A world without his best friend in it was impossible. He had already lost Ron to homophobia, he couldn't lose Hermione too.

"Harry, I love you," she murmured, holding her wand up to her head.

"Hermione-" Draco said in a warning tone, but Hermione cut him off.

"I'm not going to die slowly over the next hour from brain damage. If I die, it's on my terms."

Harry couldn't say any last words to Hermione. His mouth wouldn't move. Nothing would.

She looked over at the sleeping girl on the bed next to her. "I love you, Pansy."

She took a deep breath, and whispered "Avada Kedavra."

Her wand glowed green, and Hermione Jean Granger was taken from the world.

Harry fell to his knees, mouth opening but no words coming out. He was overwhelmed with pain, with a massive wave of devastation and despair crashing down on him. He couldn't move.

Pansy chose this moment to stir. "Wha's goin' on?" she murmured.

"Hermione loved you," Draco whispered, pointing his shaking wand at her.

"Draco, what-"

"I'm sorry."

"Draco-!"

"Obliviate."

Harry couldn't even move his head to look at the girl. He couldn't move anything.

Draco stood in front of him, eyes full of sorrow.

"I'm sorry, Harry. I don't think you can stand losing another person."

Harry knew it was going to happen before it did, and he wanted to scream at Draco to not do it, he couldn't forget Hermione, but he couldn't move.

"Obliviate."

Well, you told me not to kill Pansy, so I didn't! :)
