Every night Draco did the same thing before he slept. He showered, put on his pajamas, brushed his teeth then his hair, put a silencing charm around his bed and then would sing to himself until fell asleep. Every night he sang the same song.

This began during his second year at Hogwarts and now it was his sixth year at Hogwarts. You see Draco began liking Harry Potter during their second year and one day Ginny Weasley had a dwarf sing Harry a song she wrote for him. Harry was disturbed by the dwarf and attempted to run away from it. He failed and fell down which gave the dwarf an opportunity to sing the song. Draco just so happened to be there and he heard the song, along with other students. Yes he did laugh at Harry but the song got stuck in his head.

He would find himself murmuring the song to himself late at night. In fear of the other boys overhearing him he began putting a silencing charm around his bed so no one heard him. With the charm around him he sang the song every night.

Third year Draco found himself in a awkward situation. He was in the boys locker room murmuring the song to himself. Well he thought he was by himself. He heard someone laugh and Draco almost slipped when he turned around really fast.

"Malfoy? Why on earth are you singing that song?" Harry asked as he came out from the shadow with a towel wrapped around his lower half. "W-what? I-I'm not singing.... why are you watching me from the corners you creep!" Draco said turning the water off and wrapping the towel around his waist.

"Calm down Malfoy, I was about to get dressed when I heard you singing that damn song. You do know you were singing loudly right? You, you have a wonderful voice." Harry and Draco talked, still with towels wrapped around them, and one thing led to another and the boys became boyfriends.

Now back to the present. Draco followed his routine up until placing the silencing charm around his bed. He was tired out and he jumped into his bed. Nott wasn't in the dormitory, Crabbe and Goyle slept and didn't wake no matter how hard one attempted to wake them, and Blaise well Draco was so tired to think of him and what he could do.

So Draco got into his bed and closed his eyes as he began to sing.

"His eyes are as green as a fresh pickled toad
His hair is as dark as a blackboard.
I wish he was mine, he's truly divine,
the hero who conquered the Dark Lord."

Draco kept repeating the song until he fell asleep. He was to sleepy to notice Blaise had recorded the whole thing.

Blaise and Pansy were his best friends but not even they knew that he and Harry were dating. Well at least that's what Draco thought. When they began dating, Harry promised there would be peace among the two houses. Hermione and Pansy became best friends, and one day they were studying in the library. Pansy had whispered something to Hermione that made her snort/laugh and drop the book she had in her hand. The book hit something that wasn't there. Hermione noticed and she knew it had to be Harry and his invisibility cloak. Quietly she and Pansy reached forward and pulled away the cloak. Harry and Draco were making out under the cloak.... The two boys hadn't noticed, surprisingly, and the girls tossed the cloak over them. Pansy smiled awkwardly and Hermione looked surprised.
Pansy grabbed Hermione's hand and ran out of the of library. "Oh my goodness! I knew there was something Harry wasn't telling us! I knew it!" Hermione said fist bumping the hair. "Oh shut it Granger, don't remind me I owe Blaise something..." Pansy said blushing as she tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. (They're obviously older than 13 now😂 so like 16 beginning of 6th year)
They walked over to the Slytherin common room, Draco had threaten all of the Slytherins to be kind to all houses now so Hermione was accepted in, and they talked secretly about what they witnessed with Blaise. They were in a small club were they discussed conspiracies about Harry and Draco being something.... and by small I mean just the three of them.

So Blaise was happy to record Draco singing, he would use it to his advantage because Draco had humiliated him in front of a lot of people and you knew it was humiliating because even Snape had let out a chuckle.

The next day Blaise ran to Hermione and Pansy and showed them the video. "I stayed up all night coming up with ways on how to show this to everyone! Be ready because in the middle of breakfast everyone will see this video." Blaise said cracking a evil smirk.

"I wonder how Ron will react. He still doesn't know about Harry and Draco.... I hope he reacts well.." Hermione said worried. "He'll take it like a champ! He is Harry's best friend after all." Pansy said patting Hermione's back reassuring her. "There goes Draco, I'll see you two later! Or never Draco might kill me. Let my legacy live on!" Blaise said waving goodbye and and going after Draco.

"Hey Draco. I have something to show you." Blaise said pulling out the camera. "I'm sure you'll enjoy it." He said before playing the video.

Draco gave him a confused looks but looked anyway.

Draco's eyes widened but he was to slow to react. Blaise had run off. Draco didn't chase him. He didn't move, he couldn't. He froze from shock. How could he let this happened.... He didn't move until Pansy came by and linked their arms together. "Hey amigo, everything okay?" Pansy asked. Draco blinked and nodded. "Yeah I'm fine, I'm super!" Draco said faking a smile.

"Okay, well lets go eat. I haven't eaten in forever! I love food." Pansy said. "Same." Draco said. They walked into the great hall together and Draco looked around for Blaise.

They ate breakfast. Draco kept a lookout for Blaise but made sure his boyfriend was okay by glancing over at the gryffindor table. Harry caught Draco looking at him and winked every time they made eye contact.

In the middle of everything someone shouted to look up at the ceiling. Someone, Blaise, managed to project the video on the ceiling, and adjusted the volume for everyone to hear.

The video played on and on. Hermione sipped her milk and glanced over at Ron. He looked up at the sky then at Harry. "I-? Wha? I'm confused..." Ron said. "It means Draco likes Harry you git." Ginny said. "Oh, ha. You don't like Malfoy and we can use this agai- why are you blushing?" Ron said looking at Harry.

"I'm dating Malfoy and I'm gay.... Surprise!" Harry said doing jazz hands and smiling awkwardly. Ron looks at him and drops his head on to his plate. "He faints when he receives big news...." Ginny said taking a piece of Ron's bacon from his plate, that didn't have Ron over it of course.

Harry looked up at the Slytherin table and saw Draco standing up, and heading towards the doors. He quickly got up and went after Draco.

"Draco! Wait, what's wrong? Don't- don't cry, baby this is just s stupid prank." Harry said grabbing Draco's hand. Draco pulled them into an empty classroom.

"Y-you don't understand, i-if the word spread that I like you and we're a thing, our lives will be in danger. Voldemort will torture us to death, my parents will be furious. I want you to be save, Harry I love you so much and the thought of loosing you hurts me." Draco said, tears rolling down his face. He might be taller but he was vulnerable and so he rested his head on Harry's chest.

"Nothing Voldemort does will ever get in the way of our love. I'll protect you until I die. My life is in danger everyday and so is yours but at the end of the day the only thing keeping us from dying is our love. I love you," Harry says pulling Draco's head up and planting a kiss onto his cheek. "I love you," Draco's nose, "I love you," Draco's forehead, "I love you." Draco's lips.

Tears still staining his cheeks, Draco kissed back.

As they kissed, they felt as if everything and everyone around them didn't matter. The war going on didn't stop their love, hate and bigotry didn't make them love each other any less. It felt as if all was well.
