What if Harry Potter was never dropped off with the Dursleys? What if he actually got the family experience he always longed for? A caring mother and a father who always had time for his children. Well that's what Harry got, in a way. You see, Harry was dropped off with the Malfoys.

There Harry met his best friend, Draco Malfoy. The two were inseparable. As babies Draco would pout and cry when taken away from Harry. Harry would throw anything in his hand if he was taken from Draco.

The two boys grew up together and became close, obviously.

One day a mysteries package arrived at the front steps of the Malfoy Manor. It was too big for an owl to deliver it. Once it was open Lucius realized it was from Dumbledore. There were two bicycles with training wheels, since both boys were only around 4 at this time.

Draco and Harry fought themselves how to ride and soon the training wheels came off. Both boys loved riding their bikes. Even as they grew up they enjoyed doing so. And as they grew up they became even closer than you'd expect.

When they first learned how to ride only using two wheels both boys fell off their bikes. So Harry always made sure to carry band-aids with him since that time Draco had a cut on his forehead from falling.

This time they were racing, who could go the fastest and reach the destination first. This was before they had gone back for their second year at Hogwarts.

Harry was wearing his Slytherin quidditch sweater and was ahead of Draco. He was certain he was going to win until he noticed a big rock in the middle of their path and Harry's breaks weren't working all of a sudden. He screamed as he crashed into the rock and flew of his bike onto the pavement. Harry looked at his knee and then pulled up his sleeve to check on his elbow. He was bleeding from both spots.

"Merlins beard! Where's the first aid kit?!" Draco said dropping to his knees next to Harry. "In the bag, in my room." Harry said. This was one of those times he didn't have the first aid kit with him. Draco seemed to be freaking out so he helped Harry up and rushed inside, carefully as Harry couldn't walk and Draco couldn't really carry him.

Once they had reached Harry room Draco rushed to get the first aid kit from Harry bag. "Draco slow down I'm not going to bleed out." Harry said. "I-I... this is my fault! You injured yourself pretty bad all because I insisted we raced. I'm so sorry Harry." Draco said as he cleaned Harry's wounds and placed band aids on them.

"Hey don't be so hard on yourself. You didn't know this would happen, it was my fault for not being careful." Harry said smiling at Draco.  "I love you." Draco said hugging Harry. "I love you too." Harry said hugging him back. Draco looked up at Harry and kissed him. That's how his mother and father showed they loved each other so this was the same thing. Except it was their first kiss. They didn't think much of it.

That little kiss they shared when they were twelve wasn't brought up again until they were thirteen, around the middle of their third year.

They were working on a potion when Harry had accidentally added the wrong ingredient into the potion and spilled some of the other ingredients on Draco. Draco was already having a bad day, with some of the professors giving him a hard time and receiving three detentions in one day. Draco didn't say anything until they got to their room.

"Are you fucking stupid!? How can someone make so many mistakes in one day! On one simple potion!" Draco said angrily as he took off his robe and shirt. "I'm sorry, I wasn't paying much attention." Harry said looking up. "It showed,"  Draco mumbled. "What the fuck were you thinking about anyways?" Draco asked, finally calming down seeing how innocent and sorry Harry looked.

"Well when I was with Professor Lupin and he was teaching me how to cast the patronous spell he told me to think of a happy memory and the first one to pop up was when you kissed me and how much I liked it." Harry said. "You remember that day?" Draco asked.

"How could I forget it? It was the best day of my life."

"Is he your boyfriend?" Cedric asked. "Who? Draco or Ron?" Harry asked. "Malfoy." Cedric said. "Oh, no why?" Harry asked, man is this boy filled with questions. "So is it okay if I kiss you?" "Yes." Harry responded.

Harry wasn't lying, Draco wasn't his boyfriend. They were just best friends who made out a lot behind closed doors. Harry really liked Draco but Draco was scared. Scared of what? Rejection. Once his family found out he would be disowned. Harry would have somewhere  to go but Draco? He had nobody really. He was also scared that if he put a label on him and Harry, Harry would realize how pathetic Draco is and would dump him.

But of course Harry didn't know Draco thought that.

"Harry?" Draco asked. Welp turns out Cedric choose to kiss Harry at the wrong time. Draco had a flower in his hand but his smile had disappeared. He was about to ask Harry to be his date for the Yule Ball. Harry pulled away from Cedric's embrace. "Hey Draco..." Harry said awkwardly. "Well um I'll see you later Harry." Cedric said turning to walk away. "No it's okay stay, I was leaving anyways." Draco said dropping the flower onto the ground and stepping on it.

Harry had just saved Draco and Fluers sister for the second task. He almost died, well that's what Ron said to Hermione. Harry swam back to the stands and was helped up by his friends. Hermione gave him her towel. "Thanks." Harry said. Harry looked around for Draco but was hugged my Fluer who thanked him for saving her sister. Harry simply smiled and nodded his head.

"You bloody idiot! You should've let father talk the ministry out of letting you compete in this stupid tournament! You could've died in there!" Draco said smacking Harry's shoulder. "You're safe." Harry said hugging Draco. Draco blushed as everyone looked at them. "I'm glad you're safe too." Draco mumbled hugging Harry back.
