November 29th 2016 

It was the night before I would release my christmas album. The past few nights I was not able to meet with Yoongi as he was in Tokyo with the rest of BTS for Fan Meetings. We won't be able to work on music together till middle of December or till the New Year. The album was going live at Midnight and I was nervous. It was mostly reminditions of christmas classics but a few winter pieces I wrote was added into it. I watched the time slowly tick it was 15 mins till the release. My phone ding as I had a notification. I looked at it and smiled. 

Yoongi: I know you are still up, you must be nervous it's ok DayDay people will love your music. 

Daya: Thanks Yoongs, But what if they don't??? 

Yoongi: Day they will you have already gotten a big following of fans. 

Daya: Mostly because the BTS decided to randomly follow me...alot of them are Army 

Yoongi: That isn't a bad thing, MAMAMOO also follow you so you have some MooMoos 

Daya: That is because MAMAMOO are in the same company as me, plus I trained with them for a short while. 

Yoongi: Maybe, would you like to video call? 

Daya: Are you sure you can if the guys walk in they may think you have a girlfriend? 

Yoongi: Technically you are a girl who is my friend, plus we can try and talk about our song. 

Daya: Technically, we are work friends. 

Yoongi: I am going to call you then. 

Daya: Wait give me a minute. 

I looked in a mirror and sighed. Technically though he wouldn't see much of my room. This is the first time he is getting a glimpse at actually me not Idol Daya. I grabbed a sweatshirt and put it on to cover the fact I didn't have a bra on as well as I pulled my hair back into a ponytail. I picked up some clothes I had in the floor and looked around. 

Daya:Ok you can call now! 

Ring Ring Ring. 

I swiped and answered the video call and smiled seeing him. He was in pajamas and clearly in a hotel room. 

"Hi" I said softly. 

"Hi" He said softly. We both were quiet and nervous clearly. I blushed and looked down. 

"So how have the fanmeets been?" I asked him not knowing what to talk about. 

"Oh great, you know Army are very caring of us." He says and I nodded smiling. 

"So..." He said blushing nervous. 

"So..." I said 

"So, you told me you have a studio in your apartment can I see your set up?" He asked me and I blushed and nodded. I got up and grabbed my phone off of my charger. 

"Its in the loft area of my apartment because I don't want my music to overtake my comfort area." I told him as I walked out of my room and quickly up the stairs to my work area. I turned on the light for the area. "Ok give me a second" I flipped the camera around. 

"Oh wow" He says looking at the screen closely. 

"Yeah, some of this I have added to recently." I told him "When I finally debuted I got to upgrade some of my old equipment that I had from the start."

 "My setup is about the same as this, how come? if you don't mind me asking" He said still looking in awe at my setup. 

"I am fortunate enough to have the support of my parents and siblings" I told him. "But I know alot of people do not have that such luck" 

"yeah" He said softly. I set my phone down and turned the camera back to face me. 

"You ok Yoongs?" I asked him and he nodded 

"Its fine, your just really lucky" He says, I gave him a sad smile. 

"I'm sorry, I been rude and gloating about my family." I said to him feeling bad. 

"No you are fine, anyway, Day how was your day today?" He said to me smiling trying to change subjects. 

"Lets see, I had dance practice, vocal lessons, english lessons. Had a meeting with my manager because I had gained a small amount of weight. I saw Solar Unnie in the studio today with Moonbyul Unnie they were recording some music I believe. Oh and I met with a stylist for a dress for MAMA" I told him causing him to smile which was a beautiful sight to see once a while. 

"Ah yes MAMA in Hong Kong is happening in a few days, You are going which means we get to see each other in person again." He said seeming happy which surprised me. 

"Have we really gotten that close working on music that you actually want to see me outside of work" I teased him giggling. 

"What are we not friends?" He teased back causing me to shake my head. 

"Oppa we have to be strangers or else army are going to want to kill me for stealing their Yoongi oppa" I teased and he stopped and looked at me shocked. "What?" 

"Oppa?" He asked confused "You've never called me Oppa, just Yoongs or Yoongi" 

"I know but you are older than me, it is proper" I said to him confused because he always what I've seen from the rest of BTS members besides Jin Oppa addressed yoongi as hyung and very formal and he seemed to care about honorifics.

"But I liked you calling me Yoongs, it was something that you did and it was cute how you sometimes got excited and giggly when you said Yoongi" He said kind of pouty which I found odd. He always tended to keep everything so formal between us. 

"Ok I will never call you Oppa again Yoongs" I said confused at him. But I was not clueless I think I figured out things. "but um Yoongs, you find me cute?" 

"Well cute kind of aeygo way not in any other way we are friends I know that Day" He says trying to cover up what he was trying to hide. 

"Yes we are friends nothing more and cannot be anything more." I said reminding him but also myself. 

 Before Yoongi could say anything else there was a knock on his hotel door and I heard a cheerful voice walk in. I recognized it as Hoseok or J-hope. I blushed and I could see Yoongi get tense and change his demeanor. 

"Hey, Hyung I just came to see if you wanted, Oh! your on the phone" Hoseok said and blushed and looked down. "Who is this? Oh wait is that-" 

"Hobe what did you want" Yoongi said. Ignoring him Hoseok walked over and looked at me at the phone. 

"Hey, your Daya right? you just debuted?" Hoseok said to me causing me to blush and I nodded shyly. 

"Yes thats Daya we were working on a song actually." Yoongs said and looked at Hoseok. "Now Hobe you wanted to ask me something and then leave." 

"Ouch, ok grouchy. I wanted to see if you maybe wanted to join me and the Maknaes for a movie, Jimin has some beer for us to drink, but you seem busy." Hoseok said stepping back. "Also your music writing equipment isn't plugged up, but I'll let you get back to 'working' on music together" 

"Wait Hobe, don't tell anyone please. no one knows about this collab" Yoongs said facing him Hoseok gave him a small smile and nodded. 

"Bye Daya, Bye Hyung" Hoseok said stepping out and closing the door. 

"Did you want to go and join your friends?" I asked him and he shook his head. 

"no, plus it's almost midnight your album release is in about 2 minutes" He said and gave me a small smile.

The rest of the phone call went really well and we celebrated the release of my first album though it was small and a holiday gift to everyone it was my first release of music I had worked on. We continued on with these off and on conversations at night. The next time I actually got to see him and the rest of the members of BTS was on December 2nd. 

December 2nd 2016: MAMA Hong Kong. 

I arrived after BTS so I came in on the carpet behind them for pictures.

Their performance was amazing. The stage presence that they created was intense and they were amazing performers. I was lucky where I was seated that I could see their stage really well. Their music was amazing as well. Watching the award show was also really good and I was lucky to see them win such an important and incredible award.

I was so excited for Yoongi, he got so emotionally. They all deserved this win they have had an incredible year this year. After the awards ended I went backstage where a lot of idols hung out afterwards before leaving. Me being still new there wasn't a lot of friends I had been dying to see tonight. I wanted to friendly and not like I know Yoongi but go and congratulate BTS on their win. I also had a few other groups I wanted to go and talk to as well. 

I walked back my small crew of two other people with me, my manager and stylist. They gave me distance as I was no longer near anyone audience or fans that were there.  I looked around for some people that I knew. I saw Nayeon who I've seen a few times and bowed at her she gave me a small smile and bow as well. I walked over to her and told her how well of a performance they did tonight. I congratulated them as well on their win as well tonight. She was nice and we talked about a few other things before she got called over to her group. 

I continued to walk around and I saw BTS in a quiet corner filming and I stood a distance and I saw Yoongi glance over and I gave him a small bow. My manager and stylist caught up to me and while BTS continued to film my Manager walked over to theirs to talk behind the camera so I could get a chance to talk to all of them. When I got an ok I waited for them to finish filming what they were for their BTS episode for Youtube. I waited patiently. I saw Hoseok looked at Yoongi as he recognized me from that one phone call me and Yoongi had. After they finished filming I got told I could come over.  I walked over and gave them a small bow as a sign of respect. 

"Congratulations, you all did incredible tonight." I told them softly and they bowed as well. 

"You are Daya, correct?" Namjoon said and I nodded 

"Yes I am," I said looking at them. 

"You covered one of our songs, right it was incredible." Jimin said and I blushed nodding. 

"Thank you, I love all of your music. You all write and produce amazing songs." I said and glanced at Yoongi then at the rest of them. 

"Thanks, I enjoyed listening to one of your new songs you recently released" Taehyung said throwing me off guard and I looked at him. My eyes slightly widened. 

"You listened to one of my songs? and Liked it?" I said slightly shocked making them laugh at my reaction. 

"Yeah, I saw one of Army talking on twitter about it and decided to listen to it." Taehyung said chuckling at me. 

"I am so sorry I am being rude you all are probably busy, but before I leave can I get a picture?" I asked them and looked at my manager and their manager and they nodded agreeing. 

I got the picture with them and they got one with me. Before walking away we all properly exchanged contact information incase of future collaborations. Taehyung stopped me before walking out with my manager and stylist and Yoongi was with him. 

"Hey Daya I did enjoy your music, maybe sometime we could work on something, I like your style of music. Yoongi Hyung you could help us maybe." Taehyung said and I looked at Yoongi and then at Taehyung. 

"Maybe, I will talk to my manager and we could see about doing a collaboration at some point." I said to him and I got called by my manager and I gave them a bow. "It was nice meeting you all." 

I went to one of the bathrooms with my stylist and changed into a pair of sweats and a beanie. She bagged up the dress for me and helped me brush out my hair before taking out my earrings. She gave me some makeup wipes to help remove some excessive make up before we headed to the car to take me to my hotel. I got in and headed to my bathroom and washed my face before texting yoongi. 

Day: Are you in the hotel yet? 

Day: I just got to my hotel and wanted to speak to you before heading to bed.

Day: Your not replying so you must be still heading to your room. Congrats again on the win. 

Day: Sorry I must be annoying there is just so much I want to talk to you about. 

Day: Also I think we succeeded as being in a state of xenization.
