SYNOPSIS!
Amanda Loving craves the spotlight. She constantly lands lead roles in her school's productions - until now. She gets the dreaded assignment of an understudy; a word that makes Amanda feel ill. Not only that, but she feels inadequate. She thought her audition was the best one she'd ever done, but apparently no one else thought so. Carson Groves has never been in the spotlight. Not until now. His band randomly got popular, and all of a sudden crowds fill every show they book. Carson is overwhelmed. How do people do it? Carson and Amanda meet by chance, and when Amanda learns about his predicament, she's eager to share her knowledge. After all, if she's not going to be in the spotlight, why not help someone who is? Their friendship soon blossoms into something more; but were they ever meant to last?
