donghyuck was already sitting on a random wooden bench in the park, waiting patiently for the blonde girl.

he arrived earlier than expected but he didn't mind. the male junior enjoyed the calm and comfortable atmosphere of the park.

it was already late afternoon, almost evening. not a lot of people were out at this time in that season.

the sky turned darker sooner than before. the leaves changed their colors, followed by departing themselves from the branches of the trees and decorating the ground.

the air became more chilly nowadays, occassionally sending hyuck the shivers. his leather jacket was barely keeping him warm, however, he didn't care at all in that moment.

his eyes were looking for sooyun, she was the only thing he cared in that moment.

"hyuck!", he heard someone calling after him, his head turned into the direction where the voice sounded.

his eyes lit up at her sight. his heart warmed up, letting him forget about the chilly breeze around him.

the purple haired boy jumped off the bench and watched the girl approaching him with her significant sweet smile.

"hi shortie", donghyuck greeted teasingly, earning a threateningly glare from her.

"it was a bad idea to meet up with you, hm? goodbye hyuck", sooyun stated dramatically with a hint of playfulness. she gave him a disappointed look before turning around, ready to leave again.

"hey! please stay, i'm sorry m'lady", the purple haired boy apologized quickly while chuckling amusedly at her actions. his hands grabbed gently her shoulders, turning her around so that she faced him again.

"fine. apology accepted, my peasant", sooyun responded casually and smirked mischievously.

donghyuck gasped loudly as he removed his hands from her, placing his hands on his chest. "how dare you calling me that? i'm not a peasant!", he complained and felt offended but secretly liked their little banter and teasings.

"my bad. is dummy better?", the blonde girl continued to tease him, hearing the male scoff at her comment.

"you're so mean, ya know?", he rolled his eyes and was now the one to run off. sooyun stopped him by grabbing his wrist, pulling him back and locking eyes with him.

his heart skipped a beat when he felt her hand at his wrist while holding eye contact with her. she made him feel all confused and so satisfied (song pado reference).

"i'm sorry. you are a cute dummy, alright?", she let out soft giggles before adding, "let me treat you out for helping me out as promised."

donghyuck raised his eyebrow as a smug grin appeared on his face, her words had convinced him. "fine, apology accepted", he quoted her, causing her to to chuckle and let go of his wrist.

"alright, so you're treating me out? i can choose whatever i want?", the purple haired male asked once again, feeling all giddy and hyped.

sooyun nodded in approval, looking at him in anticipation while he was thinking about what food he wanted.

his eyes lit up when he had finally made up his mind. a bright smile was plastered on his face as he shared his idea.

"let's go to a convenience store and eat ramen there."

sooyun was surprised to hear the answer, brows furrowed for a moment as she giggled once again.

"wow, that's the least thing i'd expected... i thought you wanted to eat somewhere fancier", the blonde remarked giggling.

"nahhh, ramen are the classics and i'm craving it anyways."

the two of them ended up eating ramen and drinking soda drinks in a nearby convenience store. they were chatting and laughing together, enjoying their conversations while consuming their noodles.

the sneaky boy donghyuck was took photos of sooyun while she was eating or drinking. therefore, she scolded him several times for taking the most ugliest pictures with bad timing.

nevertheless, hyuck didn't care at all and continued taking pics of not only of sooyun but also of her and himself. as planned, they imitated typical couple photos.

they did matching poses, sooyun hugged hyuck from the back and vice versa, they held hands for the photos and the male borrowed her his leather jacket.

donghyuck was internally dying at how close they were, how they exchanged hugs, how he was able to hold her hand, how cute she looked in his jacket and how adorable the pictures turned out.

butterflies were constantly fluttering in his stomach. he couldn't stop smiling and couldn't hide the fact that he enjoyed it. he felt all giddy and excited. their touches caused his heart to act up.

luckily, they didn't get interrupted in whatever they were doing. no other customers were there except for them and the employee didn't care at all.

after finishing taking couple pictures and having searched the best photos among all of them, the moment everyone anticipated to occur was soon to happen.

"send them to geon, give a caption like 'ramen date with my boyfie' and then later, add 'wrong chat' after having sent them all", the purple haired boy ordered cheekily, taking a sip of his drink while watching the blonde girl prepare their mischievous move.

sooyun did as suggested as her thumb hovered over her display. pressing the 'send' button was the only missing step for their evil plan to be fullfilled.

"shall we?", the blonde girl asked with a smug grin. donghyuck mirrored her expression as he nodded in approval. "let's do it."

sooyun saw his go as she pressed the button, sending the pictures to the guy they despised. afterwards, she texted him that the photos weren't supposed to be directed to him, declaring that it was the 'wrong chat'.

donghyuck and sooyun shared malicous giggles when they had executed their plan and observed how geon was already typing something.
