"lmao you messed up aga- hEYYY-", yejoon teased mischievously but got strangled (lightly and not seriously) by renjun for his words, immediately regretting his life decisions.

"we don't have time to be kinky now", donghyuck mentioned nonchalantly, however, a playful smirk was plastered on his face.

"wrong timing, hyuck", the two-toned haired boy glared at him, silencing the younger boy by just his gaze.

it was another drama club session and those situations happened occassionally and weren't something new by now.

even though they were playing around sometimes, the drama club members were truly practicing diligently and working hard for their upcoming winter play.

some of them were acting out certain scenes on stage in the auditorium with their teacher watching them and giving them useful advice and feedback. the rest of the group were busy memorising and reciting their lines, helping each other out.

meanwhile, jieun was sitting in the backstage room as she needed a calmer space to work. she liked the drama club members, certainly no doubt, but she needed some peace to focus.

soon she was finished with the designs of the costumes. a proud smile was plastered on her face as she looked at the results once again.

now she needed to take measurements for the outfits for each role. the junior jumped off the couch and made her way to the auditorium where the rest of the people were gathered.

jieun looked around as her gaze stayed on the female senior who was sitting on one of the many seats. she had her script placed on her face, groaning in annoyance and tiredness. an amused smile spread across jieun's face at her sight.

the long black haired girl approached sneakily and quietly the senior before dropping herself next to her.

"you good, haewon?", jieun asked chuckling, causing the older girl to flinch at her sudden appearance and sit up quickly, accidentally yeeting the script away. (rip the script)

"gosh, you startled me", the girl with a wolf cut mentioned laughing and turned to face the younger one who smiled sweetly.

"i'm okay, i'm just tired from memorising my lines", haewon answered her question with a lazy smile. however, her heart was acting up at the sight of the younger girl.

"sorry, i didn't mean to startle you", jieun apologized, flashing the senior her gummy smile which made haewon melt even more.

"you could take a break", the younger girl suggested gently, tilting her head while looking at her seatmate.

"in the meanwhile, you could come with me. i need to take measurements for your costume for the play anyways", she continued smiling.

haewon's eyes lit up at her idea as she nodded in agreement. "sure thing", she responded grinning, trying to remain calm and cool outside when she was internally freaking out.

so, the two girls stood up from their seats, gave the teacher a heads-up before heading to the backstage room.

jieun was standing in front of haewon, her hands holding the tape measure which was wrapped around the waist of the older girl.

the proximity between them almost killed the female senior but she enjoyed how close they were.

oh dear, haewon didn't even hide it. her eyes were locked on her while a delighted grin was plastered on her face.

"do i have something on my face or why are you staring at me the whole time?", jieun asked laughing, looking up at the older girl.

"yeah, you actually have something on your face", haewon mentioned smirking and leaned in. their faces were incredibly close, the gap between them was quite small.

she lifted up one hand and brushed a loose hair string behind her ear, her eyes studying jieun's features.

"you got beauty on your face. explains why i can't take away my eyes off you", haewon whispered boldly and gave her a wink.

her smirk turned into a smug grin as she pulled away, observing how jieun became all flustered with her cheeks heating up.

"i- uh- thank you...?", the younger girl answered shyly and pulled her hands with the tape measure away, feeling overwhelmed and taken aback by her words and actions.

"you're welcome", haewon replied amusedly and let out soft chuckles at her sight.

jieun was still flustered, not daring to look into her eyes while her heart was beating fast for unknown reason. just her compliment must have flattered her heart, right? nothing more's behind that.

"hey, don't feel shy. you are truly gorgeous and i just wanted to acknowledge and appreciate your beauty", the female senior commented teasingly.

her confident and bold gay ass didn't hold back as she placed softly her hand a her shoulder. jieun lifted up her head and locked eyes with the older girl.

"i... uhm... thank you, i cherish your words... i'm just speechless right now as i didn't expect that", the junior responded honestly with a sheepish smile.

haewon grinned brightly at the reply as she patted her shoulder one more time before removing her hand and looking at the shorter and younger one.

"do you need to take more measurements?", she asked nonchalantly, acting like nothing had happened before.

jieun shook her head, still feeling dumbfounded as she needed more time to process the situation.

"okay, then i'll get someone else for you so that you can continue your work", haewon stated before turning her back to her.

however, her face turned to the side as a soft smile appeared on her lips. "good job, sweetheart! keep on going like this", she added winking before exiting the room and leaving her alone.

jieun dropped down on the couch, processing everything what had just happened.

"she... she was just kind, right? it wasn't something more and she is probably just a playful person", jieun thought to herself, trying to collect her messy thoughts while her heart was racing.

"but she is... really pretty and kind. i admire her a lot", she recalled haewon's words one more time and caught herself smiling when thinking about that.
