*******

I bit my lip as I waited for someone to open the door. I don't know why, but I felt bad because of what had happened last night, as if I had caused it. And because of that feeling, that was eating me up if I may add, I just had to swallow my pride and knock on his door.

After about half a minute of waiting, the door was slowly opened by an unfamiliar face.

"Hey," The black haired guy said quietly, with a silly grin on his face. "You're Lorena, right?"

I just nodded with a polite smile. I'm guessing this is Louis' roommate.

"Well," He continued, fairly louder now. "I'm afraid Louis' busy right now, and the reason he's unavailable includes a blonde bimbo and intercou-"

"Zach, you bloody dickhead, stop fucking with people like that," I heard a familiar, kind of hoarse voice from inside the room, and raised my eyebrows at Zach, apparently.

"Sorry," He said, grinning even wider now. "I just love fucking with people like that." Zach opened the door all the way and moved after repeating Louis' words, letting me come inside. The dorm wasn't any different from the last time I was there, 10-ish day ago. Clothes, books and who knows what else, was still all over the place. A lot like Pandora's box. And I think that me going inside that place showed how guilty I was actually feeling about the previous night.

"Who is it?" I saw Louis lying on his bed, with his arm over his eyes. I instantly smiled at the sight of him, but my smile disappeared just as quickly when I noticed he was in bandages, and had band-aids here and there. Wow, was it really that bad?

Just to fool around with him, I silently knelt in front of his bed and brought my lips to his ear, careful not to touch it.

"It is I, LeClerc," I whispered loudly, quoting a line from one of my favorite sitcoms, and earned the reaction I wanted; Louis abruptly jumped in his bed, looking at me wide-eyed, in a sitting position now. He blinked once and exhaled, letting out the breath he was holding the entire time, apparently. I couldn't help but laugh as I stood up; he looked like a lost puppy when he had his eyes the size of the Sun.

"You think you're really funny, don't you?" Before I could respond, Louis wrapped his arms around my knees and pulled me down in the bed next to him, all the while ignoring my screams. When he finally had me lying on my back, he clambered on top of me and kissed me forcefully, while I couldn't stop laughing.

"Hey!" Louis protested as he pulled away. "What's so funny? Am I a funny kisser?" He asked over-dramatically, and it only made me laugh harder. Though when I think about it, the line sounded oddly familiar?

"No," I breathed out, finally calming down. "I don't think you are."

Louis smiled and went to kiss me again, but I put a finger over his lips and he raised his eyebrows at me.

"But you know what I do think?" I questioned, and Louis' eyebrows went even higher in response.

"I think..." I glanced down at the part of his shirtless body that was visible to me, before continuing.

"I think we're going to cause your friend over there a boner, if you don't stop."

"Hey!" Zach shouted from his spot near the door, and now both Louis and I were laughing.

"I knew this would happen," Zach muttered to himself, shaking his head as he walked to the bathroom, I think.

"Hey! What did you know would happen, what happened?" I shouted after him.

"He ruined you!" Zach shouted back, making me and Louis burst into laughter. Ruined me? I wouldn't say ruined as much as passed a bit of his weird sense of humor on to me.

"I absolutely haven't!" Louis exclaimed, still laughing a little.

"Liar!"

"Zach, I would never do such a thing!"

"Shush! Don't talk about her like she's not... Like she's not lying beneath you!" Zach exclaimed, barely able to keep his face serious, which made the two of us on the bed laugh again.

"Alright, I get it, I'm hilarious. I'll see you later," Zach said with a smile and walked out of the dorm. A few seconds later Louis and I finally stopped laughing, and he turned to look at me.

"So," He started quietly. "What brings you here, LeClerc?"

I grinned at him and touched his face, just then noticing he had bruises on his face as well. The corner of is left eye was purple-ish, and his bottom lip was a little swollen. Don't even make me start about his cheeks and jawline. He looked like he belonged to another planet.

"Lori?" Louis quietly called, and I blinked once, pulling myself out of my own thoughts. Just then I noticed he had his eyebrow raised at me, and he wasn't smiling anymore.

"He really messed you up, didn't he?" I said quietly. If I said I was feeling guilty before, it was nothing compared to how guilty I was feeling in that very moment.

To my surprise, Louis chuckled. "He didn't, love. I'm fine, you can't even tell my face is fucked up from afar." He gave me a reassuring smile and I licked my lips, not completely convinced. Louis seemed to notice as he sighed.

"Lorena, even if I were in a coma, I wouldn't blame you. So stop giving me that look, I'm telling you I'm fi- ah! Holy shit!" He breathed out as he rolled off of me. I abruptly sat up and tried to understand what had just happed, but all I could do was stare at him, shocked, terrified, as his breathing became considerably heavier, and his eyes tightly shut.

"Are you okay?" I asked through a breath. Had I subconsciously done something?

"Yeah, just," Louis started as he pulled himself on his pillow.

"The paramedic told me not to lie on my stomach for at least one week." His breathing was still heavy, and I closed my eyes and sighed; that explains it.

"Can you even get out of bed?" I asked bluntly. He really looked like he'd have problems with putting on a pair of pants, and not only because all he really owns are skinny jeans.

"Yeah, I just... Need a minute." Louis finally managed to relax, and started normalizing his breathing, while I was still staring at him, not knowing what to do.

"I think I'm good now," He said and tried to sit up, which only caused him to groan and lie back down, and I couldn't help but chuckle. His attempts to convince me that he's fine were pathetic, yet he was so adorable while trying.

"But then again, maybe you're right," Louis breathed out. "I might be incapable of doing... Well, anything right now."

I laughed at the disappointed look on his face as the fact finally got to him. I could practically feel his want to play football as I leaned down to place a kiss on his cheek, careful not to cause him any more pain.

"Well," I started slowly, a bit hesitant even. "I'm kind of boring, but I could keep you company for a while."

*******

Louis' POV

I chuckled at Lorena's last statement. Boring? She thought of herself as boring? I wonder whom would she describe as a fun person then.

"I'd like that," I said and she grinned. Just her smile made me smile as well.

"Great," Lorena beamed. "We could watch a film or something."

I huffed at her suggestion. "Watch a film? I thought you'd suggest something fun!"

"Well I told you I'm boring! What do you have in mind anyway?"

I sighed and shook my head at Lorena as she stared at me, actually wanting to hear my answer. Ah, sweet, innocent Lorena. Bit too innocent for her own safety, I'd say.

"Nothing, love. A film would be lovely." I smiled and she seemed satisfied with my answer as she jumped off of the bed. I shook my head again, I couldn't help myself. She was so oblivious sometimes.

"Is this all you've got?" Lorena said as she picked up the two keep cases, giving me a "you have got to be kidding me" look.

"Yeah, actually. We usually play video games," I said, and bingo! A smile appeared on my face at the idea of playing video games with Lorena; maybe, for once, I'll be able to win a race.

"No," She said firmly, as if she had read my thoughts. "We can't play games, you can't be over-excited."

I looked at her in disbelief. "Come on! Is that really the reason, or are you afraid of losing?" I raised my eyebrows at her. Challenges always work.

Lorena looked at me sympathetically, and walked back to the bed, putting her hand on my cheek as she sat down.

"Yes, that is the reason. Do you really think I don't know what you meant by doing 'something fun'? Aw." She shook her head at me, and all I could do was stare at her, again. I gulped, maybe she wasn't oblivious, she was just... Cautious.

"I talked to that guy, the paramedic last night, and he told me that you'll need peace and relaxation the next few days. So the most exciting thing I can offer you right now, is... X-Men Origins: Wolverine." Lorena grimaced at the poly-box, and turned it around to read about the film. Within a few seconds, he facial expression changed completely.

"Ooh, Hugh Jackman! Me likey," She said to herself and I couldn't help but laugh at her choice of words.

"Hugh Jackman? Seriously?" I said as she put the DVD in the player and came back to my bed.

"Yeah, he's one of the people I'd have a crush on if I were 10 to 20 years older." Lorena turned on the TV and stared at the screen, while I stared at her. She just said that as if it was the most normal thing in the world.

"How many people like Jackman are there?" I asked, almost afraid to hear her answer.

Lorena sighed, turning to me. "Well, we have... Hugh Grant, Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom, Brad Pitt, James Franco-"

"Dave Franco?" I suggested, and she narrowed her eyes at me.

"Nah, he's still in his twenties, we could work it out." I laughed at her answer, she seemed so serious talking about this.

"Then we've got Jim Carrey, Tom Cruise, Kevin Bacon, James Blunt, George Clooney, Matt Damon, oh my God, Matt Damon!" Lorena clutched her chest and fell back on the pillow, as if trying to explain her feelings toward the actor.

"Is that all?" I asked, a little frightened now, and she only laughed. I'll take that as a no, then.

"Not even close! I haven't even mentioned Michael Bublé, Gary Barlow, Edward Burns, Jude Law, Ryan Reynolds, Liam Neeson-"

"Liam Neeson?!" I exclaimed, staring at her in disbelief. "He's like, a hundred and forty!"

Lorena blinked at me a couple of times. "Well he sure looks good for a 140 year old!"

I huffed at her statement. "He's not even that good looking."

"He looks better than you will at his age," She muttered to herself, though I heard her.

"Is that so?" I asked, but she kept ignoring me. So as a revenge, I abruptly sat up and started tickling her sides. Fortunately for me, she seemed like a very ticklish person, and I made a mental note not to forget that. Ever.

"Let me... Go," Lorena breathed out, still laughing, as she fell down on my legs, making it even easier for me to tickle her. Aw, why hadn't I found out about this earlier?

"Never," I said, laughing as well as I watched her try to wriggle out of my arms, but even in the state that I was in, she was still weaker than me.

"Please, Louis, I... I'll do anything!" She shouted and that's when I stopped, smirking. She had no idea what she had gotten herself into.

"Anything?" I questioned quietly.

"Yes, Jesus," Lorena breathed out, still recovering from me attacking her like that.

"Good." I nodded. "Kiss me."

Lorena looked up at me, and while I reckon she shouldn't have been, she was obviously a little stunned by my bluntness. She blinked at me a couple of times before sitting up, supporting herself on one elbow, and used her other hand to bring my face closer to hers.

I swear, not even beating up that son of a bitch Max felt as good as kissing this girl. It wasn't about the way we did it, the technique or anything. I loved it purely because it was her that I was kissing, and not some other girl that meant nothing to me. It's amazing how much time I needed to realize that just kissing someone I'm fond of, is so much more fulfilling than sex with someone I've never seen before, which used to be my lifestyle. Until Lorena caught my eye, of course.

Lorena wanted to pull away, I could tell, but I didn't let her. In fact I deepened the kiss, I wanted to kiss her as long as I could, because once we part, who knows when I'll get to kiss her again. We don't do it on a regular basis anymore, only when something happens, but I decided to be patient and give her all the time she needs.

A minute into our kissing, I felt Lorena relax completely, and she finally started kissing me without holding anything back, or hesitating. She put her hands on my neck as she shifted and straddled me, just like a week ago on the Ferris wheel. The only difference about this time is that I wasn't planning to stop her.

I slowly laid back down on my pillow, and let my hands explore her body. God, if I'd known this would be happening, I wouldn't have gotten in a fight with that baboon last night. He actually caused me so much more damage than I cared to admit until now.

Just as I started lightly tugging at Lorena's shirt, her phone went off and she had to pull away. I sighed in frustration, it wasn't the first time someone had interrupted us when a shirt was supposed to be discarded. And I swear, if it's the same person again...

"Hey, Cait, what's up?" Lorena said into the speaker, a little out of breath, and I only nodded to myself; just as I thought.

"What? I can't right now," She shook her head and looked at me, and I smiled at her. Damn right she can't right now, whatever the hell they were talking about.

"What?! Oh my God, I completely forgot about that... Jesus, I'll be there in a few minutes." Lorena sighed and hung up, and just stared at the screen of her phone.

"Lori?" I said, unsure of what was going on. Only that I was going to give Caitlyn a buzz cut because Lorena was going to leave now.

"We have a test tomorrow, I completely forgot about it... Ugh," She grumbled and carefully got off of me, and started putting on her shoes. I sighed again and watched her getting ready to leave. This is just fantastic.

"Hey, Lori?" I got a sudden idea and I had to check before she left.

"Yeah?" She turned around, her hand on the door handle.

"Could you count this as a date?" I asked with a smile, and she laughed.

"Well, let's see," Lorena started and rubbed her palms together.

"You tickled me, which I absolutely hate; you insulted Liam Neeson, which hurt me very deeply; you suggested we have sex, and then almost tricked me into actually doing it with you." She gave me a sarcastic smile and I shook my head, already knowing the answer to my question.

"I'll take that as a no, yeah?" Lorena nodded, confirming my thoughts.

"But," She started as she walked toward me again.

"Whenever you can, I'll be more than happy to go on an actual date with you," She said quietly and to my surprise, gave me a peck on the lips. She winked at me and made her way out of the dorm, leaving me alone with my thoughts, and Hugh Jackman.

I sighed and put my arm over my eyes. I know I had everything planned out for our date, but I'll have to add something. I needed to absolutely blow her mind.

Does anyone know Matt Damon's number?
