*******

Louis' POV

"No, no! Go on the left, go on the fucking left! NO! Ah, fuck you!" I yelled at the TV as I threw the joystick on a pile of clothes.

"It's not funny," I grumbled as I threw myself on my bed, while my roommate Zach was still rolling on the floor, laughing. What an asshole.

"It is! You've never been so bad at a video game before!" He laughed through the sentence as he sat on the floor.

"Because other games are good. This one sucks balls," I said, my words muffled by the duvet that was currently over my face.

It was Friday afternoon, which meant no more classes for two days. I'd had exams the whole week and 3 today, so I was planning on sleeping through the whole weekend. No football, no dumb video games, no Lore-

"Louis, do you hear that?" Zach said and I peeked at him from under the duvet, with a frown on my face.

"Hear what?"

"I think it's your phone."

I quickly shoved the quilt off of me, and pricked up my ears so I could get a hint of where the sound was coming from.

The music was quite audible, so I slid off my bed and started rummaging through the clothes on the floor, as that's where the music was coming from. Ugh, why couldn't I ever organize my stuff?

"If I don't say this now, I will surely break, as I'm leaving the one I want to take..." I quietly sang along with Isaac Slade, a little desperate by now. Where the fuck are you?! God!

"Ah, finally!" I sighed and fell back onto the pile of clothes as I found my iPhone, and frowned. Devon was calling me, why was he calling me?

"Hello?" I said into the speaker.

"Lou, hey! You ready for tonight?" Devon spoke, with an audible smile on his face. I frowned; what was going on tonight?

"Tonight? What about tonight?" I asked, dumbfounded.

I heard Devon sigh before speaking again.

"I knew this would happen," He muttered, and I don't think I was supposed to hear him. "We're going on a date with Caitlyn and Lorena, you dipshit."

I sat up, my eyes wide at his sentence. I had completely forgotten about that! And it was tonight?!

"Fuck," I muttered, already panicked slightly.

"Yeah. Be ready in an hour," Devon said, his voice a lot less excited than when I answered the phone call.

"Dev, I can't. I'm in a mess right now, can you move the date for like, tomorrow or something?" I said in a grumpy tone. I really didn't feel like going anywhere out of my bed tonight.

"Louis, you will get up and get ready for the date tonight. Or I'm telling her," Devon said in a warning tone and I immediately jumped up. I knew exactly what he meant by 'I'm telling her'.

"Alright, alright, don't piss yourself," I said, defeated.

"Great!" Devon said, his excitement audible again. "Meet me on the field in an hour and we'll go pick them up. See ya!"

"Bye," I sighed into the speaker and hung up. I sighed again and stood up, letting out a whiney noise as I made my way to the bathroom.

"What happened?" Zach asked, standing up as well.

"I'm going on a date with Lorena."

He stared at me for a few seconds. "Woah," He whispered dramatically, and I rolled my eyes.

"And that's not all. It's a double date. With her best friend and that Psychology guy in senior year, Devon," I said and watched as the shock on Zach's face grew.

"Wait, Devon and, and... Kylie, or whatever the hell her name is-"

"Caitlyn," I corrected him. Haha. Kylie. The name sounded too cute to be Caitlyn's.

"Right, Caitlyn. They're together or...?"

I nodded and his eyes widened even more before he blinked a few times.

"I just have one question," Zach said as he leaned himself on the small table behind him, obviously still shocked.

"What's that?" I asked, narrowing my eyes at him.

"Why is your ringtone Look After You by The Fray?"

*******

Lorena's POV

"No! Caitlyn, no! Get out of my closet!"

Wow. I don't think this girl knows the meaning of the word 'boundaries'. She was shamelessly rummaging through my closet in order to find me an outfit for the date tonight.

"No, Lorena! You're not only going for me anymore, you're actually going for Louis as well," She said, her voice muffled probably because she was literally inside of my closet.

I huffed. "No, I'm not! I'm only going because he didn't let me decide!" I shouted, annoyed out of my mind.

Did she really think I wanted to go on a date with Louis? Pfft. On the contrary. Sure, I liked sneaking around with him, and kissing him, and hugging him, and holding his hand... Anyway, back to the point; I did not want to go on a date with him.

"And because you like him," Cait said as she stepped out of my wardrobe, eyeing a T-shirt of mine. I widened my eyes at her statement; what?!

"Excuse you?!" I exclaimed, raising an eyebrow at her. She just chuckled and shook her head.

"Lori, baby, I know what you're like when you like a guy. You like Louis," She beamed at me and even bounced a couple of times.

What drugs was she on?

"You need Jesus." I shook my head and went toward the bathroom.

"Lie to yourself all you want, Lorena Grace, but you know it's true!" Caitlyn shouted, and I turned around to gape at her; I couldn't believe she didn't believe me!

"You know what? You need Allah, because Jesus obviously cannot help you!" I walked back to the bathroom, listening to Caitlyn laugh. I love her so much and would take a bullet for her, but at times like this I feel like I want to be the one pulling the trigger.

*******

"Where are they taking us?" I asked as Caitlyn and I walked down the stairs of the building.

"Dunno, Dev didn't tell me," She said and I sighed, shoving my hands into my jeans when we got outside.

"Do you at least know if we're going to be inside? I didn't bring a jacket."

"I don't know anything, love," Caitlyn said with an apologetic look on her face and I rolled my eyes. Things are going amazing so far.

"Ooh, there they are!" She squealed and jogged toward a tall guy that spun her around once she reached him. I rolled my eyes; they were so cliché.

Just like last time, next to Devon stood Louis, wearing skinny jeans and a printed shirt. Boy-bander alert?

"Hey love," He said quietly as he approached me, putting an arm around me and kissing the top of my head. What, no kiss tonight?

Well... That was an awkward thought.

"So where are you guys taking us?" I asked as Louis pulled away a little.

"I have no idea, Devon wouldn't tell me," He said and sighed. I guess he liked surprises just as much as I did.

"Oi! Love birds, you coming?" Devon shouted and I noticed Caitlyn and him had already started heading toward our destination.

"Look who's talking," I muttered and Louis laughed. I looked at him, smiling; I loved his laugh. I loved how his eyes would screw up, and his head would fall back on his shoulders so his chin was facing the sky. It was a beautiful sight.

I looked at my feet, not wanting him to catch me staring at him. It was enough that he had caught me staring at his shirtless torso yesterday. God, when I think of that sight. It was really something.

"Hey, Lori?" I looked up at Louis with my eyebrows raised. The look in his eyes surprised me; he was looking at me almost nervously. It's then that I felt something touching my hand, but I didn't look down; I just smiled and entwined my fingers with Louis'. He smiled back at me and pulled me a little closer so our arms were touching.

"You look lovely tonight," He said quietly through a smile.

"Thanks, I didn't really dress up." I smiled at the compliment and looked down at myself. I didn't know what he found 'lovely' about a striped shirt, white jeans and navy Vans.

"Well then, I can't wait to see you when you do," Louis said and I could hear the smile on his face. I couldn't help but form one with my lips as well; he was so sweet tonight?

"You don't look bad yourself either." I smiled at him and so did he, at the ground. He was acting so weird tonight, but in a good way. I liked this side of him. Of course, I liked it when he was cheeky and fooling around, but this was also really nice. He was giving me compliments, holding my hand, giving me some more compliments... If it wasn't Louis Tomlinson that I'm talking about, I would think that I had actually caught the guy's eye.

Music that could be heard in the distance pulled me out of my thoughts, and I looked further down the street. I could see a few people with their kids walking home, the children mostly holding balloons or stuffed toys. My mouth fell open; it was then that I realized we were heading to-

"A fun fair!" Caitlyn screeched, speaking faster than I could think. A wide grin appeared on my face and I squeezed Louis' hand; I loved fun fairs, and if I were going on this date with someone whom I actually liked, it would have been the perfect date.

"Surprise!" Devon smiled at me and Louis as he turned around.

"This is exciting!" I beamed as I looked at Louis; he had a wide grin on his face and the lights of the fun fair were bringing out the blue in his eyes. I couldn't look away from him; he looked like an angel. How is it that I'd never noticed how beautiful his eyes actually were?

Louis looked at me, catching me off guard, and I swear I almost melted right there next to him.

"Where do you wanna go first?" He asked me, raising his voice as we passed the first few stands, throwing games to be precise.

"Um..." I looked around, the place was massive! How could a person ever decide where to go first? So I decided to take it slow.

"Actually, I'd like some cotton candy, is that alright?" I looked up at Louis, to see him smiling again.

"That's perfect." He grinned.

*******

I was playing air-drums with two sticks of the cotton candy that I've eaten. People were watching me, but I didn't care; I was so hyper! I've forgotten how it feels to be on a sugar rush!

"Ooh, look! A Ferris wheel!" I exclaimed like an excited 5 year old, bouncing as Louis held me by the arms.

"Calm down, love." He laughed. "If you want to go, we'll go."

"Yay!" I shouted and turned around, and kissed Louis right on the lips. He laughed into our kiss, so much that I had to pull away.

"Hey! What's so funny? Am I a funny kisser?" I asked and watched him throw his head back in laughter. I giggled and wrapped my arms around his waist.

"You smell nice," I mumbled into Louis' shirt as he hugged me back. He kissed the top of my head.

"Thanks, beautiful. Let's go," He said and I let go of his waist and we started walking toward the Ferris wheel. I loved those!

We waited about two minutes to get a cabin, and when we finally got one, I lost my breath; it wasn't that big, it had a small table in the middle and two benches on either side of it, and dimmed, rosy lights. It was beautiful!

"Oh my God!" I squealed and sat close to the window, and Louis sat next to me, his arm around my shoulder. I snuggled up to him as he kissed my temple.

"Do you like the view?" He asked, his words muffled by my hair, as he stared outside the window.

I reaised my head up to look at him and he looked down at me.

"It's probably nice, but I prefer this sight a lot more," I said quietly, still looking at him. Louis' smile faded a little as he gulped, his eyes a tad bit darker.

"Lorena, I-" He didn't get to finish his sentence as I pulled him by the back of his neck toward me and kissed him. He hesitated for a few seconds before kissing me back slowly, but I wasn't in the mood for slow; I shifted in my seat and, after struggling for a couple of seconds, straddled him. He noticed what I was trying to do and grabbed my hips before I could sit on his lap.

"Wait, wait," He mumbled into our kiss before pulling away. I looked at him, my eyebrows slightly raised.

"What's the matter?" I breathed out, pulling a strand of my hair behind my ear.

"Lori, w-we..." Louis gulped before continuing. "We can't do anything here."

"Why not?"

"S-Someone could see us," He said quietly and tried pushing me off of him, which gave me an opportunity to push him down in a lying position. He widened his eyes in shock, but I didn't give it much thought.

"I don't care," I said, already breathless.

"I want you."
