Oh Shit
Sky's Perspective
(So sorry for not updating for so long guys! I've just had so much going on with C19 and a bunch of other family crap that's been going on. But anyway, onto the story!)
Suddenly everything was wings and air and screaming and the ground rushing up to meet Sky, and he tried to stay in the air, the distant sounds of Wren screaming and Ivy shrieking growing softer, and softer, and then the ground, its green and brown stretching for miles, rushed up to meet Sky and all was darkness.

"Ughhh what the" Sky groaned as he blinked his eyes. He felt a sudden sharp pain in his side and yelped at it, as it felt like someone had shoved a molten rock into his chest. He touched one claw to his side and felt sick as it came back slick with red blood. He slowly looked around and saw where he had landed. It seemed to be some sort of clearing.
Thank god I didn't scuer (don't know spelling lol) myself on a tree. Now what happened?
Sky slowly recalled what happened and then yelped. What had happened to Wren and Ivy! Where were they? Sky felt queasy. Oh god what if they fell off while I was falling? We were so high up, they...they might have not-
Sky cut off this thought process because it was too painful to think about. And as he started to lose hope and decided to just lie down and let things happen as they will, he heard someone shout "SKY?!". It sounded like Wren.
"Wr-wren," Sky managed to croak out before blacking out once more.

Wren saw it in slow motion. She saw the massive boulder fly out of the trees at lightning speeds, saw it slam into Sky, saw him start tumbling down through the air, saw Ivy reach out to her, saw herself jump off and with Ivy grab onto a tree.
Then they both started to slip. They felt the wood start to peel. Heard it creaking. Then saw the branch break and felt the ground smash into her back. She woke up and groaned groggily. She felt the creaking of her spine and winced at the pain of it. She looked around and then noticed Ivy, who was lying on her side not moving.
"Ivy? IVY WAKE UP! IVY!!! Ivy, Ivy Ivy Ivy IVY?" Wren said shaking Ivy. Then Wren noticed Ivy wasn't breathing. She didn't even have a heartbeat. Wren choked back a sob, as they had become close in the time they, Sky and Leaf had spent out in the wilderness.
Wren had heard of a way people started other people's hearts. She started doing what the villagers had called "CPR", she pumped her hands on Ivy's chest, tearing up a little as nothing happened.
Nononononono not you too! First Leaf and then Sky and now you please! Why is this happening, why is everyone getting hurt?!
And then as if touched by god's hand Ivy sat up and started breathing heavily. Wren hugged her extremely tight.
"Cant...breath" Ivy wheezed weakly. Wren let go and explained what had happened and how she had thought Ivy was dead. Luckily she wasn't. They quickly took inventory of what they had. They decided to go try to find Sky and see if he was ok.
Wren shouted Sky's name until her voice was hoarse and she couldn't talk any longer. And then as she was walking away from her current position to go back to the temporary camp that had been made earlier, she heard a small but definite "Wr-wren". Wren was sure this was Sky and with new renewed optimism she started running in the direction of the voice.
She reached a small clearing and gasped at what she saw. At who she saw. Sky was lying on his side, blood gushing from a massive wound in his side. His head hung limp. And then his eyes fluttered open slowly before closing again.
And then the sound of a large something pierced the silence. And it was coming fast.
And then it burst through the trees and Wren paled, she started trembling and shaking.
"Oh shit" Wren said.
