Childe felt so anxious thinking of what to do. He couldn't believe he got a rock thrown at him. What kind of person does that? A mad one that's what.

He doesn't even want to imagine what bad things will happen to him next. He's never dated a god before in his life. This was going to be terrible, very terrible. He had to pull himself together. He was just being a big baby. Zhongli's anger couldn't be that bad.. right?

Meanwhile, zhongli was walking through the vallys of liyue. Destroying what he got not even bothering to get what they drop. He's angry, very angry. He wanted to murder the ginger but, that's wrong. He wouldn't do that but, oh did he want to. The audacity of him to act the way he did and say what he said. It embarrassed him a lot. It made him feel betrayed, upset. There was too many words to use that can describe his emotions.

He just knows his first emotion is rage. He wanted to calm down before going into liyue harbor. He didn't want to risk accidentally hurting someone or anything. That would honestly make him a terrible ex god. He sighed softly and rubbed his temples. He needs to stop destroying things too. It honestly wasn't helped.

He needs to pull himself together and go talk to his dear Ajax. He shouldn't be so mad over something so small. Ajax is merely a human and has a small life span. He should enjoy him while he lasts. That's exactly what he was going to do.

This led to them both looking for each other yet trying not to find the other at the same time. Childe was looking for Zhongli with a bag of mora in liyue harbor. Nothing makes him happier than money, right?

He doesn't mean to think such rude things of his boyfriend but, it's pretty true. The other male loves to buy all types of things and always "forgets" his money. He could be dating a gold digger for all he knew. He really hoped he wasn't though. Being used for money would suck yet zhongli was truly upset about this morning. That's his proof that the god really cares about him. He sighed and continues to look for him.

Zhongli decided to use his brain and head to liyue harbor. Childe was always in liyue harbor out of all places so, it's likely that he's in there. He wanted to just talk out what happened earlier. No more hitting him in the head with a rock. He's grown past that. He's a new person... yes it was only an hour or two ago. People can change that quickly if you believe in them.

Zhongli was that person. When he saw Childe again, he ran to him and hugged him. "Listen we need to talk about many things." He told the ginger.

Childe was very much so scared. He didn't want to know what zhongli wanted to talk about. It worried him. He nodded at him though. He would give him the bag of mora later then.

Giving it to him now would just be inappropriate and embarrassing. Probably gonna piss him off even more too. He wouldn't want that now.

"About what, mister zhongli?" Childe asked, a bit worried on what it would be.

"I plan on talking to you about our relationship. I hope you actually listen and can work with me to make this work." Zhongli told Childe, being completely serious. Zhongli was always quite the serious man but it seemed this really mattered to him.

Childe felt good knowing that Zhongli loved him enough to talk their relationship through with him though. "Alright. We should talk about it somewhere more private."

So, they went somewhere away from most people. This led to Childe agreeing to spend more time with him. This was going to work. Childe can do this.. he wasn't too sure if he could but, he believed himself. Zhongli believed in him too. They were dating for a good few months now and have had SMEX a good few times. They should be closer.

Childe didn't know how to be closer or be better. He has to learn so he doesn't get beat up by his boyfriend again though. He made sure to give Zhongli a bag of mora at the end of the talk which led to being knocked out yet again.
