Outnumbered but Not Outmatched

Here's the next chapter, enjoy.

Lynn froze mid-charge, her aura crackling in confusion and frustration.

Lynn: (baffled) No? What do you mean "no"? You're a Saiyan! Saiyans don't back down from a fight!

Lincoln: (crosses arms) I'm not backing down. I just don't fight people without a good reason. You showing up out of nowhere and calling me your "brother" isn't enough to get me throwing punches.

Trunks: (laughing) Oooooh, she got denied!

Luna: (glaring at Trunks) Stay out of this, kid. This is Saiyan family business.

Lynn: (growling) Fine, how about this? If I beat you, you come with us, no questions asked. If you win, we'll leave you alone.

Lincoln raised an eyebrow, glancing at Goten and Trunks, who were both watching with amused curiosity.

Lincoln: (sighs) Look, if you really are my family, shouldn't we be working together instead of fighting each other?

Lola: (cutting in) She's just... stubborn. It's how she shows she cares.

Lana: (snickering) Yeah, "care" by punching people in the face. Classic Lynn.

Lynn: (snapping) Shut it, you two!

Lynn suddenly rocketed toward Lincoln, who blocked a straight jab, the impact sending a small shockwave rippling through the air. The two flying Saiyan siblings stared at each other with furry in their eyes.

Lynn: Let me rephrase myself then. We're fighting now!

Lincoln sighed as he braced himself, locking eyes with Lynn as her aura flared brighter.

Lincoln: (calmly) If it's a fight you want, I'll oblige. But don't expect me to go easy on you just because you claim to be my sister.

Lynn smirked, her fighting instincts taking over.

Lynn: (grinning) Good. I wouldn't want it any other way.

Luna, Lola, and Lana floated back to give them space, watching intently. Goten and Trunks exchanged excited looks.

Goten: (whispering) This is gonna be awesome!

Trunks: (grinning) Yeah, but I've got my money on Lincoln.

The tension built as the two Saiyans squared off, the air around them rippling with their charged energy. Without warning, Lynn lunged forward with a powerful right hook. Lincoln sidestepped with precision, countering with a quick palm strike that sent her flying back.

Lynn flipped mid-air, regaining her footing as she skidded to a halt.

Lynn: (smirking) Not bad... but I'm just getting warmed up!

She powered up further, her aura crackling like lightning as she charged at Lincoln again, fists flying in a relentless barrage. Lincoln blocked and dodged with practiced ease, his movements fluid and calm.

Lincoln: (serious) Is this all you've got?

Lynn growled, increasing her speed and strength. The battle raged on, the two trading blows with increasing intensity. Each strike created shockwaves that echoed across the mountains, scattering loose rocks and dust.

Lynn: (panting) You're good... but I'm not done yet!

Lincoln: (calmly) Neither am I.

With a sudden burst of energy, Lincoln's aura flared a bright orange, the ground beneath him cracking from the sheer force. Lynn's eyes widened as he rocketed toward her, unleashing a blazing series of strikes that forced her onto the defensive.

Lincoln: Meteor Rush!

Lincoln charges at Lynn, delivering a powerful right punch to the gut, stunning them. He follows up with a flurry of punches and kicks, finishing with a Ki-empowered tackle. Lincoln's body becomes engulfed in orange flames as he spears Lynn, slamming her into the ground with explosive force, mimicking a meteor crash.

The impact sent a massive shockwave through the area, kicking up dust and debris and carving a deep crater into the rocky ground. The others shielded their eyes from the blast as the fiery aura surrounding Lincoln slowly dissipated.Lincoln stood at the edge of the crater, his breathing steady. At the bottom, Lynn lay sprawled, her armor scorched and cracked. She groaned, coughing as she propped herself up on one elbow, her tail flicking in frustration.

Lynn: (hoarse) ... Why did I explode...?

Lynn shook her head before flying back to Lincoln to continue fighting. Meanwhile on the ground, Luna pops her neck as Lincoln and Lynn.Luna: Lola, Lana, get ready, we're going up there to help Lynn.

Trunks: Yeah, no.

The three looked to see Trunks and Goten now standing off to the side, much closer then they were before.

Lana: When they...?!

Trunks: Let's get one thing straight, you try to help the red cunt up there? I'll personally introduce you into the ground.

Lola: (scans Trunks with her scouter) What, power level of five? Ha, ain't nobody got time for that! (fires a shot at Trunks who deflects it into a plateau) Well, that ain't right...

Trunks rushes forward and elbows Lola in the face. Sending her flying back into a plateau.

Lana: Lola! You punk!

Goten: (decreasingly distant) Derominooooooooo!

Lana: Huh?

Goten comes flying from the sky and drop kicks Lana right in the face.

Lana: HIIHG-!!!

Lana crashes into the same plateau Lola was sent into. Luna rolls her eyes, thinking the twins could handle those two, before flying up to help Lynn.

Lincoln: (as he blocks all of Lynn's attacks) ♪Chickity China the Chinese Chicken♪

As Lynn continued her relentless assault on Lincoln, her strikes were met with his effortless parries and blocks. Her frustration grew, her aura flaring brighter, but Lincoln's calm demeanor didn't falter.

Lincoln: (mid-block) ♪You have a drumstick, and your brain stops tickin'♪

Lynn: (growling) Are you seriously singing right now?!

Lincoln: (dodging a heavy swing) ♪Watching X-Files with no lights on, we're dans la maison...♪

Lynn: (furious) Stop mocking me!

She powered up further, her energy creating shockwaves that rattled the air. Lincoln smirked, easily keeping up, his movements almost playful.

Meanwhile, down below, Lola groaned as she pried herself out of the plateau, wiping dust off her face.

Lola: (annoyed) Did that little brat just elbow me?!

Lana stumbled out next to her, holding her head after Goten's dropkick.

Lana: (dazed) I think I saw three of him...

Trunks: (landing with a smug grin) You know, for Saiyans, you two really don't seem all that impressive.

Lola: (snapping) Oh, you're talking?!

She charged at Trunks, firing off a flurry of energy blasts. Trunks dodged effortlessly, countering with a Ki burst that sent her sprawling again.

Lana tried to blindside him, only to have Goten reappear, his cheerful grin contrasting his precise roundhouse kick that knocked her off balance.

Goten: (laughing) This is way more fun than I thought it'd be!

Back in the air, Luna finally closed the gap to Lincoln and Lynn, her aura flaring as she charged.

Luna: (yelling) Lynn! Let's tag team him!

Lynn: (roaring) I DON'T NEED YOUR HELP!!!

Lincoln: Inferno Clone.

Lynn & Luna: Inferno What?

Lincoln then created ten clones from his Ki, they looked exactly like him. The battlefield crackled with energy as Lincoln's fiery clones materialized, each radiating the same orange aura as their creator. They surrounded Lynn and Luna, forming a loose circle in mid-air.

Lynn: (wide-eyed) What the—?!

Luna: (gritting her teeth) Oh, come on! This has to be cheating!

The clones all smirked in unison, mimicking Lincoln's relaxed stance.

Lincoln: (calmly) I call it Inferno Clone. Each of them packs enough punch to keep you busy, but don't worry... (points to himself) The original's still here if you want a real challenge.

Lynn growled, her frustration boiling over as she powered up further.

Lynn: (yelling) Fine! I'll just smash every last one of them!

She lunged at the nearest clone, throwing a fierce punch that connected—but instead of dissipating, the clone caught her fist and countered with a knee to her stomach, sending her flying back.

Luna: (shocked) They're solid?!

One of the clones rushed at Luna, throwing a rapid series of punches. Luna dodged and countered with a Ki blast, but the clone simply deflected it, closing the distance and landing a heavy kick that sent her spiraling.

Lincoln: (watching from above, amused) Oh, did I forget to mention? They hit just as hard as me.

Lynn and Luna found themselves overwhelmed as the clones coordinated their attacks, moving with precision and forcing the two sisters to fight defensively.

Lynn: (panting, dodging another strike) This is ridiculous! There's no way he can keep this up!

Luna: (struggling against two clones) Yeah? Tell that to these guys!

Down below, Lola and Lana were faring no better against Trunks and Goten. The two teenage half-Saiyans had the twins on the backfoot, Trunks and Goten flew back as Lola and Lana chased after them until they were back to back.

Trunks: (looks back to Goten) Goten, you've noticed it too right?

Goten: Yeah. These two...

Goten and Trunks ducked as Lola and Lana threw a punch at the same time, but ended up punching the other right in the nose.

Goten: They've got no teamwork skills!

Lola and Lana staggered back, clutching their noses and glaring at each other.

Lola: (yelling) Watch where you're punching, Lana!

Lana: (snapping) Me?! You're the one who didn't aim!

Trunks and Goten floated a few feet away, smirking as they watched the twins bicker.

Trunks: (grinning) This is almost too easy.

Goten: (laughing) Yeah, it's like they're doing half the work for us!

Lola and Lana snapped their attention back to the two half-Saiyans, their anger now redirected.

Lola: (pointing) Laugh it up, you little punks! You're gonna regret messing with us!

Lana: (cracking her knuckles) Yeah, time to show you what real Saiyan power looks like!

The twins powered up, their auras flaring. The ground below cracked under the force of their energy as they charged toward Trunks and Goten again, this time in sync.

Trunks: (raising an eyebrow) Oh? They might actually be trying now.

Goten: (grinning) About time!

The two groups clashed mid-air, the impact creating a shockwave that echoed across the battlefield. Lola and Lana unleashed a coordinated barrage of punches and kicks, their movements slightly more synchronized than before.

Meanwhile, up above, Lynn and Luna were still struggling against the Inferno Clones.

Lynn: (furious, smashing a clone with a spinning kick) These things just keep coming!

Luna: (blasting another clone into ash) We need a plan, or we're gonna get swarmed!

Lincoln watched the chaos with a smirk, his arms crossed as his clones continued to pressure the sisters.

Lincoln: (calling out) Oh, come on, Lynn! I thought you were the tough one. Isn't this what you wanted?

Lynn: (roaring) Shut up! I'll wipe that smug grin off your face!

Powering up with a burst of energy, Lynn charged at Lincoln directly, smashing through on of the clones, only for it to explode into a burst of intense fiery Ki. Lynn was sent flying into a mountain

Luna: (shocked) THESE THINGS EXPLODE!?!?!?

Luna barely dodged as another clone lunged at her, its aura pulsing ominously. She fired a Ki blast to destroy it from a distance, but as the clone disintegrated, it erupted in a fiery explosion that singed the edges of her armor.

Luna: (dodging frantically) Are you kidding me?! Who makes exploding clones?!

Lincoln: (grinning, arms still crossed) They're a little self-destructive, I'll admit. But effective, don't you think?

Lynn groaned as she pulled herself out of the mountain, her armor cracked and smoke rising from her singed hair. She glared at Lincoln, her fury burning hotter than ever.

Lynn: (growling) I am so done with this.

She powered up further, her aura flaring wildly as she launched herself back into the fray, smashing through two more clones. The resulting explosions knocked her back, but she gritted her teeth and charged again.

Luna: (dodging another explosion) Lynn, you've got to stop just punching them!

Lynn: (shouting) I DON'T NEED YOUR ADVICE, LUNA!

Meanwhile, down below, the battle between Trunks, Goten, and the twins raged on. Lola and Lana's newfound coordination allowed them to hold their own, but Trunks and Goten's experience and raw power were proving too much.

Trunks: (blocking a punch from Lola) You two are getting better.

Goten: (ducking under Lana's kick) Yeah, but you're still not good enough!

With a quick burst of speed, Trunks appeared behind Lola, delivering a clean chop to her shoulder that sent her tumbling. At the same time, Goten sidestepped Lana's charge and countered with a spinning kick that sent her crashing into the ground.

Lana: (groaning, pulling herself up) This... is getting annoying.

Lola: (wiping dirt from her face) We need a plan.

Lana: (smirking) I've got one. Hit them harder.

Lola: (deadpan) Genius.

Goten and Trunks then landed back on the ground.

Goten: Hey, Trunks, wanna do the Fusion Dance?

Trunks: Ooo, yeah! That'll be fun! Still remember it?

Goten: I practice every day!

Lola and Lana exchanged confused glances as Goten and Trunks landed a few feet away, both smirking with a hint of mischief.

Lola: (wiping blood from her lip) What the hell are they talking about now?

Lana: (frowning) Fusion Dance? Sounds stupid.

Goten: (grinning, stretching his arms) Oh, you're gonna regret calling it that.

Trunks: (cracking his knuckles) Let's show them, Goten.

The two half-Saiyans stood side by side, their movements suddenly synchronized as they started the familiar motions of the Fusion Dance.

Goten and Trunks: (in unison) Fu...sion... HA!

A brilliant flash of light engulfed the area, forcing Lola and Lana to shield their eyes. When the light faded, a single figure floated in the air where Goten and Trunks once stood—a young, confident warrior with spiky black hair streaked with purple, wearing a blue and orange vest.

Gotenks: (grinning) Ta-da! The mighty Gotenks has arrived!

Lola: (staring in disbelief) What the actual—?!

Lana: (narrowing her eyes) Oh, great. Now there's just one of them.

Gotenks: (laughing) "Just one"? Please. I'm more than both of them combined!

With a flash, Gotenks vanished, reappearing directly in front of Lana and delivering a swift jab to her stomach that sent her flying. Lola barely had time to react before Gotenks spun around, launching her skyward with a powerful kick.

Gotenks: (posing dramatically) Don't feel bad, ladies. Not everyone can keep up with someone as awesome as me!

Up above, Luna and Lynn were still battling the clones, their exhaustion starting to show. Lynn destroyed another clone with a vicious kick, only to get caught in the shockwave of its fiery explosion.

Luna: (panting) At this rate, we're not gonna last much longer!

Lynn roars as she powers through blast after blast, Luna then noticed something. Lincoln made ten clones, yet they've destroyed seven clones, yet Luna counted at least 25 clones. She then put two and two together.

Luna: Lynn! That's not the real one!

As Lynn decks the original in the face, only to be blown up point blank.

Lincoln Clone 1: What idiot would tell someone where the original is amongst the clones?

Luna winced as Lynn was blasted back by the fiery explosion, her body crashing into the rocky terrain below. The dust cleared, revealing Lynn groaning, singed, and visibly frustrated. She staggered to her feet, glaring upward at the clones still circling like vultures.

Lynn: (growling) That... was not the real one?!

Luna: (facepalming) I literally just said that!

The Lincoln clones all laughed in unison, their voices echoing mockingly through the air.

Lincoln Clone 2: (smirking) You're really not great at strategy, are you?

Lincoln Clone 3: (grinning) Should we tell her how many more of us there are?

Lincoln Clone 4: (mocking) Nah, let her figure it out the hard way.

Lynn's aura flared wildly as her anger boiled over.

Lynn: (yelling) I don't care how many of you there are! I'll smash you all!

Luna: (flying up next to her, grabbing her arm) Stop, Lynn! Think for a second! We're just wasting energy on these things!

Lynn: (yanking her arm away) Then what do you suggest, genius?

Luna: (looking at the clones, narrowing her eyes) We focus on drawing out the real one. The clones might be tough, but they don't act completely independent. Watch their movements—they keep glancing toward one point.

Lynn paused for a moment, scanning the clones. Sure enough, a few subtle glances revealed a lone figure hovering at the back, arms still crossed and smirking.

Lynn: (grinning) Gotcha.

Lynn charged forward again, but this time, instead of attacking the clones directly, she zigzagged through them, heading straight for the smirking figure.

Lincoln Clone 5: Wrong again.

Lynn quickly stops herself before punching the clone.

Luna: You mean those signs were a lie too! Dammit!!

Lynn: This tactical crap is getting really old! (roaring) You get out here and fight me blindly like a man!

Lincoln Clone 5: Don't worry, he's almost done.

Suddenly, the clones started laughing before they began vanishing on after the other.

Luna: Uuuhhh... What did he mean by- (notices a glare in the lake) -Ugh. Wh-What... what is that glare? That's not a sun. It's not a moon and it's certainly not a space stati-- What is that? (looks up and sees a radiant orange and yellow condensed, glowing orb of energy like a miniature sun) What... is... that--? (looks down at Lynn) What is that?!

Lynn: How the hell would I know!?

Both of them noticed that Lincoln was under the massive orb of energy with his hands up charging the sphere.

Lincoln: (calmly, his voice echoing with power) You wanted me to fight "blindly"? Fine. Let's see how you handle this! Sun Bomb!

With a final burst of energy, Lincoln thrust his arms downward, sending the massive sphere began moving down toward Lynn and Luna. It hovered ominously above him, casting the battlefield in an eerie orange glow. Lynn fires a red beam of Ki at the massive orb with both hands.

Sun Bomb: (absorbs the Ki beam) Om, nom, nom!!

Lynn: (extends both arms out) Oh, my God.

Luna and Lynn try to stop the Spirit Bomb with their hands, groaning while doing so, but is slowly getting pushed back. The Sun Bomb loomed like a radiant inferno, its sheer heat distorting the air around it as it inched closer to Lynn and Luna. They powered up as they pushed against the overwhelming force of the glowing mass.

Lincoln Clone: Wow! That looks like that's really hard to hold back!

Luna and Lynn looked back to see a Lincoln Clone behind them.

Lincoln Clone: Be a real shame if someone where to... Pop it right now...

Lynn: You wouldn't-

The clone then stabbed himself in the chest and dove into the orb, causing it to explode in a huge blast. Sending both Saiyan women to the ground. Lynn got back to her feet with a stumble.

Lynn's legs wobbled as she stood, smoke rising from her battered figure. Her breathing was labored, and she clenched her fists, ignoring the searing pain coursing through her body. She glanced over her shoulder at Luna, lying unconscious amidst the rubble.

Lynn: (growling under her breath) Luna... dammit.

She looked back up at Lincoln, hovering effortlessly above the crater, his orange aura glowing faintly. His expression was calm, yet there was a trace of amusement in his eyes.

Lincoln: (floating closer) I'll give you credit, Lynn. Most people wouldn't have even been able to stand after that.

Lynn: (gritting her teeth) You think... this is over? (straightens up, wincing) I'm not going down... that easy.

Lincoln: (sighing, shaking his head) You're tough, I'll give you that. But toughness isn't enough. You've got power, sure—but you're reckless. That's why you keep losing.

Lynn's aura flared weakly as she powered up, her determination pushing her past her limits. She took a step forward, her energy crackling erratically around her.

Lynn: (yelling) I'm not losing to you!

Lincoln: Echo Fist - Five Fold.

Lynn: Echo What?

Lincoln then launches forward, rolling his shoulder five times, before punching Lynn in the gut. Leaving in indent in her armor as he stepped back.

Lincoln: One!

Suddenly, Lynn felt a succession of echoing impacts, each one delivering a shockwave directly into the area she was struck, growing the indent in her armor. Lynn doubled over as the first shockwave rippled through her body, her eyes widening in shock and pain.

Lynn: (choking out) W-What the hell... was that?!

Lincoln: (calmly, watching her stagger) That was the first echo. There are four more.

Lynn: (snarling) You... cheat—!

Before she could finish, the second echo hit. The shockwave rippled through her abdomen, the force reverberating and deepening the impact in her armor. Lynn stumbled back, coughing and clutching her stomach.

Lincoln: (taking a step back, his tone almost casual) Two.

Lynn gritted her teeth, the pain from the second echo radiating through her entire body. She glared at Lincoln, her stubborn defiance shining through despite her clear disadvantage.

Lynn: (panting) I'm... not done yet!

Lincoln: (shaking his head) You always say that, Lynn. But the battlefield doesn't reward stubbornness—it rewards adaptability.

The third echo struck, this time with a force that knocked Lynn off her feet. She hit the ground hard, coughing violently as the indent in her armor deepened further. The shockwave left cracks in the earth beneath her.

Lincoln: (calmly, as if teaching a lesson) Three.

Lynn struggled to push herself up, her arms trembling under the strain. Her aura flickered weakly around her, a testament to her sheer willpower.

Lynn: (hoarsely) You... think you're so smart. So... untouchable.

Lincoln: (tilting his head) No, not untouchable. Just better prepared.

The fourth echo hit, a devastating wave of energy that radiated through Lynn's body, causing her to cry out in pain. Her aura extinguished completely as she crumpled back to the ground, gasping for air. Her armor was now warped beyond recognition, the crater beneath her growing larger.

Lincoln: (quietly) Four.

He floated down, landing a few feet away from her. His expression was no longer mocking but calm, even understanding.

Lincoln: (kneeling slightly) This is your last chance, Lynn. Stay down. Learn from this. You're strong, but strength without control will always leave you vulnerable.

Lynn: (snarling weakly) I don't... need your lectures.

Lincoln sighed and stood, raising his fist once more.

Lincoln: (quietly) Five.

The final echo reverberated through the battlefield, a powerful shockwave that erupted from Lynn's core, shattering the last remnants of her armor and forcing her unconscious. The ground beneath her cratered even further, dust and debris clouding the air.

Lincoln stood silently for a moment, watching as the dust settled. He looked down at Lynn's unconscious form, her body battered but alive.

Lincoln: (to himself) You'll understand one day, Lynn. (stretching) Now, let's see how the rest of them are holding up.

With Gotenks and the Twins, the Fusion was blocking and dodging all of the twins attacks as they moved in a pincer attack.

Gotenks: (as he blocks and evades all of the twin's attacks) ♪Everybody is kung-fu fighting!♪

Gotenks bobbed and weaved between Lola and Lana's synchronized attacks, his movements almost playful as he blocked their punches and kicks with ease.

Gotenks: (grinning, still evading) ♪Those kids were fast as lightning!♪

Lola: (frustrated, throwing a wild punch) Stop singing, you idiot!

Lana: (spinning with a kick aimed at his head) And stop dodging!

Gotenks: (ducking under the kick) ♪In fact, it was a little bit frightening!♪ (higher pitch) ♪little bit frightening!♪

With a burst of speed, Gotenks vanished, reappearing behind the twins and delivering a playful tap to each of their shoulders, sending them stumbling forward, slamming face first into each other.

Gotenks: ♪It's the book of your life that you're writing!♪ (higher pitch) ♪life you're writing!♪

Lola and Lana stumbled back, rubbing their noses and glaring daggers at Gotenks, who floated above them with a smug grin, his arms crossed like a triumphant showman.

Lola: (fuming) Are you seriously making a joke out of this?!

Lana: (growling) I'm so over this clown!

Gotenks: (mockingly, pointing at himself) Clown? Oh, no, no, no. I'm the headliner, the star of the show! You two? Just the warm-up act.

He spun dramatically, striking a pose mid-air as his aura flared brighter.

Gotenks: (grinning) But don't worry, I'm generous. I'll give you both a VIP taste of what real power looks like.

Lola: (to Lana, whispering) We need a plan, and I mean a real one this time.

Lana: (nodding) Agreed. Let's hit him together—no holding back.

Gotenks: (standing right behind them) Does that mean I should stop playing around too?

Lola: Yes, you should and- (realization) GAH!!!

Gotenks stands up straight as the twins leap back, smiling as they sweat dropped.

Gotenks: Tell me. Ever heard of a Super Saiyan?

Lana: You mean that campfire myth?

Gotenks chuckled, his grin widening as he crossed his arms and floated a few feet higher, his aura pulsing with energy.

Gotenks: (mocking) Campfire myth? Oh, that's adorable. You're about to see firsthand why it's way more than just a story.

Lola: (nervously) Okay, Lana... I think we messed up.

Lana: (gulping) No kidding.

Gotenks smirked, and with a sudden burst of power, his aura flared golden, engulfing him in a fiery blaze of energy. His hair spiked upward, turning a radiant gold, and his eyes shifted to a piercing teal. The sheer force of his transformation sent shockwaves across the battlefield, causing the twins to shield their eyes.

Gotenks: (his voice deeper, filled with confidence) Behold—Super Saiyan Gotenks!

Lola: (staring, wide-eyed) Okay, not a myth. Definitely not a myth!

Lana: (growling, trying to hide her fear) So what? A new hair color doesn't scare us!

Gotenks: (smirking, vanishing and reappearing behind them in an instant) Oh, you'll wish it was just a hair color.

Before they could react, Gotenks unleashed a flurry of strikes, moving so fast it was almost impossible to track. Lola and Lana were sent flying in opposite directions, crashing into the ground with enough force to create small craters.

Gotenks: (hovering above, arms crossed) Come on, you two! Is this really all you've got? I expected some kind of challenge!

Lola struggled to her feet, her face twisted in frustration. She wiped blood from her lip and glared up at Gotenks.

Lola: (panting) Lana... we're not beating him with strength. We need to outthink him.

Lana: (getting up, groaning) And how are we supposed to do that? He's faster than us, stronger than us, and— (gritting her teeth) —he's so damn annoying!

Gotenks: (yawning theatrically) Still planning your next move? Don't take too long—I might die of boredom before you do anything exciting.

Lola and Lana exchanged a glance, their frustration boiling over. They nodded, wordlessly agreeing on one final gamble.

Lola: (grinning) Alright, "headliner." You want exciting? We'll give you exciting.

The twins powered up together, their combined energy flaring into the air as they launched themselves at Gotenks from opposite sides, moving faster and more coordinated than before.

Gotenks: (smirking, raising an eyebrow) Oh? This should be fun.

As the twins closed in, Gotenks prepared to counter, but at the last second, they split their attack, creating a crisscross pattern that forced him to dodge in a rapid series of movements.

Lola: (taunting) What's the matter, "star"? Too fast for you?

Gotenks: (grinning, dodging effortlessly) Fast? You're barely at my warm-up speed!

Suddenly, Lana appeared behind him, her hands glowing with energy.

Lana: Gotcha!

She fired a point-blank blast, only for Gotenks to vanish in the nick of time, reappearing a few feet away.

Gotenks: (laughing) Nice try! But you'll have to do better than—

Before he could finish, Lola emerged from the dust cloud left by the blast, her own energy attack ready to fire.

Lola: Surprise, jerk!

The blast hit Gotenks head-on, creating a massive explosion that shook the battlefield. Smoke and debris filled the air as the twins landed side by side, panting and grinning.

Lana: (smirking) How's that for teamwork?

But as the dust began to settle, a familiar voice rang out, calm and unshaken.

Gotenks: (mockingly) That was cute. Are you sure we're the ones who need better teamwork?

The smoke cleared, revealing Gotenks completely unharmed, his golden aura still glowing brightly. He dusted off his vest, a cocky grin plastered across his face.

Gotenks: (grinning) Now it's my turn.

Gotenks grinned widely as he powered up, his energy flaring even brighter as the air around him shimmered with raw power.

Gotenks: (laughing) Now it's my turn. Here comes my Ultra... Fighting... Victory... Surprise!

Before the twins could react, Gotenks vanished in an instant, reappearing behind them in a blur of speed. They barely had time to turn around before—

CRACK!

Gotenks slammed their heads together with an audible clash, the impact ringing out across the battlefield. Lola and Lana crumpled to the ground, unconscious before they even hit the dirt, their bodies twitching lightly from the sheer force of the blow.

Gotenks: (floating triumphantly above them, grinning ear to ear) Fake-out!

He struck a pose mid-air, looking down at the defeated twins with a cocky grin.

Gotenks: (smirking) Just like that, folks! The crowd goes wild! ...Or maybe not. But hey, at least I'm done playing around.

With the twins taken out of the fight, Gotenks gave a satisfied stretch, cracking his neck before glancing back at the rest of the battlefield. His eyes gleamed with mischief, eager to see how the rest of the combatants were faring.

Gotenks: (calling out) So, who's next? Anyone want to step up to the mighty Super Saiyan power of Gotenks?!

Goten and Trunks groaned as they landed on the ground, their forms suddenly separating as the fusion between them unraveled. The two half-Saiyans lay there for a moment, panting from the intense power they had just used.

Goten: (grinning, wiping a bead of sweat from his forehead) Looks like we passed the time limit, hehe!

Trunks: (laughing weakly) Yeah, guess we did. That was fun while it lasted though.

Just then, a familiar voice echoed through the air, and Lincoln floated overhead, looking down at the duo with an amused expression.

Lincoln: (calling down) Hey, you two! Looks like you won!

Goten: (thumbs up, still grinning) Oh, yeah! We totally nailed them!

Trunks: (laughing) Took them down without breaking a sweat!

Goten: (glancing up) How about you? How'd your fight go?

Lincoln: (smirking, hovering above them) I mainly used tricks and traps on them, but I won regardless.

Trunks: (raising an eyebrow) Really? You don't seem like the type to rely on that. You holding back?

Lincoln: (shrugging nonchalantly) I did what I had to. But hey, it worked.

Goten: (laughing, wiping sweat off his forehead) Sounds like a plan. Now, I'm starving! What about you, Trunks?

Trunks: (grinning) Same here. How about we go grab some food?

Goten: (looking over to Lincoln) Yeah, what about these girls? Should we just leave them here?

Lincoln: (shrugging) They started the fight, we ended it. Enough said. They can deal with it.

The three of them floated down toward the ground, where the still-unconscious Lola and Lana lay, while the rest of the battlefield settled into an eerie quiet. Lincoln gave the defeated twins a look of mild indifference, his arms folding across his chest.

Goten: Wanna hit up that fried chicken place?

Lincoln: Sure! I'd love some chicken!

Goten: (grinning wide) Great! Fried chicken it is!

Trunks: (laughing) I'll race you there, Goten!

Goten: (snickering) You're on!

As the two half-Saiyans prepared to take off, Lincoln floated casually alongside them, hands in his pockets.

Lincoln: (smirking) You two are seriously going to race to fried chicken?

Goten: (grinning) You bet! The faster we get there, the faster we can eat! You can join if you want, Lincoln.

Lincoln: (shrugging) I'm good. I'm not in the mood for a race. But I'll see you there.

Goten: (laughing) Alright, but you'll miss out on the fun!

With that, Goten and Trunks shot off into the sky, racing each other toward their favorite food spot, while Lincoln watched them for a moment, shaking his head with a smile before following at his own pace.

Meanwhile, Luna came to, followed by her sister Lynn, who immediately went into a furious rage as she smashed a mountain. Luna groaned as she regained consciousness, the harsh glow of the battlefield still stinging her eyes. She blinked a few times, trying to clear her vision. The aftermath of the explosion from Lincoln's "Sun Bomb" had left the landscape in ruins. Her body ached, but she managed to sit up, glancing around.

Luna: (groaning) What... happened...?

Lynn, however, was already on her feet, shaking off the effects of the blast, her fists clenched with raw fury. Without saying a word, she shot a glare at the scorched ground, her aura flaring violently as she powered up.

Lynn: (gritting her teeth) That bastard! He's going to pay for this!

Luna quickly scrambled to her feet, wincing at the sharp pain in her side.

Luna: (quickly) Lynn, calm down! You're not thinking straight!

Lynn's only response was a furious roar as she smashed her fist into the nearest mountain, causing the entire peak to crumble and fall apart. Dust and debris filled the air, and the force of the punch created shockwaves that sent ripples through the ground.

Luna: (frustrated) Damn it, Lynn! You're going to destroy everything if you keep going like this!

Lynn: (screaming) I DON'T GIVE A DAMN!!! HE CHEATED!!! HE CHEATED, HE CHEATED, HE CHEATED, HE CHEATED!!!

Lola: (groaning) Luna...

While Lynn rages on in a sore loser tantrum, Luna glanced over at Lola and Lana, both still disoriented but trying to make their way toward her. Lola's hand was tightly gripping her scouter, holding it close to her ear as she winced from the headache still pulsing in her temples.

Lola: (groaning) Lori's on the coms. Her scouter picked up our energy levels and she wants an update.

Luna: (puts on the scouter) Hello?

Lori: (over the comms) What the hell happened?!

Luna flinched as Lori roared through the comms.

Lori: (over the comms) We were gone for like 10 minutes! What could you girls possibly have gotten into that would alert my scouter!

Luna clenched her fists, trying to keep her cool as Lori's voice continued to ring in her ear. Her thoughts were a mess, her body aching, and the confusion about Lincoln's identity only added to the weight on her shoulders. But now wasn't the time to dwell on it. Lynn's rampage and the call from Lori meant they had to act fast.

Luna: (resigned) Alright, we'll be there as soon as we can. Keep your comm open.

Lori: (on the other end, sharp) I don't care how long it takes, just get here. We need to figure this out, and fast.

Luna cut the comms, taking a moment to look at Lynn, who was still furiously destroying the landscape. The mountain she had just obliterated was nothing but rubble now, and Luna's patience was already running thin.

Luna: (softly) Lynn, please, enough.

Lynn slowly turned, her fists still trembling from the intensity of her last punch. She glared at Luna, her face a storm of rage, but there was a flash of something—maybe regret or exhaustion—beneath the fury.

Lynn: (gritting her teeth) I'm not finished... with him.

Luna stepped closer, this time not with force, but with calm.

Luna: (firm but gentle) We don't have time for this. You want revenge, we need a plan, not a tantrum.

Lynn took a deep breath, trying to calm herself, her shoulders still heaving with the remnants of her anger. She shot a look at Lola and Lana, both of whom were trying to shake off the effects of the earlier fight.

Lynn: (growling) Fine. But next time... next time, we get him.

Luna gave a tight nod, grateful that Lynn had at least started to regain some sense of focus. She quickly turned to the others, motioning for them to follow.

Luna: (to Lola and Lana) We're heading to the Lookout. Lori's waiting for us.

Lana: (groaning but standing) A floating platform? We don't have much of a choice at this point. Let's go.

The group, now somewhat reassembled and with a sense of purpose, took to the air. As they soared toward the floating platform that housed the Lookout, Luna's mind was racing with thoughts of what they would do next. Lincoln—Lenturo—had come and gone, leaving more questions than answers, and now they had to face the fact that they might be dealing with more than just a mysterious brother.

Meanwhile, on the Lookout, the other Saiyan sisters had already arrived, their auras barely visible as they hovered above the massive platform. Below them, Piccolo stood at the ready, his eyes narrowing as he sized up the situation. Dende, as usual, was hiding from view, his presence known only by the slight movement of air around him.

To Be Continued...

Still got nothing, hope you enjoyed, bye!
