Raon was getting nervous from seeing Piccolo's judgemental eyes on him. The gaze from the black colored irises of the namekian seeming to see right through his own dark brown ones and straight into his soul. It seemed almost as if he was getting past an xray scan.

Gohan had chuckled nervously, practically "seeing" imaginary cogs running within the brain of his life long mentor and friend, but that combined with Piccolo's always serious resting face was seeming kinda awkward.

Gohan : "What's in your mind Piccolo?", the older saiyan asked him politely seeming to break the namekian out of his train of thoughts.

Piccolo : "Apologies for the staring, it's that I can see that your younger brother has a great inner potential within him, but due to his young age probably lacks the necessary discipline to control it.

Both of you rest well for today, because tomorrow morning we have a rough training day ahead of us and once again, apologies for my rude interruption.", he stated towards them, floating outside the Son Family residence and closing the window before he flew away. Well, at least he learned to have some manners through the time they knew him.

(A/n : With Piccolo)

Piccolo was flying through the night, stary sky at the layer of the stratosphere since he wished to maintain a distance from the ground as to not draw attention to himself from the people who lived in the villages and cities below him.

Even though all living beings, human and not were connected via their ki or chi..... in other terms their life force, only few knew how to harness its power and even fewer had the knowledge of how to properly use and control it.

People fear what they are unable to grasp and comprehend through their very minds, becoming hostile towards it.

That hostility of the people was what Piccolo and the rest of the Z Fighters were trying to avoid.

This is where their anonymous vow of suppressing their powers in their every day lives with only exception being the advent of a powerful enemy.

But this time, like a swarm of bees in a flowery valley in the midst of spring, another thought was buzzing within the Namekian's mind.

A thought about Son Raon, the younger adopted brother of Gohan. A thought that he was kept at edge by.

For this thought, he needed answers and he knew the perfect being to ask too.

Once he had arrived at the rocky, mountainous area that he was usually meditating at, he had sat atop a massive boulder.

His legs were criss-cross and the fingers of his green hands were entangled in a meditative pose, closing his eyes. Maybe being able to speak to his other, wiser half - although more like third post his fusion with Nail - would be the best candidate to ask that question.

(A/n : Piccolo's POV)

I was walking through the all familiar mental plane. The only place of my consciousness where I could talk to the other, two thirds that compose me.

Me : "Kami! Where are you old man!?", I said in a loud voice and after a minute or two, I could hear the all too familiar sound of steps, followed by the ticking sound of a staff and in front of me was him, an elder Namekian with wrinkled green skin and a staff that helped him walk due to his old age.

This was Kami, the old Guardian of Earth and the wiser of the other two beings that were fused in me. The one that I was seeking.

Kami : "Well if it isn't my evil half's reincarnated self. Tell me, what's the reason for thy visit, Piccolo? ", his old yet serene, raspy voice had asked me.

Me : " *bows before him* Former Guardian of Earth, Kami-Sama. I've came here to seek your guidance and ask you a question about an important matter ", I said to him respectfully.

Kami :" Arise my child. Thou don't have to bow before me or have to be so polite. We're the two sides of the same coin, so we're technically equals on that matter.

Truth be told, I've anticipated thy very arrival after seeing thy interactions with the adopted son of the Son Family. Raon was his name, wasn't it?

Also, I'm assuming that thy questions towards me are for him aren't they? ", he said to me as I stood up. My eyes had widened slightly in surprise hearing that he was watching me.

Me :" So you've been watching me up to now, weren't you? ", I asked him politely.

Kami :" Indeed I have. Even before the moment of our fusion I've been watching thee and guiding thy very steps from the beginning, albeit for the fact that back then thou were but a hatched, young Namekian under my tutelage.", he said to me.

Me : "* sighs * I figured so. This also means that you may have felt Raon's presence as well. ", I said to him.

Kami :" Enlighten me. What was the strange thing that thou hast felt about the boy's presence? ", he asked me in a stern tone.

Me : "I couldn't pinpoint his chi presence. It wasn't as if he was suppressing it on purpose, but I couldn't feel his chi.

It seemed condense, far too concentrated and too unstable to get a read of it, but that's not all of it.

The other thing that I could feel is the reason why you and I are having this very conversation right now. I could feel another presence within Raon's chi.

A presence that the only thing that I could comprehend was the pressure coming from it.

A pressure that made me tense when I felt it, because his chi signature didn't seem to have a top or bottom, like a bottomless well.

An endless, vast ocean of power and potential with no logical limits. ", I said to him and saw that Kami's eyes had flashed with a glint of recognition and two emotions that I never thought possible to see in the elder Namekian's eyes.

Fear and worry.

Kami :" Before I tell thee the answer thou seek, humor me Piccolo. What do you know about the Chi of the Gods?", he asked me politely, making my eyes widen at his question.

Chi of the Gods?

What does these age old Rumors about it have to do with the answers to my questions?

Kami had then seemed to chuckle all of a sudden at my silence.

Kami :" By the way thou are overthinking about it and the puzzled expression on the face of thee, I think that thou don't understand why I did mention it.

Very well then, let me enlighten thee on it.

Chi of the Gods or Divine Ki is the life force of the very Gods that govern this universe.

The Chi or Ki that mortals use can be more loosely interpreted as Mortal Ki, the Mortal life force.

What does this have to do with the question thy asked me about? Be patient and I'll explain it to you.

In the Book of Namek it's stated that Divine Chi and Mortal Chi weren't that assimilar to one another. God ki is a more pure, more condensed form of chi, whilst it's mortal counterpart is a more... for lack of a better term, crude yet less dense version of its divine counterpart.

What's the reason why thou were able to feel its presence that easily? It was because of the fact that thou are fused with a lesser deity. The Guardian of planet Earth, basically myself.

The reason why the boy has God ki though or why did thou hast felt that presence from him? Tis something that even I don't know about the reasoning behind it.", he said to me.

So Raon has God ki? That's both intriguing and scary to think about at the same time.

Me :" You've explained to me about the God ki part, but what about the other part? What's the other reason why I couldn't pin point his other ki signature?", I asked him.

Kami : "I was planning on telling thee more about it, so don't interrupt me.", he said to me in a stern tone, making me sigh and face-palm myself.

(A/n : Just like that)

Me : " Fiiiiine, just get on with the explanation dammit!", I groaned towards him with a heavy sigh. My wiser part sure likes to take his sweet time on explaining things, doesn't he?

Kami : "*sighs* As I was planning on telling to thee before thou hast interrupted me from my train of thoughts, the reason why thou couldn't pin point Raon's chi signature had to do a lot with thy previous explanation of why Raon's ki was that condensed and unstable.

Why is this plays a big part in my answer for thy question about Raon's chi? Allow me to explain myself to thee.

Since thou could feel two presences within Raon's chi signature, this means that Raon's chi isn't purely divine or mortal, but a hybridization. It's in other words a nigh perfect mixture of both Mortal and Divine chi.

If I had to give it a name,
it would be something across the lines of Demigod Chi.

I know it's a bit too fan fiction-y for thy own and everyone's likings, but it's the closest explanation possible to what it could be.

This also ties up into the explanation thou hast given me, about the fact that thee couldn't pinpoint the presence thee felt from Raon's ki.

Due to the fact that the young Saiyans ki is hybridized so its divine nature was dampening your ability to sense the boy's presence.

Imagine being submerged
into the dark, eerie ocean, plummeting slowly toward its depths.

Thou can't see, can't touch and can't hear anything around thee and the only way out of it is to swim towards the surface, based on what thy feel.

This means that Raon's chi and limits don't seem bizarrely infinite to thee, they truly are what they seem to be and the reason why thou couldn't pinpoint his presence even though you could feel it is because of the fact that your ki sense by default focuses on a drop of hybridized ki. ", he explained to me.

So Raon has also a hybridized ki signal on top of his insane potential.

No wonder why I couldn't feel his ki signature.

Me :" Thank you so much for the explanations, Kami-Sama ", I said to him.

After his conversation with Kami was over, Piccolo had waken up from his mediation, only to be greeted by the light of the morning sun bathing his face.

He was about to sit there and bask in the sun's warm light for a bit more, but his eyes had widened slightly in surprise remembering one important thing. Raon's training starts today. He had almost forgotten about it!!

Without wasting any more time he powered up, flying fast towards the direction of the household of the Son Family like a homing rocket before gracefully landing in front of the front door of the Son Family household and knocked gently on the door.

Chichi : "Who is it this time? * opens the door and sees none other than Piccolo* Oh Piccolo, I didn't expect you to arrive this soon", she said to him calmly.

Piccolo : "Good morning Chichi, could you please let me know where Gohan and Raon are at? Our training was going to begin today.", he asked her politely.

Chichi : "Gohan and Raon had surprisingly woken up earlier than usual. They even left a letter on the kitchen counter mentioning you", she said to him, handing him the letter and was quite surprised seeing that once Piccolo had read it his eyes had widened before returning it to her with a small smirk.

Piccolo : "I now know where they are at. I'll see you later", the Namekian said to her with a small nod and left the Son household as quickly as he came.

Chichi was confused at Piccolo's words until she had seen the letter. Her curiosity was at peak.

The letter was written as follows :

Dear Mom,

Me and Raon are writing to inform you that since the latter had woken me up early this morning for training, please tell to Piccolo that the both of us we'll be training at the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.

P.S : Don't worry about if we're hungry or not, we had breakfast early in the morning.

P.P.S : Don't worry about me not doing my lessons and exercises, I've finished them the day before yesterday.

P.P.P.S : Piccolo is probably going to knock on the door once he arrives. Just telling you that so you don't have a morning jumpscare.

P.P.P.P.S : (Last one, I swear!) : I'm taking good care of Raon so don't worry about it.

She had given a small chuckle reading all of the letter. At least they were taking good care of one another.

(A/n : Meanwhile, with Piccolo)

Piccolo on the other hand had arrived at the Lookout.

Piccolo : '*In his mind* This place sure brings back a lot of memories', he thought to himself with a small smirk walking towards the main building of the lookout where the Hyperbolic Time Chamber was located at, only to be greeted by none other than Mr Popo.

Mr Popo : "Good morning Mr Piccolo", the genie said to him.

Piccolo : "Good morning Popo, do you know where Gohan and Raon are at?", he asked him politely.

Mr Popo : "I remember Gohan coming by with a younger boy, his brother apparently.

* chuckles * How odd, if he didn't tell me that Raon was his adopted brother I wouldn't believe him since they don't even look similar at all.

Judging by the fact that they haven't come out of the Lookout's temple yet, I'm guessing that they're still training within the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. ", the genie replied to him, making the namekian nod.

Piccolo :" Noted, I'll go to find them ", he said to him as he went towards the time chamber.

Mr. Popo :" I'll inform Dende of your arrival Piccolo! ", he said to him.

(A/n : Play this music)

Once Piccolo had arrived at the Hyperbolic Time chamber he had opened the door which as a result had him to be hit by a gust of wind that was so strong, to the point that he had to power up in order to not get literally flung out of the temple like an autumn leaf to the wind.

Meanwhile Gohan and Raon were still sparring with Raon blocking a three hit combo from his older brother.

Their punches were so fast and so fierce that they were shaking the entire Time Chamber, along with the added effect that they were causing shock waves to erupt whenever their fists classed with one another.

They were flying so fast that they seemed to dissappear from Piccolo's perspective and to the surprise of the Namekian, he could see lightning and a golden aura emitting from Gohan's body.

The sign of a Super Saiyan 2.

Piccolo : '*In his mind * U-Unbelievable, Raon is not even a Super Saiyan 2 yet his base strength is more than enough to hold his own and even overpower one!!', he thought to himself.

Back with Raon and Gohan, they were still continuing to fight until from the side of his eye, Gohan would see that Piccolo had arrived.

Gohan : "Hello Mr Piccolo!!", he said towards the Namekian, but unfortunately enough his naivety and the fact that he put his guard down was what Raon needed in order to land a powerful right hook to Gohan's left cheek, breaking the sound barrier before the swing motion even started.

Raon : "You're wide open!!", he said towards his older brother who was sent plummeting towards the ground.

Gohan : "O-Oi!! That wasn't fair! I was responding to Piccolo", he said to the younger saiyan with a small pout, trying to stand up only to fall down, dropping out of his form.

Gohan : ' *In his mind* His punches grew stronger than I expected', he thought to himself sighing heavily as he stood up to a sitting position.

Raon : "B-Big bro! I-I didn't hurt you too much, did I?!", he asked him worriedly, landing by his older brother's side.

Gohan : "* chuckles slightly * D-Don't worry about it, you didn't hurt me too much. Tis is but a flesh wound. Although I've got to admit that you hit much harder than you're given credit for ", he said to him, ruffling his younger brother's dark brown colored hair, making the younger saiyan pout adorably at that, although Raon's saiyan tail was wagging at the head pats.

Piccolo :" Take a senzu bean and some time to rest Gohan, I'll take over from now on.", he said to the older saiyan who had obliged at the words of his mentor.

Gohan : "* eats a senzu bean * Much better!! Thank you for the senzu Piccolo, although I have to say that it would be fair if we both had a go at the same time ", he said to him.

Piccolo : "Didn't you promise to your mom that you were going to take good care of your younger brother?", he asked him politely.

Gohan : "Believe me when I say that Mr. Piccolo, Raon isn't your typical young saiyan since he's way stronger than what I was at his age, even though I trained for pretty much nearly all of my life.", he said to him with a nervous chuckle, rubbing the back of his neck sheepishly.

Piccolo :" Sounds fine by me, but I'm afraid that the one that you have to talk to about it is Raon since he's the one who's going to fight the both of us ", he said to him, removing his weighted clothes.

Gohan : " * nods * Okay. * looks at Raon * Raon! How would you feel fighting both me and Piccolo at the same time!? ", he asked him politely about it.

Raon :" I-I'll do my best big bro!! ", he said to him.

Piccolo : "Very well then. Here we go!!", he said to him.

Gohan : "Here I come!!", he said to his younger brother, transforming into Super Saiyan 2 and charged towards Raon for a kick, which Raon had blocked with his hands in an X shape.

Raon : "Got you!!", he said to him, going to grab Gohan by the leg, only for Piccolo to land a sweep kick on Raon's blind side, sweeping the younger saiyan's legs.

Piccolo : "Too slow!!", he said to him as he tripped Raon and Gohan reciprocated with a roundhouse kick which hit Raon's side, knocking the younger saiyan away, although no damage could be seen on Raon's body, except some minor damage to his Gi from the force of the kick.

In one versus one scenarios, Raon was strong enough to fight both of them equally and overpower them, but now since it was a two versus one against two people who were sharing the bond between a master and a student it was getting harder.

Raon had picked himself up and went against Gohan for a punch, only for Piccolo to extend his hand and grab Raon by the forearm.

Piccolo : "Get over here!!", he said to him, going for a punch, only for Raon to reciprocate and after he broke his way through Piccolo's grab proceeded to kick the Namekian sky high away from him.

He was going to go after him, only for Gohan to sledgehammer Raon out of the sky, creating a massive shockwave upon impact with the ground.

Raon : ' *In his mind * What is this feeling?', he thought to himself as he got hit by Piccolo's point blank kick, surprisingly enough not getting knocked away by the sheer force behind it.

Raon : '* In his mind * In all my life, I haven't felt anything like this before this moment.

These goosebumps on my skin.', he thought to himself, effortlessly blocking a punch from Gohan, instantly retaliating and knocking his older brother away with a strong right hook fist to Gohan's gut, making the older saiyan gasp in pain.

His teal, like the sea in a bright, sunny day aura started to flare around him for a moment. His tail slowly swaying behind him.

He was starting to adjust to their fighting style.

Raon :' *In his mind* This tension on my muscles.

It's as if all my instincts are screaming at me to be aware of everything', he thought to himself, his eyes flashing golden for a breef second as he was dodging a kick from Piccolo without even looking behind him, along with every kick that followed up.

Piccolo : "W-What the!?", he said out loud in surprise and yelped seeing Raon's tail grabbing his leg and then swung him against Gohan.

Gohan : "Piccolo what's going on?", he asked him politely.

Piccolo : "His ki just skyrocketed out of a sudden. On top of that, he seems to get exponentially better, faster and stronger the more he fights", he said to him.

Gohan : "You mean that...", he said to him, eyes wide in surprise.

Piccolo : "He learns as he fights", the Namekian admitted to him.

Raon : *In his mind* This is the feeling of an actual fight!! ', he thought to himself powering up with a loud scream.

Raon : "HAAAAAAAAAH!!!!", he roared as he powered up, his teal aura flaring like fire from an exploding volcano, shaking the time chamber by his presence alone.

Piccolo : "U-Unreal... how is he generating so much power!!!?", he said out loud, voicing his thoughts.

Gohan : '*In his mind* T-The chamber is getting torn apart !!", he thought to himself as he had seen that the chamber was shaking as cracks were formed in it like a building during a fierce earthquake.

Piccolo :' *In his mind* T-This powerful, mind-boggling ki!! He's stronger than I ever thought', he thought to himself, eyes wide unable to believe Raon's extraordinary surge of energy.

(A/n : Stop the previous music here and begin playing this one)

Raon :' *In his mind* N-Not again!', he thought to himself, eyes wide as he felt that his ki was becoming increasingly unstable and immediately stopped powering up, the cracks in the time chamber seeming to fade away as Raon's power lowered by a significant margin.

Although Gohan, Chichi and Piccolo couldn't feel the sheer magnitude of the destruction that Raon had caused at the first time his powers had grown that unstable, he could feel it.

Every agonizing scream.

Every wail of pain.

Every type of cosmological scale destruction that had happened at that very moment just yesterday.

As if the universe itself was begging him to power down.

He wasn't going to do it again.

He didn't wish to go through that again.

He knew the scale and he knew what was coming if he was going to do it again.

He had felt how much he wanted that feeling of a fight, but how could he relish it, how could he be himself whilst fighting his opponents when his powers were a walking danger for the verse.

He was the danger.

He was the monster that destroyed Universe 7 once and was nearly about to do it again.

For the first time in his life. He both grew to enjoy and hate something at the same time and that thing was eating on his very being from inside.

And here he was right now, standing still like a statue with a face as pale as the snow, tears running freely down his eyes like the first rains in autumn, his tail being motionless and quite literally in between his legs from fear and no injury on his body except for some tatters and on his orange and blue Gi.

Fear towards himself.

Gohan : "Raon, what happened?!", he said to his younger brother, dropping out of his transformation as he run towards his brother.

Raon : "G-Gohan", he whimpered towards him and hugged his older brother tightly, crying onto his older brother's t-shirt.

Gohan : "I'm here little bro, what happened?", he asked him politely, gently caressing the young teen's hair as Raon proceeded to basically cry his eyes out on his older brother's t-shirt. The younger saiyan's body shaking from the sobs.

Piccolo : "What happened young one?", he asked him politely in a soft tone.

Raon : "I-I... hate fighting. I-I... h-hate my powers.

I-I... hate.....

myself", he said to them, stuttering heavily in between sobs.
