As stated, Mokeru, has lived as an outcast for most of his life, he and his parents(His father a Sulfur Dragon and his mother a Poison Dragon)were exiled, those who were against the creation of mixbreeds despised them, and those who didn't care, didn't want the burden of harboring them.....they lived together in their exile, but soon Mokeru had lost his parents.....

And later his father, who was killed by his brother, Mokeru's uncle, after saving his son from a stampede of Behemoths

In Mokeru's teen years, he had tried to join the Sulfur dragon storm after he had been rejected by the poison dragons but he had later killed a Sulfur Dragon in self defense after it attacked him as an act of hatred, but he was banished by the Sulfur dragon storm's leader for it, and the rest of the storm spread rumors about him, making him a total outcast, wanted by(almost)nobody.
