Chapter I
Shizuka's pov. (Her in the pic)

        I stumbled upon the gates of the land of fire, where two guardsmen sat, perhaps sleeping from boredom. I snuck past them in a whiff of sea green, and continued to speed past the bystanders to the giant red tower. Where I presumed the hokage was. Then right before I could push open the door, I felt a hand reach behind me. Or, raijin did. Raijin is one of the eight dragons sealed inside me, he is the thunder dragon.

        Anyway, I swiftly spun around and grabbed the hand. "What do you think you're doing?" I asked coldly, obviously not a fan of being touched. My eyes trailed up to be met with only one eye, the other covered by a leaf headband, and the rest of his face under a mask. I quickly analyzed his face, and came to the realization he was Kakashi Hatake. The Copy Cat ninja.

        "What do you think you're doing?" He asked back, probably analyzing me too. His eyes then narrowed at the fact that he couldn't get a read off of me. When you travel around so long like me, you learn how to hide a lot of stuff.

        "Trying to go meet the hokage. I have matters to talk to him about." I replied to his idiotic question. I could feel him subtly struggle to get out of my grasp. "Now. Do you mind?" I raised an eyebrow while he remains emotionless. I took that as an ok so released his hand from my iron grip, then resumed to open the door. It slowly creaked then widened into a spiral of staircases.

        I felt lazy that day, so I just used the transportation jutsu to the highest level and used my navigation skills to find an empty doorway that led to a vast room. I knocked on the side of the frame while I glanced around the room. It was quite empty except for a couple books and a desk in the back middle with who I presume is the hokage in its seat. There was also another man next to him, he had a green jonin vest much like kakashi except he didn't have a mask. He did however, have a scar across his nose.

        "Come in." The old man said as the other guy turned towards me.

        "Hello. My name is Shizuka Ryuu. I prefer Ryuu if that's okay with you, sir. I've been traveling around the lands since I was seven, I'm currently twelve I'm pretty sure. and I have apparently stumbled upon the village hidden in the leaved judging from your headbands. If it is alright with you lord third, can I stay here for a bit?" I recited from the top of my head. I've said that to all of the Kages I've ever met, so it was easy to memorize. "And while I'm talking. Why is kakashi hatake so nervous right now? He's the one following me around." I jabbed my thumb behind me. His heart rate increased only a little. But noticeable. "Unless he got a sudden fever, a panic attack, is looking at someone he is in love with, or is very very nervous, is see no reason for his heart rate to spike." I pause to feel my surroundings, "like that."

        "H-how? Who are you?" He stuttered. Uneasy. Cautious. Paranoid.

        "Did you not hear my introduction? My name is Shizuko Ryuu. Have you never heard of the Ryuu clan and our abilities?" I asked mono tuned, then turned back to the hokage, ignoring the spiking heart rate of his. "I don't mean to sound rude sir, but can you please answer my question?"

        The two men quickly jolt up. Like two students caught say dreaming by the teacher. "Ryuu..." The younger man mumbled on. "IMPOSSIBLE. the Ryuu clan was killed long ago!" I was not at all surprised at the young ones outburst. Many tend to be like that when they realize there was one child spared.

       "It is." The old man said slowly."it is. It was rumored that one child escaped. the child was left with five dragons sealed inside of them.-" I interrupted his sentence.

       "If I may sir," I didn't wait for his response before I summoned my pets. "You are off. The three Sankyoi may be triplets but they prefer not to be counted as one. So technically, I would have eight dragons sealed inside me.and they aren't only dragons. They have a human figure too." I said as a matter of factly while the eight just stood tall behind me. The three mens' jaws dropped to the floor.  (The Sankyoi below)

        "Ryuu sama, you summoned us?" Raijin stated, unaware of his surroundings. (Him below)

        "You dimwit. Of course Ryuu sama did. Look around you!" Mizu slapped the back of his head.  (Him below)

        I sweatdropped. "It's fine mizu. Leave him be. I'm very sorry to have bothered you eight, you may return now." I bow in respect even though i am their master. They are the reason I'm alive, so I owe them.

       "Okay. Cya later kid." Akuma saluted with two fingers before dispersing into purple sparkles. Akuma is the only one who doesn't use honorifics with me since he has been with me before the clan killing. He was my original dragon, assigned to me since birth. The rest quickly disappeared soon after, leaving me behind with the three shocked men.  (Him below but minus the horns and wings)

       "Um. Lord hokage. Are you alright?" I waved my hands in front of his eyes, which seemed to snap him out of his state of shock. Then I proceeded to flick the other two on the forehead to get their souls to return to their bodies.

        "H-how. W-what. HUH??!" The two exclaimed while the hokage remained calm and composed. That was why they don't just randomly select someone to be hokage. "Silence." He demanded while his voice still low. "Let us restart. Hello child. I am the third hokage, which I'm sure you already know. This is Iruka," he points to the guy with a scar," and I'm sure you know who kakashi is already. To answer your question,yes. You may stay here but under Kakashi's watch. You may stay here for as long as you would like. Now if I may, can I ask you some questions as well?"

        I shrugged my shoulder, "sure. Shoot."

        "Okay." He inhaled a large breath, "how could you detect Kakashi's heart rate? What ninja level are you? And not to come off as rude, but what is your gender?" He rushed at me. Ah, the age old gender question.

        "One, it's a power I have. Two, I'm not sure." I paused, reaching into my backpack to pull out a couple headbands, "I passed genin tests in many villages. I also learned how to gamble from a very young looking lady. But looks can be deceiving so, from what I've picked up, she should be around fifty. But anyway. My gender. You're the hokage. You should be able to tell." I gave him a 360 turn. I have small hints scattered throughout my clothing that only the Kages could have a chance in finding.

        "I see...." He trailed off again. "If it's fine with you. You can stay here with kakashi, but you must enroll in the ninja academy again. Just to see how much you know since every genin test is different."

        I sighed but listened nonetheless. "Alright. Deal."

        "Okay. You are all dismissed." He flicked his wrist and we three left without another word. I quietly followed behind kakashi. He glanced back every once in a while to check if I was still there.

        "You're not very talkative are you?" He asked out of the blue. Is he stupid?

       "I only talk when it is necessary. I see no reason to if I am not being talked to. Much like now." I stop in my tracks when I sense large spikes in heartbeat that did not come from the man in front of me. My eyes darted around and tried to find the source. They landed on a crowd, probably surrounding the source.

       "What happened? Why did you suddenly stop talking?" Kakashi actually stopped and twisted his body to face me. My eyes still locked onto the crowd. They must have really been scaring someone.

        "Sorry. I just-" I felt a jolt go through me. I suppose I'd didn't cut off the connection. But that jolt, the person was slapped. Another small jab went to my side, I grunted in discomfort.

        "What is it? Are you alright?" He seemed genuinely concerned. I was about to respond when a headache attached my head. I let out a small whimper, the pain was small and short but painful. I lifted my hand away from my head and pointed towards the crowd.

        "Connection...hurt.....stop...them." I let another whimper slip as the headache attacked again.

        "I'm sorry. I can't understand you." He placed a hand on my shoulder but I shook it off then raced towards the crowd. Aching to stop whatever was happening.

        When I finally made my way through the crowd, I saw a child about my age, sprawled out on the ground, beaten and bruised but not shedding a single tear. I looked at him blandly then looked back at the man before him, sending waves of dull pain through out my ribs. I narrowed my eyes as I teleported In front of the man and stopped his attack. I didn't want to create enemies on my first day here, so I decided to reason with them with my charm.

        The crowd gasped. "I'm very sorry sir for butting in, but I can't help but wonder why you are beating up this boy. Has he stolen from your store sir?" I gestured to the open door behind him.

        "No..." He mumbled.

        "Well with all due respect, why are you doing this without a reason?" I grew more impatient with the minute.

        "B-because....HES NARUTO!" I looked back at the kid, and watched him flinch. I disconnected the signal with a blink of my eye. Then met with the mans eyes again. This time, I stared directly at them.

        "I'm very sorry sir. I'm new to this village. I see his name is naruto. Now what exactly has he done to deserve this? Because unless you have an actual reason, I suggest you stop. For I am very tired, but the roar of the Crowd seems to be interfering with my sleep." I glared into his dark orbs. His heart raced a bit, then he scoffed and slammed the door in my face. I didn't flinch, but the crowd quickly dispersed. I let out a sigh as I turned around. "Great. I already made enemies."

        "Im sorry." The boy apologized. I'm not sure for what.

        "What are the you apologizing for? You havnt done anything wrong from what I've observed." I cocked my head to the side as I offered a hand to help him up. His eyes lit up as I pulled him up. "Nice to meet you Naruto. My names Shizuka Ryuu. I prefer Ryuu If you don't mind." I gave him a closed eyed smile.

         "Hiya Ryuu!! I'm naruto Uzumaki and I'm gonna be the hokage someday, believe it!" I chuckled at his cheerfulness. I could get used to him.

        "I believe it. Now if you excuse me, my guardian is probably worried out of his mind. I'll see you around, whiskers." I waved as I walked back to kakashi who, was staring at me wide eyed every since I bolted from his hand. 

        "I see you've made a new friend." He said.

        "Huh. I guess so." A friend huh. Haven't had one of those in ages. Let's go home sir." I replied.

        He smiled, "sure. But one more thing. Seriously. What's your gender? Because I'm scared to walk in on you changing."

        "Well aren't you just so very blind." I chuckled.
