The blonde celestial mage had just woken up. The sun shining on her soft skin. She felt a warm embrace. She tried to get up but someone wouldn't let her go. He held on tight. " Luce is mine " He murmured in his sleep. Lucy was flustered" Natsu!! Get out!! " She yelled annoyed. Natsu loosened his grip and then woke up. Natsu left to his house to take a shower. And as did Lucy, but she stayed at her house. She wore a navy floral halter crop top with a matching skirt and some sandals. She went to the guild. " So Lu-chan you heard? " Levy asked. Lucy shook her head. " I haven't heard any news " Lucy said. " It's dragon slayer mating season " Levy said.
" Why does this concern me? " Lucy asked. " Because your Natsu's mate. " She says " How do you even know if your right " Lucy replied with pink lightly dusting her cheeks. " Just c'mon Lu-chan " The blue haired mage says grabbing her friends hand and pulling her to the library. She showed Lucy a book that said

DRAGON SLAYER MATING SEASON

To whomever is reading this book. I assume that you will be the mate of a dragon slayer or just wanna know more about them. Well there are a few things that happen. And it can determine whether the slayer and their mate live or die. This is a dangerous season. It lasts for 2 whole weeks. The slayers will go through

Stage one: possessiveness

1-the slayer will become very obsessed with their mate. They will not let any other person near them

2-the slayer will not let their mate do anything without them nearby so they can protect them

3-the slayer will hurt any and all people who hurt their mate, whether physically emotionally or mentally

Stage two: aggressiveness

1-the slayer will become very aggressive during the last night of week one

2-the slayer will be continuously aggressive when they are alone with their mate

3- the slayer will hurt their mate. There are no ifs ands or buts. The mate will be in extreme pain

Stage three: lust

1- during the second week the slayer will become EXTREMELY lustful.

2- the slayer will always want to be alone with their mate

3- the slayer will not wanna be apart from their mate at all and may even 'kidnap' them just to have them to their selves

Final stage four: markings

1- if the slayers mate loves them back then the mate shall be branded with a mark from the dragon slayer in the den that made

2- if the mate does not return affection the slayer will become a dragon and destroy everything and everyone

3- once everything is gone. The slayer will go into hibernation for the next millennium. Then they will wake to find the doppelganger of their mate. (Even though doppelganger applies to parallel universe It was the only word I could think of)

Side note: once the mark has been set neither the slayer or mate will be attracted to any one else. As part of the contract of the bond

" So Lu-chan what do you think? " Levy asked. " I think that we should be terrifyied. " Lucy says " Really Lu-chan? Don't be like that " Levy said. " Your natsu's mate Lu-chan! " Levy said to the stubborn blonde.
" Why do you think that levy? " Lucy asked. " He spends the most time with you, he gropes you many times and he's always looking To your butt. " Levy says. She's not wrong. " Well... " Lucy says but she can't think of anything to put up an argument.
" How about this, you see if he goes through stage one with you, if not, then I'll back off " Levy said. " Okay sure " Lucy agrees to the bet thinking she'll win. They get back to the guild and they are immediately embraced by two dragon slayers. Natsu for Lucy, gajeel for levy. Levy hands Mira a piece of paper. It was a check list of the stage one. Juvia came over to ask Lucy for something but natsu snarled and she ran away. Check. Mira thought as she checked off the first step. " Natsu I'm going over to talk to levy " Lucy said but natsu wouldn't let go. " N-Natsu let go " Lucy said all flustered. Natsu pulled Lucy on his lap and said. " Luce is mine ". Again check Mira said to herself. " Hey droy, up for a little fight? " Mira asked him. " Sure, who? " Droy asked. " Natsu, all you have to do is hurt Lucy " Mira told him. " But he'll win, everyone knows that " Droy says. " Thats why I asked you if you want a beating " Mira told him. " I thought you meant fight " He said. " Just do it! " Mira told him.
" Okay okay, what do I say? " Droy asked. " Just try to hit Lucy okay " Mira said. " Okay fine " Droy agreed. Then he went and tried to hit Lucy. Natsu of course blocked the ahit and slammed Him to the floor. " Don't touch my Luce. " Check. Mira thought Mira goes to levy. " All three " She said before walking back to the bar. " I knew it " Levy exclaimed excitedly.
" What has you so excited shrimp? " Gajeel asked. " Just a ship that sailed today. What about the other stages? Levy thought. " Let's go Luce " Natsu said pulling his Blonde mage out the guild Hall. " Okay, where? " Lucy asked. " Your apartment " He said. They went to Lucy apartment. He laid on the bed and held Lucy close to him. He was sniffing her blonde hair. It was clear that she was his mate.
