Ruby's POV

Levy and I watched as the others got on their dragons and flew off to who knows where to learn dragon slayer magic. I turned to Levy and hugged her before getting on Earthina and waving to her as she got on Oceana and we flew our separate ways away from the palace. When we landed we were in a mountainous area surrounded by a forest and so I began my new training going over the basic moves and learning new ones Earthina didn't have time to teach me before the dragons disappeared. However I can't help but wonder how the girls are doing and what they might be learning first.

(A/N : sorry I'm not going to tell you about their training cuz I'm not sure how to. So just use your imagination for the training)

Levy's POV

It's been at least ten months since we all last saw each other. My mom, Oceana, brought me to the dragon realms version of the beach and also to many different lakes and rivers to help me with my training. But today we're going back to the palace. All of us are, we're getting a week at the palace to visit with each other and mom also told me something about there being a surprise waiting for us. As we got closer I could see some of the girls already at the palace and others still flying out in the distance. Once we landed in the courtyard I immediately jumped down and hugged the girls that were there, which were Lucy, Mira, and Yukino. We watched as the others finally arrived and headed to our room which is where our surprise is supposed to be. As we walked through the hallways we talked about all our training and what we've seen of the dragon realm.

As we laughed at each other I opened the door to our room and walked in only to stop in my tracks. My eyes caught on the orange exceed next to my bed talking with the other exceeds in the room. "B-Brooke!?" I questioned. The said exceed turned to look at me and before I knew it I was tackled by my exceed in a hug as she cried.

"What..? Who are you guys?" I heard Lucy ask the rest of the exceeds.

"We're supposed to be your exceeds at least most of you anyway." a golden brown one gruffed. I had sat down on my bed with Brooke in my lap just as the others sat on their beds, Tyrian in Ruby's lap.

"Okay so what are your names? I'm Mira." She smiled at them.

"I'm Bolt, I'm supposed to be with someone named Laxus whoever that is." the exceed from before said.

"I'm Diana and this is my twin Cubelia." the dark purple cat introduced pointing to the lighter purple one next to her. "I'm with you Mira and Cubelia is supposed to be with someone named Cobra."

"Hmm I see well, you and Bolt can stay with me I'm thinking about going back to Fairy Tail at some point so I can check on everyone in person." Ruby informed. They nodded and Bolt sat by her talking to Tyrian while the twins just sat with Mira.

"I-I'm Nova. It's nice to meet you." the light golden yellow one stuttered shyly.

"Aww you're so cute, I'm Yukino." Nova's face seemed to light up when she heard that and she flew over and hugged Yukino as she just giggled at the exceed.

"I'm Blade, and I'm with Kagura." the light brown exceed stated, him, Bolt and Tyrian being the only males out of the group.

"I'm Kagura, it's nice to meet you Blade." She said to him as he sat next to her.

"And I'm Joy! You must be Lucy then." the pink exceed smiled at Lucy as she stood in front of her.

"Yep it's nice to meet you Joy!" she smiled back. As the days went by we got to explore the palace even though we got lost a few times. The library was huge and the girls had to drag me and Lucy out of there so we could continue exploring. We also got to know the exceeds more and it turns out Joy has a thing for Tyrian, and Bolt and Diana are a couple. When Mira heard that we all had to cover our ears, it turns out Mira now has new otps.

"So guys what should we do when we go back to Fairy Tail?" Lu-chan asked, "And your guild's of course." She motioned to Kagura and Yuki-chan.

"That's a good question Lucy." Kagura replied.

"Say Ruby didn't you mention that you were thinking about going back at some point?" I asked, and she nodded in response.

"We are all almost done with our training aren't we?" Mira asked.

"Yeah, why?" Yuki-chan asked nervously.

"We left to train because of the boys so why don't we challenge them?" Mira smirked evilly, "It would be a good way to show off our new power."

"Hmm... I'm in and since we'll be challenging them we can choose the challenges." Kagura agreed with a small smirk.

"Let's have it at the Domus Flau in Crocus where the GMG's were held." I agreed.

"Let's make it happen over five days. I can leave about four months early to tell them what's going to happen and then they can have that time to prepare." Ruby informed.

"We can do some things similar to the GMG's.. Let's see first day we can do..." Yukino listed off, "But I'm not sure what we should do for the fourth and Fifth day."

"I know, here's what we'll do..." Lucy joined in. After planning we went to bed only for the next morning to go finish our training.
