Rose wakes in an unfamiliar place. She's surrounded by mounds of gold. She looks up and see's a magical purple orb floating just inches above the gold. She tilts her head in confusion. For she doesn't even know what it is.

"Rose hurry you need to get that orb. That orb will save your father's life. It will bring him back. Hurry now. Before the dragon gets it."

Rose looks around, but see's no one, but her. She looks up the mound of gold eyes set on the orb. Rose starts to climb the hot steaming gold coins and jewels. She soon gets to the top and grabs the orb. Suddenly a huge enormous angry dragon appears right above her. The dragon roars so loudly she falls over and lets go of the orb.

Rose wakes up once more this time on the cold ground just before dawn. She stretches and yawns. Everyone is sleeping as she finds it's a perfect opportunity to sneak off to fight the dragon. She travels out of camp and up to the cave.

She wonders what the orb was in her dream. Is it real? Can it really save her father? She then has the desire to find it. Entering into the lair was easy for her. So she thought. Every dragon was sleeping. Though the tricky part was being quiet. She didn't want to wake any of the dragons up. She was almost to the end of the cave when her foot accidently kicked a tiny rock that made a huge sound. Several dragons stirred waking up.

The dragons looked at Rose and growled loudly. Soon the King woke up and looked down at Rose. He moved up on his pile of gold and growled.

"What are you doing here?" He said in a very booming angry voice.

"I am here to fight you." Rose replied.

King Goldfire chuckled, "You? A puny little human girl?"

Rose then shifted into her large Dragon form.

The King watched in surprise as she shifted.

"Rose? Is that you?" He asked her.

"Yes it is. I'm here to revenge my father. You either leave in peace and never come back or fight to the death." She growled at him.

"I've been searching everywhere for you so I can kill your weak puny family. I wanted to give you a place in my Kingdom. I guess you don't want that."

"You don't ever call my family puny and weak." She got so angry; she exploded fire all over the King.

He roared in anger as he got up and pinned her to the cave floor. She cries in pain as his claws dig into her scales. She kicks up her hide claws slashing into his stomach. He throws himself back getting even more angrier. He launches himself at her as she gets up and moves away. They tassel and turn in the dragon cave. Soon more Dragons join the fight as they try to push her out. She tries her best to fight them off, but then gets backed into a corner.

"What do you have to say before you leave little girl?" Goldfire growls at her.

Just before she could speak Teahe picks up Goldfire with her magic and tosses him against the cave walls. Kalek and Koal start to fight off the other dragons sending them outside the cave.

Rose looks up and see's the purple orb. She rubs her eyes wondering if she is sleeping again.

"Rose hurry get the orb. It will save your father's life. Get it now. We have to hurry before the Dragon gets you."

Rose looks around as in her dream. Teahe is telling her to get the orb. She looks at the unicorn in surprise.

"Rose do it now!!"

She shakes her head and then quickly grabs the orb. Suddenly Goldfire gets up right about to kill Rose. Goldfire is flung back again this time by Koal.

"Run Rose run!" Koal shouts.

"But what about you?" she calls back.

"Just go. Go now before its too late."

Rose runs out of the cave with the orb as the ceiling starts to fall. She finds Kalek and Teahe outside the cave just before the mountain crumbles down.

"Koal didn't make it out." Kalek informed Rose.

Rose begins to cry. She flies up to the mountain and digs into the cave. There on the cold cave floor Koal is underneath a rock. She pulls him up and cries even more.

"Please don't die. You can't leave me. You're not supposed to. I love you"

She changes back into her human form and lies down next to him. Teahe comes into the cave with the orb.

"You know you can always use this. To bring him back. But its either him or your father. The orb only brings back one life."

She takes the orb and stares at it.

"I want...I want to have Prince Koal back."

The purple orb floats up into the air with Koal with it. It brings back Koal and heals all his wounds. Then Koal is set down gently on the cave floor next to Rose. Koal opens his eyes and looks up at Rose. She smiles and holds him close.

She begins to cry tears of joy, "You're back."

After a bit she lets go of him and helps him stand back up. The other dragons return and help clear out the cave and fix it. Then the dragons bow down to Rose.

"You are our new leader. King Goldfire is dead."

Rose looks up proud to be the new leader. She then looks at Koal once more.

"May I rule with you my lady?" He asks her.

"Yes. Yes you may." She laughs as she throws her arms around him.

That is the story of how Rose Firewood made the dragon kingdom better. For they both made the kingdom more peaceful then it ever will be.
