Nubatama is the other black ops agency for the Dragon Empires, who are lead by void dragons said to be born form the shadows themselves. In battle, they force their opponents to discard cards in their hands and gaining power for having a bigger hand, as well as binding cards then immediately retiring them. This strategy, however, can be thrown off if the opponent has high draw potential.
