Backstory: she was queen Scarlets other pet. She kept Topaz in a secret dungeon just in case Peril tried to attack her or if   Peril ran away, Topaz would be the Queens new champion. But when Queen scarlet was de-throned Topaz was kept in the dungeon because nobody knew of her existence. She is able to fire a blue fire breath that's so hot it's cold.
