The girls read the next chapter. It was about how the Slayers would change during the season.

During the season, Slayers mainly change in appearance, with some slight changes to their personality. For changes in appearance, a Dragon Slayer will have scales under their eyes, large dragon wings on their backs, and enlargened canines. For Devil Slayers, they grow curved horns on their head, develop demon wings, and sometimes their pupils go red if they are extremely aroused or angry. As for persona's, slayers will act slightly more mature and flirty if they were originally childlish and dense, which most Slayers are.

The girls (excluding Wendy) giggled at this, knowing that it was true.

When a Slayer reaches stage 3 (read Chapter 3), they also become very possesive of their mate, and if they haven't mated by then, would most likely beat up a person if they hit on their mate. More infromation on this will be on Chapter 3. Please don't skip out of curiosity. As for younger Slayers, their personality will be slightly more rebellious and sexually active.

The girls gasped at this. "Does this mean Romeo will want to..." Wendy gulped, her face a bright red from imagining the situantion. She shook her head, trying to rid the image from her mind. She was scared. No, not of Romeo wanting to... do stuff with her... but afraid that she might enjoy it.

This usally applies to Slayers older than 12. For slayers younger, however, do not experience the season, though most of the time the Slayer wont go into the season until around 18 or older since they would most likely not have met their mate before. Slayers experience the season every 6 years, though if a Slayer has not met their mate before then, the slayer woukd bot be affected.

"So that's why they didn't seem to be affected before now!" Exclaimed Levy. The girls finished the book. Looking at a clock, they realized they had been reading for 2 hours. They all stood up from the couches they were sitting on and stretched. "That was an interesting book" said Lucy as Levy picked it up and traced the silver words that the book later on referred to as 'kanji', the written form of Dragonia (Myorin's realm)'s language. Their spoken dialogue was something called 'Japanese' and included another form of writting, Romaji. The girls discussed the contants of the book. Many people looked at Wendy sympathetically, pitying that she would have to lose her virginity at such a young age. Wendy noticed their stares. Knowing what they meant, Weny groaned and buried her glowing red face in her arms.

"Poor Wendy... she's going to be losing her innocence at such a you age.." mumbled Levy, a slight tone of teasing in her voice. "S-shut up!!! I can still run... the book said it was possible...." Wendy muttered, shooting a glare at Levy through her arms. Levy shrugged, a small smirk on her face."if you say so~".

"So, girls, what should we do now?" Started Erza. "Well, they did say that we should stay here. We're only supposed to leave if the Slayers and Romeo manage to break the barrier. I've been doing some research on Myorin and Hyerin. Apparently Myorin is a master of Barrier magic, one of the best actually,  so it's unlikely that the Slayers would ever break it." Said Kagura. The girls decided to unwind in the house. Lucy wrote another chapter in her book, Levy read a book she brought titled 'House of Hades', Erza ate some Strawberry cake that was on the kitchen counter, e.t.c.

Little did they know, they wouldn't be relaxing at all the next day.
