Last time on Dragon Ball ZX

Okara in the first match obliterated Shanae to the point of near death but Shanae has gotten back up for a final rematch as the 2 sisters now fight to see who is truly worthy of the time powers. But nobody knows that Shanae has a dark secret on her revival as they now want to see her truly win.

Artic POV (Battle Description)

"So you're up for a other beat down sister." Okara said as Shanae didn't say anything as she kept looking down which made Okara agitated. "The silent treatment is not gonna work because I can still kick your ass." Okara said as she charged at Shanae with her bear punch attack but Shanae held out her hand and grabbed her fist looking at her with black corneas with yellow irises. "Okara, Okara, Okara, always going about authority and power when you should focus on your life!" Shanae said as she threw Okara to the ground then kicked her to a wall making a crater as everyone was shocked at her unexpected strength. Okara got up quickly and jumped back then fired a ki blast at her but Shanae deflected it with her hand making it crash into the force field. 'Is that? No she's just bluffing.' Okara thought to herself as she didn't know that Shanae was behind her giggling. "Thinking to yourself sis?" Shanae said as Okara turned around to roundhouse kick her but she grabbed it tight and threw her to a wall then threw her into the ground and spun her around throwing her to a wall almost making a hole.

"How?! That's impossible!" Okara shouted as Shanae didn't say anything so Okara powered up to super saiyan and fired her double ray buster at Shanae but Shanae took both her hands out and stopped it from hitting her. "No no Okara! You're supposed to take the cake!" Shanae yelled out as she converted Okara's energy into her own energy then fired it back at her making a powerful blast that shook the arena in which Okara blocked it head on taking some injuries. "This is just annoying! I'll finish you off right here right now!" "Bring it dear sister!" "GO SHANAE!" "BEAT HER ASS!" "SHOW HER OUR TIME PATROL MOTTO!" The gang cheered for her more as they both charged at each other throwing punches and kicks with some hitting the girls then Shanae awakened more of her power showing the 2 spider like legs out of her back slashing at Okara causing some cuts then came out 2 more to block the ki attacks from Okara's ki barrage.

"Just die!" Okara yelled out as Shanae launched out one of the legs aimed for Okara but she grabbed it and spun Shanae up in the air but Shanae caught herself and made a powerful slash wave knocking Okara back and making a slash make across the walls. Shanae then dived down as Okara got up and got out her dadao beginning her clashes with the spider legs. Okara kept cutting the tentacles off but they just kept coming and regenerating slashing at Okara more. Shanae landed on the ground laughing like crazy then used her unknown power to create an odachi sword while horns grew out of her head making Okara tremble. "W-what...are you?!" "Me? I am the demon who've you've tormented for years!" Shanae talked back she dashed toward Okara with her makeshift sword ready to strike her but Okara got out her dadao sword and clashed it with Shanae's sword. "Y-you. I should've known it was you." "Hehe. It's been a long time." Shanae said as now everyone now noticed that Shanae wasn't acting like herself at all.

Shanae and Okara clashed more and more as Okara made some hits a Shanae slashing her arms and legs to the point where her top was barely there and showed her top. "U-uh guys? I don't think Shanae's acting like herself anymore." "You think?! Something is controlling Shanae just like that time at the multiverse trial!" Shasai and Pepper said to each other as everyone was now looking on concerned and horrified. After a while, Shanae and Okara clashed swords together looking at each other with cuts all over there bodies but then Okara had a trick up her sleeve as she teleported from behind and stabbed Shanae in the stomach. Okara laughed saying, "Guess you should've been quick." as Shanae smirked saying, "You should be the one to talk." as she giggled then laughed as Okara stepped back looking confused then Shanae summoned some strings and pulled them tying Okara around her body keeping her in place. "So that was your trick?!" "Yep!" Shanae said as she pulled it tight then raised her hand.

"You know, I bled a lot when we both clashed at each other with our swords but I used it to my advantage since the strings and my blood can actually make an explosive reaction." "You bitch! Are you saying that you were purposefully getting injured to make that experiment?!" Okara yelled out as Shanae smiled then said, "that's about it. Now I can finally get revenge on what you did to me all these years of descendants and untimely disasters." As everyone was now horrified calling for Shanae to stop. "Shanae! Stop it! This isn't you! You would never kill!" Nanka shouted as Shanae looked back at Nanka not saying anything with blank yellow eyes as the gang was now scared of Shanae. "Shanae you're not killer! You remember his lesson?" Xeno Goku shouted as Shanae still didn't say anything but was a bit hesitant about what he said. "Guys think about something to get Shanae back to her senses!" Pepper said as the gang tried to help get Shanae come back to her senses but it was not enough as Shanae was smiling almost making her hand into a fist saying, "Now it's time for your punishment!" as Shasai thought about the code as she used this as the last chance then shouted out saying, "CODE MERCY!" as everyone was confused but then saw Shanae stopping what she was doing. "W-what?" Shanae said as Shasai breathed a sign of relief then said, "Code Mercy. Remember the song we made up?!"

Flashback time

Artic POV

"Shanae! Do you want to learn a new song?" "Yes please!" Young Shanae said as she went to the man and Shasai then they all sat down on the field of time flowers. "So how does the song go?" Shanae asked as Shasai giggled then the man said, "It goes like this." As he cleared his throat out first

M is for the malice that a person brings
E is for the endurance that holds the key to the heart
R is for rage as the person feels
C is for the calmness that unlocks the true moral
And Y is for the yearning that makes up one word

Code Mercy is the true moral that a god must have.
Make sure to remember because you never know what a person is going through
It also has a way to try and experience more forgiveness

"Woah! That's a beautiful song! Could you teach me again?" "Sure dear!" Shasai said as they all sang the song together.

Shanae POV (in the mind)

"Did she just...no it can't be." "That was...a long time ago." I said to the demon as he looked at me then walked up to me and held my hands together. "He was my favorite person before you. I will never forget that day he helped me just like you." The demon said as tears were shed then I said to him cupping his cheek saying, "Hey hey don't cry now. Remember. Even though we hate Okara very much, we don't need to kill her otherwise we'll truly become the monster we vowed not to be." "You're very wise Shanae." "Thank you uhh what should I call you?" "You can call me whatever you want." "How about Tokioni!" "I like it." Tokioni said as I smiled a bit and hugged him while he hugged me back.

Outside the mind (Shanae POV)

"I-i don't understand." "Dear please. You know you're not the monster that Aiones and Okara want you to be." I heard Shasai say as I lowered my hand down and looked the ground then out of nowhere Okara broke out of the strings making me block my face then out of nowhere I felt a slash across my face making everything go dark as I yelled and screamed in pain saying, "MY EYES! MY EYES! I CAN'T SEE! SHE CUT MY EYES!" as I held them in pain then I felt a kick to my stomach making me spit out blood as I was flown back to a wall. 'Shanae! Stay calm! I can help you try to fight back but it won't be easy as you need to rely on your other senses.' Tokioni said as I shakily got up then nodded as he told me to jump in which I did to hear a blast hitting the wall. 'Charge!' Tokioni said as I charged at Okara then he told me to dodge again in which I did as I kept charging and dodging at her then Tokioni said, 'Fire a ki charge!' as I fired one in which he told me it hit Okara in the face making a scar on her cheek. "You will pay!" "Aiones! Stop the fight now!" "Shanae is too injured to go on and Okara made her blind! That's against the rules!" I heard Shasai and Zucchi shouted as Tokioni yelled at me to fire my electric thunder berserker in which I did charging it. When she yelled out her Bear Justice Crash, I fired my Electric Thunder Berserker in which they clashed.

"This is the end of the line for you sister!" "The only one whose at the end of the line is you!" I shouted as we both powered up to super saiyan 2 making our blast bigger making the energy shield break. 'I feel that we are going to win!' 'I think so to!' I said to Tokioni as my blast was going to overcome Okara. But...that's when I heard someone say, "No way am I letting her win this battle!" as I felt something go through my chest as I staggered making me lose power then Okara took the opportunity to power up and overcome my blast quickly as I was overshadowed by it then  in the blast someone slashed across my stomach and chest area making a very deep gash as I was blasted away to a wall making a crater as I couldn't feel my body. I fell to the ground as I felt my ribs broken but it didn't stop as Okara walked up to me and started kicking the heck out of making me cough blood and cause my cuts to bleed then she grabbed me by the neck with my limp body. "You're such a freak! I'm so glad one of your friends made you lose!" Okara said as I felt her sword poking at my chest then she said, "Die." As I waited for the impact but out of nowhere I felt myself on the ground groaning in pain as I blacked out due to the pain.

Xeno Goku POV

I couldn't sit here and let my daughter get killed because of Vegeta's recklessness so I unknowingly jumped into the arena and blasted Okara away from Shanae. "Don't...touch...my daughter!" I said as Shasai also followed attending to Shanae then I said, "Shasai, take Shanae away from the arena" "Right!" as she went away. "You're not supposed to interfere with my trial!" Okara said as she charged at me with a punch but I blocked it as we both threw punches and kicks at each other. "You almost killed my daughter! I won't let you get to her!" "Tch, she was just useless anyway!" Okara said as I got really angry then smashed her head onto the floor. Then I felt something stop me as I flung away into the audience as I got up quickly to see that Aiones did that saying, "Do not interfere with the trial mortal!" as I huffed in anger then went out the room along with the others and some gods and goddesses. "Shasai where are you?!"I heard Zamasu shout out as Shasai replied back saying, "I'm here honey." as we followed her voice to see her leaning on a wall looking down with her arms crossed.

We all sat in the chairs while some were standing up even me as I looked down with tears falling down as we were all worried about Shanae. "Dad...is sis gonna be ok?" "I don't know Nanka but I do know that Shanae's injuries are critical and life threatening." I told Nanka as she sobbed in which I saw Goten comfort her. "So...what do we do now?" I heard Vegeta say as we didn't say anything to him then he asked again with Shasai saying, "Do you expect us to talk to you after what you've done?!" "It was just a question!" "So?! You nearly cost Shanae her life all because you didn't want her to win just to prove what! Now Shanae is in the ICU because of your recklessness." "I didn't mean to hit her like that if I knew she was going to lose anyway!" "You didn't mean to hit her like that?! From what I saw you said exactly that you didn't want her to win against Okara in which Okara is now deciding Shanae and Nanka's fate!" Shasai yelled at Vegeta as she lifted him by the collar of his neck. "Shasai calm down." Pepper said as she tried to pat her but she moved her shoulder saying, "I can't calm down! Thanks to him, I don't even know if my best friend can survive her injuries or not! I don't want to lose another friend again just like 5 years ago!" as she dropped him sobbing on the ground while Zamasu hugged her from behind comforting her.

Just then the nurse came out with her hands together and asked us saying, "Are you guys friends or relatives of Shanae Anderson?" "I'm her adoptive father. How's my daughter doing?!" I said to the nurse frantically as she told me to calm down then said, "Your daughter is very lucky to survive but there are 3 life threating injuries that she may not know." "Which is?!" Nanka said as the nurse looked down and answered saying, "First, she's going to be blind in both of her eyes for the rest of her life. Second, due to the amount of head trauma done to her, one more could be her last as she now has brain damage. And...the third..." "What's wrong with the third one?" "She's...she's...well due to the slash of her stomach...it cut through her reproductive system." "Wait so are you saying that she's-" "Yes. Unfortunately, she's unable to reproduce children therefore making her infertile." the nurse said as everyone was shocked and horrified at the outcome of Shanae's injuries. "C-can we at least see her?" "You may. But she won't take the news lightly when you guys tell her." The nurse said as we all nodded then went in to see Shanae lying on the bed with bandages covering her body as she was still unconscious. I went next to her as I held her hand then lied down on it thinking on how to tell her the news. "Even though I may not have grandchildren, she's still my daughter no matter what." I said as I quietly sobbed on her bed while everyone was looking down then we heard groaning coming from the bed as I looked up to see Shanae waking up.

Shanae POV

'Everything hurts.' I thought to myself as I started to wake up but only to see darkness as I looked around frantically saying, "Why is everything so dark?!" As one held my hand then said, "Sweetie calm down. We'll explain everything." As someone helped me lie down on something soft and held my hand. "W-whose there?!" I asked as someone spoke up saying, "It's your father sweetie. Don't worry. Shasai is next to you holding your hand, Nanka, Pepper, and all your other friends are here including some gods and goddesses." My dad said as I calmed down but was still scared as I felt my hands being rubbed then I heard Pepper spoke up and said, "So there's good news and bad news." "W-what's the good news?" "The good news is that you were very lucky to survive the trial....but the bad news is that...well..." "Yes? W-what is it?" "The nurse said you have life threatening injuries but I rather not say the third one." Pepper said as I looked down then spoke up saying, "W-what...are the life threatening injuries?" as I heard Shade speak up saying, "Well...the nurse said that you have irreversible brain damage due to the severe amount of head trauma, then when Okara slashed through your eyes, they weren't able to save your vision therefore making you permanently blind." Shade said as I shook then tearfully said, "N-now... what's...the third one?" As I heard no one talk then I asked again for the answer saying, "I'm already hurt enough. Just give me the damn answer. What else should I know about?!" "Shanae. That's it. That's all there is." I heard Nanka's voice as I was about to cry but then I heard Vegeta speak up saying, "Oh for the love of-!" "Vegeta don't you dare!" "I'm doing it and there's nothing you can do about it." "Vegeta I swear to kami!" "Shut up!" I shouted as the room went silent while I jumped up still looking at the darkness. "Oh you're gonna like this!" "Just spit it out!" "Hey don't fucking shout at me mistake! Anyway you're infertile! You happy you mistake?!" "I-infertile?!" "Unfortunately...it's true dear. I'm so sorry." I heard Shasai as I dropped down and sobbed hard covering my face as someone hugged me close to them then another followed as I said, "S-so now I can't have...children?!" as I heard Nanka say, "No sis. We're so sorry this happened to you. If I could, I could've beat Okara to a pulp!" "N-no Nanka...it's fine...besides...Okara already won so we can't do anything." I said while trying to hold in my sobs but Nanka fought back saying, "you can't let her just walk over you like that! There must be something." "Unfortunately, Shanae's right. Okara is now the successor of Aiones and she now holds power to the throne so we can't do anything anymore." "S-so...we can't get justice for Shanae?" "I'm afraid not dear." I heard Shasai say as Nanka didn't say anything as I heard footsteps fading.

"I don't want to live anymore." I said quietly as I heard Shasai say, "Don't you dare say that! We'll get through this together." As she hugged me tighter but Vegeta interrupted saying, "You can always adopt. But that would be an option if only someone out there truly loved you but that's all fantasy as no one would ever love an infertile saiyan. But until then you're just gonna be a pathetic, lonely, little wretch. And I think Trunks is thinking of looking for other women who can impress me." as I bawled harder in which Shasai hugged me tighter while I heard someone yell, "Alright! Get out! Get the hell out of here if you're not going to be serious about this!" as I heard footsteps fading away then the door slammed as I got startled then heard footsteps coming as I felt another person hug me from behind. "I-it's t-true. Who would love a childless person like me?!" "Dear don't listen to that man. Someone can still love you even if you are unable to produce children. Remember what I taught you about love?" "The outside...may enchant you...but the inside...is the...real...enchantment." I said as Shasai stroked my hair then said, "C'mon let's get you home ok?" as I nodded then slowly got up from the bed as Shasai was helping me stay on my feet. I then felt myself carried suddenly as I felt arms wrap around me to which I heard my adoptive father say, "Here I'll carry you so you don't get yourself hurt again." as I nodded then started moving going somewhere.

After a while, we finally stopped as I felt being dropped off on the ground then felt someone's hand take my other hand as I felt my clothes being taken off lightly as I covered myself to warm my body up. "Sorry about that dear." Shasai said as I answered saying, "O-oh no...it's fine." as I then felt the clothes being worn on me feeling a long sleeves, long pants some socks. "Um. Are these my sleep clothes?" "Yeah I couldn't find your outing clothes so I decided to get your sleep clothes since we're going to bed late." Shasai said as I nodded then I felt dad holding my hand and taking me someplace else. Just then, I heard someone walking towards us as I hid behind my dad but I heard a familiar voice saying, "So, since Shanae is blind, she has to use this tool to help guide her through her surroundings." As I heard footsteps fade away then something moving in front of me. "Here dear." Shasai said as she gave me something that felt like a stick but metal. "Is this...a walking stick?" "Yes dear. It'll help you guide yourself to any place" Shasai said as she helped me with my walking stick then guided me with my walking stick in hand to meet up with the others.

"Shanae!" I heard someone call my name as I felt a hug around me which made me feel a face to realize it was my sister Nanka. I hugged her back slowly as she hugged me tighter then let go of me saying, "Are you feeling ok?" "I-I am." I said to Nanka as she held my hand again then took me forward as she helped me onto somewhere. "Where am I now?" I asked as I heard Shasai speak up saying, "You're in the cable car dear." as I nodded then used my walking stick to feel if there were any seats as I felt a seat then smiled. I was about to walk over to it when I felt myself being cutoff by someone else making me step back a bit almost tripping. "This seat's taken. You can stand over there. Oh wait you can't see. What a shame!" I heard someone say as I started to get angry but I heard another one talk back saying, "Vegeta stop it! Get the hell off the chair right now!" as I heard grumbling then someone pushed me a little forward and helped me sit on a chair. "U-um thank you." "No problem Shanae." I heard Pepper say as she put her hand over my shoulder then everyone went silent on the cable car. "I-i'm sorry." "Sorry? For what?" "For bringing all of you guys in this mess. I just wanted you guys to have a peaceful day without me ruining it. Now do you see why I said not to recognize me at the party?" "Shanae it's not your fault! Stop putting yourself down like this!" Pepper said as she grabbed my shoulders and shook me hard as she could. "Shanae! This insecurity needs to stop right now! Someday we're not gonna be here to be with you and you have to figure things out yourself. Don't rely on others to help you please! We tried to make you happy, we tried to make you smile, but all you do is push us away! So please...at least...be truly happy for once." Pepper said as she stopped shaking me then looked down not saying anything. "S-Shanae?" "Dear? Please don't be mad at us." "If you do then I'll-" "Y-you're...right." I whispered as I felt someone's hand on my shoulder as they spoke up saying, "What did you say? We didn't quite catch that." As I looked up saying, "You're right...I guess I've been too dependent on you guys for too many years that I kind of lost my self-confidence." as I heard Shasai say, "Dear...I should be the one admitting my fault as I was your enabler to your behavior." "I'm also the one to blame because I did too much of everything for you emotionally and mentally." "I should've helped you with your insecurities after you've helped me get through our abuse together." as Pepper and Nanka admitted their faults then I got up and spread my arms out wide saying, "Can you?" I said as I felt 3 people hug me right as all apologized frequently but I patted them on the head saying it was alright but that moment was interrupted when Vegeta bursted out laughing saying, "You call that an apology?! I would actually call this pure manipulation!" as I felt the hugging go away then Shasai speaking up saying, "Vegeta! Now is not the time!" as Vegeta scoffed saying, "Can't you see what she's doing?! She's just saying that just to gain your sympathy! Well that trick won't work on me!"

"Vegeta what is your problem with me?! I didn't even do anything to you and you're here treating me like a monster!" I asked him as he talked back saying, "That's because you are! You almost killed your sister, you almost killed my wife, and let's not forget that you killed 2 people back in that multiverse accident!" "Or maybe because my sister almost killed me and my alter ego took control to get revenge, I was trying to hit Broly but it hit Kayle instead but it was an accident, and you kept holding me back from defending myself so I had no choice but to teach them in which I got controlled! Besides, you were even in the incident beating me half to death so why are you making yourself the victim with that statement?!" "I'm not trying to make myself the victim, in fact, you're trying to use your sob story to gain more sympathy so you don't have to face reality!" "I already got a face of reality first hand when I was little!" I talked back as we got into a shouting match with each other to the point when Vegeta pushed me down.

"Vegeta stop it this instant!" "Make me!" I heard Shasai and Vegeta argue as they both also got into a shouting match. "Why do you always act like a stubborn mule?!" "And why do you act like an enabling bitch?!" "Vegeta!" "Don't talk to my wife that way!" I heard Zamasu say as everyone now joined in the argument while I held my knees together knowing this was all my fault. 'Shanae don't blame yourself for this.' 'I know but everytime I do something wrong, it leads to chaos.' 'Vegeta was the one who brought this onto himself not you! Ok?' 'Ok.' 'Remember when the song we made when you were 15?' 'yeah?' 'You want to sing it now?' 'yes please.' I thought to Tokioni as I whispered the song to myself.

While I was singing to myself, I felt a finger at my head and looked up knowing from the smell that is was Vegeta and said to me saying, "What a waste of a human." before something in me snapped again as I shouted, "WHAT A WASTE!" then unknowingly got up and kept saying 'What a waste' while unknowingly pouncing on someone and using the stick to hit the person again over and over again while throwing that person somewhere before someone else held me back. "WHAT A WASTE!! WHAT A WASTE!! WHAT A WA-AHAHAHA!" I yelled in darkness as I didn't know hard tears were flowing down my face then I was turned around and hugged by someone as the person said, "Shshsh honey calm down. I'm here." "Why the hell did you attack me?!" I heard Vegeta say as I talked back saying, "Why do you always put me down?!" As I hugged the person tighter then the I felt the cable car stop as I heard the ding sound meaning the door opened as someone led me to the outside of the cable car and we waited  for the others to come out. The cable car then made a ding sound again as I noticed it was leaving then out of nowhere I felt a punch to the face as I fell to the ground. "This is all your fault!" "My fault?! MY FAULT?! It's your fault for causing all this shit to happen." "You were the one who brought this on yourself!" "And you're the one who kept promoting that crap!" I yelled as I got up then Shasai said, "Dear you're facing the other way." as she helped me face to where I wanted to face. "You're always up to no good! I don't even know why you came!" "I was forced! Can't you understand?!" "That's still not an excuse for you come!" "Stop it that's enough!" I heard Kayle yell out as we both stopped yelling at each other then I felt a stinging pain on my cheek to make me realize that someone just slapped me across the face. "I should've said it a long time ago. Your sister was right!" I heard Kayle said as I took a step back while tears were falling down my face as Kayle continued to say, "You're pathetic. You always rely on us to save you. Well guess what! She's a goddess now and you're just a saiyan! Nothing special at all! I honestly wished she was the successor first and not you! I just wished you didn't get those powers, and most importantly....I wished you'd just die!" "KAYLE!" I heard others as I took steps back then clutched my fists and yelled out saying, "IF THAT'S WHAT YOU WANT, THEN GO HANG OUT WITH OKARA FOR ALL I CARE! I DONT WANT TO BE WITH ALL OF YOU ANYMORE! YOU CAN ALL GO TO HELL! I NEVER ASKED TO BE BORN MOM AND DAD!" As I threw the stick down hard hearing a crack which meant I broke it then ran away from the gang with someone trying to call out saying, "Shanae wait!" but I didn't listen to the calls as Tokioni helped guide me as I just flew away not caring about anyone or anything while holding in my tears.

Bulma POV

"Shanae!" I called out to her as she just flew away from us then I turned around to face Kayle and Vegeta angrily as Shasai spoke up saying, "Are you proud of yourself now Kayle?!" "I didn't mean to-" "You didn't mean to?! Kayle, do you realize what you've just said to Shanae?!" "Hey! Don't bring my wife into this! She's expressing her truth about Shanae and her sister! Besides it's true that Okara is-" "YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT OKARA, NANKA, AND SHANAE'S RELATIONSHIP WITH EACH OTHER!" Shasai yelled out as we were all confused then I asked saying, "May I ask? What is Okara's relationship with Shanae and Nanka?" as Shasai turned around with a neutral look then sighed and said, "The relationship is a very toxic and dysfunctional one." "Tell us more." Trunks said as Shasai nodded then said, "Aiones always preferred Okara over the two and Okara took always took advantage of that. She always had it out for Shanae the most as she loves to mess with her mental issues, always try to get her into trouble, and even tries to be better than Shanae to make sure she's always alone. Nanka on the other hand, Okara would usually mess with her social life, always mess up her hobbies, and the worst thing was she tried manipulate Nanka into killing herself and Shanae." as we were all shocked and horrified by the truth of the relationship. "So what you're saying is that Okara is actually the bad apple of the 3?" "Yes. And there's something about her I'm suspicious of." "Which is?" "She's involved with something that she's willing to keep a secret." Pepper joined in as we all were now mad at Okara. "That just makes me hate Okara even more." "But why would Shanae and Nanka keep it a secret? They should've told us about it!" "Maybe because we don't want to talk about her at all after 10 years of abuse and manipulation." Goten said as he got in front of Nanka. "I-i didn't know she had that kind of relationship with her sister." "You didn't know?! You need to get your head together and it should've been obvious to you guys when Okara started abusing Shanae!" "I thought it was Shanae getting discipline!" "How is that discipline when Shanae keeps getting bloodied all over again?!" Shasai said as it then escalated into an argument to the point where Zamasu had to hold Shasai back because she was about to hit Vegeta.

"Guys this is getting nowhere at all!" I shouted out as everyone turned to look at me then I said, "Look! We'll talk about this discussion later but we need to find Shanae and fast because remember, she's blind!" "Oh my kami you're right! We have to hurry because Shanae can be anywhere!" "Or even worse, she might actually get herself hurt out there!" "My baby girl hold on!" I heard one of the Gokus say as he flew away following Nanka, Pepper, and Xeno Gogeta with Tommy. "What you've guys done was very unforgivable...but luckily Shanae doesn't hold a grudge or else she would have never talked to you again." "What do you suffice we do?" "I advise you both to think about your actions and reflect on what you said." Shasai said as she flew off. "Mom you want me to take you home?" "No sweetie let's try to find Shanae together." "If you say so." Trunks said as he carried me then flew off to find her.

Xeno Goku POV

"Shanae?! Sweetie?! Where are you?!" I frantically said as I flew around the forest trying to find her but it was no use as I couldn't find her anywhere. "Shanae?!" I heard Shasai yell out as others joined in the search looking through the forest area. "Where could she be?!" "She could be anywhere!" "Maybe she's in a cave?" Others discussed as I thought of my ability but then I heard Nanka say, "Guys I found something!" as we all looked at her then went to her quickly. "What did you find?!" "I found a trail!" "That's great this could lead us to Shanae!" "But the problem is that it's covered with clothing and blood." "We have to find her fast! Who knows what kind of danger she's putting herself in!" Shade said as I ran along the tracks while others were catching up. After a few moments, the trail ended as it ended up leading us to the house in the woods to which we were relieved but then I saw a note on the front door. "What does it say?" "It says..."

Dear everyone,
If you find this note, then that means I'm already in my room going to finish where I started. Don't even try to stop me as I have already given up on everything even everyone of you guys. Nanka, thank you for being the best sister. Shasai, Pepper, and my friends, thank you for always being there by my side. Trunks, thank you for giving me the love I never had. Daddy, thank you for taking care of me for my whole teenhood. And most importantly, Kayle....thank you for helping me realize that I need to get it together. Vegeta, if you're reading this, I hope you'll be happy when I'm gone.

I finished reading the note as Shasai yelled out saying, "SHANAE IS GOING TO KILL HERSELF!" "We need to hurry! Now!" Nanka said frantically as I used my instant transmission to get in the house while I heard someone breaking down the door to the house.

Shanae POV

'Where is it?! Where is it?!' I thought as I was using the walls to my advantage to try and get around the room but Tokioni said to me, "Go straight down from where you're at.' as I listened then walked trying to keep my balance since my leg was still injured. 'You're getting closer.' 'Ok.' 'But are you sure you want to do this?' 'It's not like they're going to miss me anyway.' 'But your father and sister love dearly. Did you even think about that?' Tokioni said as I got to a hard place which was the wardrobe then felt something sharp and hard as I grabbed it to make me realize it was my knife. I decided to test it out if I really got my knife so I stabbed my hand making me yelp making me know it was my knife. 'Shanae think about this for a second! How would Nanka feel if you weren't here?' 'I mean...I want Nanka to have a better life without me holding her down.' 'But she already has a better life. With you. She valued you the most and committing suicide is just gonna make her miserable than she already was for 10 years. So tell me. Do you really want to do it? Do you want to leave your friends behind?' I couldn't say anything as I heard banging from the door and some yelling, "Shanae?! Shanae! Please don't do it! We can talk about this!" as I held the knife firmly in my hand then pointed it at my chest to get ready. 

"I can finally be with him again." I said to myself as I got ready to aim but then suddenly the door got blasted down as I felt the wind come at me as I shielded myself. "Shanae!" I heard someone say as I hid the knife behind my back but then I heard footsteps approaching as I stepped back all the way to the wall. "Shanae. Give me the knife." the person said as I firmly gripped it but Tokioni said, 'Don't worry Shanae. Nothing is going to happen. It's just your father speaking.' as I nodded then brought out the knife as I felt a hand take away the knife then I felt my stabbed hand being held as I took it back quickly whimpering. "Sweetie i'm not gonna hurt you. Please let me see your hand." my dad said as I slowly brought it out letting him hold it softly as I felt myself being carried then moved and dropped on a soft place. "Shanae. Why?" I heard someone else say as I didn't say anything but then felt my wounded hand being patched up as I heard somebody else say, "Shanae we just want to know why. We've done everything for you so why are you putting that all to waste." as I said, "You wouldn't believe me if I told you that Kayle was right." as I felt a hug in front of me with my dad saying, "What Kayle said is not true! You're better than Okara! You're the most kindest, beautiful, and pure being on this planet. So don't listen to them!" as I sobbed into his chest hard saying, "I'm sorry! I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to hurt you guys so much! It's just that Vegeta has been getting on my back recently and it's getting to the point where I fear him and can't look at him in the eye. Someday I might get killed by him!" as dad hugged me tighter calming me down.

"Dear. I didn't know he was like that to you." "I didn't want to make you guys worried. He told me he would murder me if I told you guys so I stayed quiet for my safety and others." I said to the person I yawned and hiccupped then I felt myself being laid down onto their lap as my hair was stroked making me slowly sleep as I felt a soft thing being pushed to me making me hug it.

Shasai POV

"Sleep well dear." I said as she slept soundly then I got up with Xeno Goku then I covered her up with her blanket and got out of her room. I went down the stairs to meet up with the gang as they were all worried sick but I reassured them that she's okay. "Shanae's just stressed out from today. We need to give her rest." I said as I sighed then Xeno Goku said, "What agitates me was Shanae's statement about Vegeta." "What about Vegeta?" I heard Bulma say as I explained saying, "She said that Vegeta has been on her back recently as she now fears the worse from him. She also said that Vegeta might actually kill her if she told anyone about what was happening." "So that's why she was so quiet recently?!" I heard Nanka say angrily as I nodded then Trunks spoke up saying, "But why would father say that?!" "I have no idea but I won't let that happen to Shanae! I'll make sure of it." I said as everyone looked at me concerned. "Well...anyway we should get going." Chi chi said as I realized it was very late then said, "Oh! Yeah let me get the door for you!" as I went to the door and opened it for the gang as most of them left leaving me, my husband, Pepper's family, and Shanae and Nanka in the house. I yawned as I told everyone to get ready for bed as they all nodded then went to their perspective rooms while I joined Zamasu with our room. I changed into my sleepwear then went into the bed with my husband as he cuddled me from behind making me smile a bit. "This...has been a stressful day." "Honestly dear I never wanted to go to that place anyway." Zamasu said as I giggled then turned around  saying, "Yeah but I feel like Shanae isn't telling the whole story." "What do you mean?" "She's always vague about her statements and I can sense she knows something that we don't know." "Now that you put it that way, she always has that book with her." "Yeah...but let's not get ahead of ourselves. Tomorrow is another day." "I guess you're right." Zamasu said as he cuddled me closer then stroked my hair making me sleep soundly.

The trial has ended in terrible defeat as Shanae now lost her essential gifts while Okara now decides the fate of Shanae and Nanka. But what fate is she thinking of?
