"i mean, it was crazy vegeta. people were throwing hands like it was the end of the world. and-" you look over to vegeta. he was paying no attention to you. "vegeta, are you listening to me?" the two of you were stationed on either side of the couch in your living room.

vegeta hummed. you sat up and punched his arm, then laid back down. you knew he wouldn't be affected, pissed maybe. "yes?" he growled.

"you weren't listening to me, were you?" you asked him. he shook his head and you rolled your eyes. "you're a prick, you know that?" you asked.

"i am not," vegeta said. "i way be a little mean, but im no prick."

"well, prove it. i bet you can't say or do anything nice for me. or anyone," you challenged him, thinking he wouldn't be able to. it's in his blood to be mean, there's no way he could be nice. right..?

vegeta sat in silence for a few minutes. you were somewhat afraid. you did not want him to prove you wrong again. his favorite hobby is proving wrong and talking down to you. and yet you still wanted to spend time with him.

"you're beautiful," vegeta said softly.

"wh-what?" you asked.

"i-i said you're beautiful," vegeta said, flustered. "and i enjoy spending time with you." you cracked a smile. he looked over to you and your eyes met his. his cheeks turned red and he looked away, scoffing. "stop looking at me like that."

"vegeta," you said softly as you sat up.

"y-yes?" he looked looked at you and you got in his lap and kissed him. you liked him, and you were usually shy when it came to stuff like this. but you gained the courage to get into his lap and kiss him.

he kissed you back, tangling his fingers in your hair and pulling you close to him. he pulled away from you. "i love you," you whispered in his ear as you pulled him into a hug.

he tugged on your hair. "i love you too.. bitch," he mumbled under his breath.

you rolled your eyes. "you're a prick."
